The worst costumer service ever, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, we contacted them through the phone before coming and once we arrived they changed everything we planed, they shouted at us and had very rude manners, They gave us old and cracked supplies. Over there bad behaviors they weren’t wearing mask.

أسوأ خدمة زبائن على الإطلاق ، غير احترافية للغاية ، وغير محترمين، لقد اتصلنا بهم عبر الهاتف قبل مجيئنا وبمجرد وصولنا قاموا بتغيير كل كلامهم و ما اتفقنا عليه مسبقاً، بالإضافة الى انهم صرخوا في وجوهنا وكانوا يتسمون بأخلاق وقحة للغاية!
وقدموا لنا بضاعة قديمة و مهترئه!
وفوق اسلوبهم الغير محترم لم يلتزموا بالقوانين الاحترازية ولم يرتدون الماسك!

It’s good compared to other near by local shops but price always good

The worst service ever, they were talking with us in a bad way and they shouted at us that they have too many customers as if like we are not customers, The bouquet were not done as we wanted, There were some flowers are not new, I WOULDNT come back HERE AT aLL BECAUSE NOTHING WAS GOOD!

When I went there to get bouquet for mother's day they treated us very poorly for example we when started to think about how the bouquet should look like they shouted and told us to hurry up, and they even gave us old flowers.
