Very good but they take extra charge 53 aed it's better u give them morning time and evening u will receive the documents

It's a scam! You'd get an application letter from a certain company and they would direct you to this travels est.to get money off of you but It's all just a scam!

وكلاء هذه الشركة في الامارات يفتقدون للمصداقية يقومون كل ماتتصل عليهم باعطائك سعر مخفض وثابت طيلة ايام الاسبوع لكنه وهمي. وعند الاعتماد على الحجز يرفعون السعر بشكل مفاجئ ويقولن لك ان سعر التذكرة يتغير كل لحظة وهذه الاساليب مستفزة وتسيئ بسمعة الشركة الأم...

عند الاتصال تكلمت الموظفة بكلمات غير مفهومة وبعدها وضعتني على الانتظار أكتر من 3 دقائق

I bought a return ticket from them and want to extend the time as visa was extended but they closed the office and moved other location. Hardly find their new office with new name. I never get extended tickt nor refund. Bad experience

For the planned travel this agency is good but for Emergency travel, their service is worse because as per my own experience, they try to get advantage of others urgency.
