Tuwairish Supermarket

Worst delivery service, They never deliver on time, staff is lazy and useless. They don’t have coordination, delivery number and WhatsApp number are same but are being managed by a lazy person. Who don’t care for customer and Tuwairish’s reputation.

After getting a reply, I was thinking of deleting this review but nothing changed while Tuwairish team claimed to have extra manpower for delivery

This is my 2nd review from another account, I think 2 weeks are enough to short out delivery issue. But nothing changed, I don’t know why staff lie about products availability-, For example I called to deliver 1 gallon milk but they replied they don’t have 1 gallon in stock, immediately I rushed to the Tuwairish and found they had enough stock for the same milk. Why these lies again and again, I am fed up with their delivery service. Tuwairish owner has to look after these issue very seriously. All positives reviews are either paid or from fake accounts. Nobody comes to give positive reviews without pointing out

Very worst experience in your shop. I was waiting 20 minutes for chicken cutting area.atlast i left without buying anything.so dont repeat the same to other customers

Selection of products are good. Pricing is fair. Service can be largely improved. Staff are not very committed. They do help but there is always hesitation. Some of them outright ignore you.

Well stocked supermarket. Fresh fruits and vegetables available at any time of the day. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Very neat and hygienic especially in the diary, vegetable and fruits area. Separate enclosure for meat products. We have been shopping in this supermarket for the past 16 years or so. No complaints till date. Home delivery is available.

Very Rude Staff behavior in the counter.items are throwing after scan, Staff Should remember We are paying for the product owner or outlet Manager should look into the staff behavior

Nice Shop for All daily needs. Market is Small, but we can find almost all items needed for Day to day life. Price is not Expensive Nor Less. Easily accessable

On bill they write veg and fruits for all vegitables and fruits, they must write the name of items so that one should be clear with the rates. And also i have always found some items with no rates mentioned.
