Excellent Food!

The service rendered by Mr. Basheer Khan was totally amazing, so down to earth and friendly nature person. I wish Unique Restaurant and Mr. Basheer Khan for a wonderful time ahead.

Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, with a minimum 30-minute wait time after ordering, even for something as simple as black tea. The customer service was also lacking, which further added to the frustration. To top it off, the food quality was subpar. Overall, I would not recommend dining here based on my experience

Must try mixed fried rice from here! This is very old and famous restaurant in Al ain. There mixed fried rice is unique and have the same taste and quality and quantity. Also tried Chicken biryani from here which was okie.

This is a Keralite Restaurant with tasty food and their staff are very polite and friendly, once again need to appreciate the attitude of their outstanding customer service

It was awesome. You will never get the taste from any other restaurants.

We went on Friday after the movie. Restaurant located in Town area, Al Ain opposite to the Murabba Police station. First floor for the dining area. Small place but ok. Kerala food is tasty here. We ordered a few items and enjoyed yummy food. The price is also ok. Not much expensive. Good crowds and mainly family people. For two people the budget is around 100 AED. You can visit and enjoy your food. I will go with three stars out of five.

Very bad service. For small order we have waited 45 minutes inside restaurant. We came to visit zoo and this restaurant spoiled our entire time.

I have no authority to judge the quality and taste of the food at this restaurant because everyone's taste expectations are their personal preferences.
But when you order bulk food for auspicious events make sure the amount they fix otherwise you might get cheated when the food is served at the auspicious event and finally pay the full amount for the food.

Restaurant was okay type. All items i have tried so far was just average. Even fish fry i got once was not that fresh.

We've tried Mutton dum biriyani and that was really tasty and we were extremely satisfied. A lot of families, friend gangs were coming over there. We all loved the food. You guys must try this one and moreover it is on affordable price.

Good Food and good service starting from 11: 00 to 00: 00hrs.

Visiting regularly while in Al Ain since long time.

Tasty and fresh food, highly recommended to visit. Also reasonable price. Wonderful environment to enjoy your food with family and friends.

I place order for beef biryani, after 10 minutes, they brought chicken biryani rice with pieces from beef curry.if don't have dum biryani, should tell customer before accept order.

We ordered for Beef Biriyani, unfortunately they have given Beef curry mixed with chicken biriyani rice, they are fooling customers.
Not recommend Biriyani over here.

We ordered beef biryani, and what we received was beef curry mixed with biryani rice. Which was not expected at all especially a recommended restaurant like this. I don’t recommend this restaurant for those who wants to try the real biryani. Rest all good.

Very poor service, no one comes and ask if anything else we need, we order prawns fry and we got order after 40 mints. We ordered extra meal and they forgot us to give and we are just waiting for it for almost 20mints. Very poor service. We lost interest to go back.

The Kerala style most waste Restorant in al ain don’t even think about order non vegetarian food we ordered beef and The beef taste was very bad and horrible taste it seems to have been re cooked many times. I only ate three pieces from ordering the beef fry and chicken fry was no salt and spicy and informed down Casier they were not response

Decent south Indian restaurant in the area.
Quantity and quality meets the money we pay.
But I have the problem with the salt and oil in their foods.
Salty and oily foods are not at all recommendable.
If they reduce the salt in their foods I may given one star more.
Taste wise good but not healthy!

Average food taste, need to wait a lot to get food after the order, also the foods were not fresh.

If possibel i could have given them negative rating. The worst restaurant in Alain. I made an order by 01pm and they promised me the delivery within 45mins. But nothing happened. Once i called them around 2.they informed me that food is out for delivery. Waited till 3pm and didnt get my food.

Great Veg meals, the whole Al Ain it's the best place to have a veg meals. The service is excellent. They have a little delay in delivery but the Waite is ok for the quality of the food.

The most worst kerala restaurant in Alain, I went there 2 times both times i got very bad experience from there, first time i went there just 1 day before of corona lockdown, i ordered beef fry and chicken 65, beef was okie, but chicken was old decayed one, when i complain to waiter he said its fresh, then i told him to have it infront of me, when he had it he asked me sorry and he told me they repalce it. I ignored, last week my friend took me there, i cannot ignore his invitation so i went there with half mind, we orded prawns masala and chicken 65 and naan, waiter brought us a prawns curry after 30minutes, i ignored, then i ask him wer is chicken, then he said oh soeey sir order not gone please wait, i waited patiently since my friend was there, again after 15 min minutes he brought me chicken 65 whixh is not properly cooked and without salt. I told him to take it back and complain to the incharge there, he also dont have any feelings he jus smiled, din apologize or enquired the issue. Why i wrote this, if the owner is reading this he should know, these type staff will throw the good name of restaurant into bins. So guys i never recommend this restaurant, very poor service, very bad quality for foods.

Have a bad experience with order placing and delivery.

90% of the time the phone is not being picked up. If you are very lucky, you will get connected and they take your orders. The order delivery is based on there own timing. If we place order for lunch, you can expect tge delivery during the tea time.

Food is good; but the attitude is not.
