Worst insurancd company I ever dealt with. I have a comprehensive car insurance and I got into a minor accident where I was the non-faulty party, yet still I have been waiting for more than a month for an approval to fix the car and it still hasn’t come. I follow up with them every single day but their contact center is absolutely useless. Don’t trust them. They are frauds.
Worst health insurance company, reception would not answer and incase they will answer they will keep you on hold and no answer you will get, better used different numbers for them to answer you,
Such a bad customer experience and they never answer nor call back and they take so much time to do anything at all It’s unfortunate that I have to deal with them
Please dont use them for health insurance they are scammer, your claim will not be accepted, then they will offer you to cancel the policy and deduct then money.
Very bad services in my experience. The second year I’m using this insurance, I have an investor insurance and when I will go to the hospital they are not accepting due to the process uncompleted issues of this company and wasting our time missing docter appointments
I would like to share my negative feedback but i have long story reach to company management with no positive action done and the customer service there really contacted with client with unprofessional way and screaming on client even I’m effective not got service however my story very long but i give little proof

شركة اقل مايقال عنها انها زيرو في كل شي حتى الزيرو حرام عليهم. قبل لاتوقع العقد يحطونك فوق الراس ومن توقع عقد التامين ولا اي شي غيره مايردون على اتصالك ولا يعطونك سيارة تاجرها ولا يحزنون. اي حد عنده بي ام دبليو ومتوسطين له في هذي الشركة لا يأمن سيارته نصيحة. سيارتي واقفه اسبوع بالكراج ولا صلحوووها
Very 3rd class insurance service. Daily basis one test required no medicine giving to pateint for next day approval. No one is attending telephone in company number. If like this bad service providing than who will go for ur company. Very Very poor insurance. Patient is in critical condition will wait 3 days for approval for nothing.
Very bad insurance I called no one is respond after many calls one guy whose answer me he was not respectable After he transfer me, that no one is answering so I hope this Man who answer me learn some discipline. Time: 2: 28, on 06/07/2021.
I insured my car from them and they were great in dealing. The next year i needed to transfer the insurance to another owner of the car. The customer care is best. And they are very much helpful in each and everything. I liked them more than my expectations.
I don’t really know about the insurance itself, what it covers and for how much. All what i know is it is extremely hard to find out anything about them.
