Drastic bad. Recently I did servicing from there. They broke my AC air duct while servicing of my Reynolt Symbol.
I use to check my car frequently so I was sure it was OK before. But they never agreed that there ineffecient service man broke it while servicing. They told that it was broken from before. Now evertime I drive my
car dashboard alarm flashes signaling that air duct is broken. And engine stops. So please it is my sciencier advice not to go servicing there

My experience with Universal Auto Garage was excellent. Starting from initial registration of the car, the service provided by Basheer was exceptional. Mr Basheer and team went out if the way to ensure my car is repaired/serviced in time with discounted price. They arranged towing services to the vehicle inspection centre first and delivered the car to my house without me visiting any place. The car is repaired/services to highest standards and returned to me in excellent condition. I am extremely happy with their service and recommend all potential new customers to approach for any premium car (mine is BMW X5) repair/service requirements.

I visited this garage a couple months ago for routine check prior to yearly inspection. They did the complete check and advised me with clear, open & thorough information for short & long term maintenance required, along with the cost for each. My car's brake pads replacement were done with a good price and a complimentary car wash.
Recommend to book in advance or come a bit early, since the garage is always busy. Special thanks to Mr. Basheer who provided clear guidance along the process.

The personel is very professional. This garage takes care of your car like their own. The team keeps on updating you with the progress of he maintenance or the repair service you have asked for. They will call you ahead of making the repair to take your approval for expenditure. The personel is very welcoming, you will feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I have an Audi A4 making 2014 and a Chevrolet Traverse making 2013 and both cars are like at their 2nd home when staying at Universal Auto Garage. Keep the service up!

It's a good place to do mechanical work, they cleared my jaguar issue which no one else could find out. Employees are friendly and clearly understand the customer issues. Only thing I will suggest is to have a bit more space to accommodate more customers.
