Worst clinic in Abu Dhabi. Very unprofessional staff.zero cooperate on helpline.
If you did a test in their lab then sit back and relax they will take weeks to give you reports

Not clean at all, you need to keep following up to get your results. I went 2 times and same thing happened, i did blood test but they did not call me or sent the result by email either when i asked them to send through email and they said yes. But i received nothing

I phoned for an appointment for dental practice. The call agent/ receptionist is not listening. She asked: when would you like to have your appointment?
Me: in the morning 9,10, maybe?
Reception: oh ok. Oh no. 9 is booked. When do you want your appointment then?
Me: well.maybe 10 as I mentioned it before.
She gave me directions what I thought was quite good but very impatient when it comes to spelling things. She actually said: I repeat it for you ONCE AGAIN.
So she gave me an appointment for 10 am. Got a SMS to confirm the booking what I thought was very professional after the not so professional conversation.
Several hours later I got a call from the same receptionist to inform me that my 10 am appointment is no longer available. (not so professional once again).
Reception: when do you want to come then as Dr S.will not be available and marketing team only informed me now. (excellent communication between departments. I was sarcastic)
Me: it is my first visit so I don’t have to go to Dr. S.
Reception: no other doctor will be available. She will be available at 12pm.
Me: Sorry I will be at work that time. What about Monday?
Reception: Tomorrow is Monday!
Me: No, tomorrow is Sunday! Are you sure my appointment is not available tomorrow.
Reception: yes. And Monday all doctors are afternoon.
Me: I can only do morning.
Reception: oh I call you back for latter appointments, I have to check.
Me: ok
It is the day after more than 24 hours passed and I never had the “call you back” call.
I can not comment on their actual service but made me think if it is so disorganized to make an appointment at reception the front line of the service hmm.would it reflect on the actual service.

I went there for the same check up as I had done it before 3 days earlier there but I got same problem even though I was taking medicine and I asked to meet doctor for check up but the reception said there is no doctor and I asked for sick leave certificate they said no doctor no sick leave and as per Daman card rule I am not allowed to go other doctor untill 7 days I got absent in my job while I was supposed to get sick leave. Very #bad #experiences #careless
