The worst company to deal with horrible customer service.i got a package form Italy my company is in abu dhabi and i have abu dhabi customs NO.they want me to pay 485 aed extra so they clear it form me in abu dhabi or else im forced to open DUBAI customs account to get Dubai customs No.i dont understand why and they delay my shipment where i paid premium 260EUR to get the package delivered to me in 5 day

Worst service! I was supposed to have today's delivery, I called their customer service like 3 times in the morning and they assured me it would be delivered by the end of the day.and Customer's service was very poor.it is unprofessional!
Actually they more our one of the box which came from India and they delivered mistakenly to other person. But after that they got back from him and returned to us. Still they need to improve.
UPS is a good cheaper alternative to other carriers. I would use their service again for items which doesn't have customs. I have sent an item that had custom duty and the receiving process was a pain to the receiver.
It was slightly more follow up and UPS didn't show up given time rather than 2 hours late but they delivered the shipment 2 days before the date given. The guy went out of way to deliver it so I appreciate UPS.
Not happy with their service, my shipment was over delayed due to their claim of being provided a wrong address; however, the address they had was correct and never been reported by other couriers for being missing details or wrong.
The counter staff was very helpful. She told me all the checks and balances that went into ensuring my package was delivered on or before the expected date. (It actually arrived a couple of days early). She asked a couple of times if I had everything in the package. She cared about her customer. Thank you!
My shipment was delivered to Abudhabi for more than two weeks but I didn’t receive it yet! Their excuse is the address is not complete. Tried to contact them several ways and sent emails but no replies what so ever!
I regularly send letters from Abu Dhabi to Europe by UPS, from Old Airport Road Office and their service is always very good, letters were delivered timely and without problems. The only thing I can make objection about is supporting documentation volume and, hence, time consuming collecting process.
Mu shipments came from USA in 3 days and UAE UPS still have the shipment for 5 days now and the warehouse is near to my house. First time using this company and the last time
My shipment arrived from Germany to UAE in 1 day as it is an urgent ahipment but it is stuck in with them for 4 days! Thats stuped! And im calling them them from 3 days to update my adress because they wrote “wrong address” because of no reason, im asking to collect it from the customer centre in Dubai, and you can see how long is the waiting time on the phone just to talk to the customer service agent! Not to mention that the system is telling me you are the next customer to be answered from 45 minutes until I hanged up after 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting! And still after 4 days they are just making new request everyday, i payed 780 AED For this urgent shipment! “IF ITS NOT THE SENDING COMPANY REQUIREMENTS I WOULD NEVER AGREE TO SHIP IT THROUGH UPS! ”
Very bad and poor service they schedule a delivery on sunday then they remove the schdule and there is no date of delivery, i called them twice they says they will call back but still they didnt i would give them zero star 1 of the biggest comany u get this service pooooooor
Worst costumer service, even Empost is better. Do not use UPS under any circumstances. You will never get your package on time, if there is an issue, you won’t get notified, and when you do call them, they will say anything to shut you up and leave. Completely unacceptable.
Unnecessary delays saying they dont have phone number and address. How can one ship without address? Its was supposed to get delivered 3 days back. After calling the call centre they don’t have answers and if you ask difficult questions they will put you on hold and let the call die itself or force you to disconnect the call.
For anyone at these times can't get their order Delivered, I suggest calling the call centers and asking where is your order package located so you can go ahead and get it yourself, its inconvenient but at least you get your order on time
They are unprofessional and keep waiting for 25 minutes on paid number 600 just to talk to their costumer service when I was promised to be call back.unbelievable.
Always late delivery, they will not call you if there's any problem with your delivery you have to call them and wait 30 mins to reach CS agent. Worst of worst service.
It's just awful! I've been waiting for my delivery for 15 days.and still no delivery. Called them for several times, provided all the necessary info and then they just ignored me. The only thing they can say is "we will deliver you parcel tomorrow"
This is the worst shipping company they charged me express fee and that package stayed at the warehouse for a week and in addition to the rude staff.all my packages will be coming through Fedex only from now on. Stay away from UPS
One of the worst courier services unlike what i hear about them being one of the leading courier companies! I was promised i will receive my shipment since yesterday and until now i have called 6 times begging them to let the delivery guy call me, they promise he will but no one does. 3 times they changed the timings for noooo reason! They just tell me sry this is the first time this happens! Now it is already past the time they told me they will deliver and i am still waiting with their false promises.so frustrating
Worst service! I was supposed to get a delivery today, and called their customer service like 3 times in the morning and they assured me the delivery would be done by the end of the day.but guess what they just didn't call me and instead just put up a status saying they attempted to deliver and couldn't get a hold of me.they didn't call me! Paid around 65$ for the express delivery and this! It's absolutely unprofessional! I paid the additional price to make sure I get it on time and even then it's delayed.
