Bad services staff behave not good I go with my family and friends this restaurant never go next time so bed

Naadan Restaurant. The food, ambience everything felt like a kerala roadside restaurant. Good service and very affordable pricing.

My first visit to this restaurant shabiya.
And i will eat chattiporatta is very good and my friends eat tender chicken and mylanchi putt. And fresh milk Tea always good 4 people Rakesh bro

Very bad experience. One small quantity of chemmeen curry they are charging 36 AED. No taste and worth for that amount

Atleast give a training on how to behave with customers, not gonna recommend to anyone. I think you don’t care anymore as your group has grown. But staffs like these will let you down in no time. Very bad experience in shabiya branch nearby madeena supermarket (10: 45am)

I went with my family in afternoon and they had only mutton biryani available we went with that and the person while serving biryani was holding plate with his hand and the fingers were in the rice plate which he served.
Very unhygienic place to go. Tastes does mater but can be compromised

Good place to have lunch like wedding sadya style. Serving food in banana leaf. Unlimited biriyani rice serving place. Like the tast of food

I would like to edit something. Online delivery is becoming some kind of irrogent. They feel some thing like they own the market.

Still their Beef thava and Kunjan mathi is the best in taste in the local area

Craving for a typical Kerala style cuisine, we ordered from this restaurant! I was surely warned by the person who took the order that some of the dishes are gonna be so so so super spicy! Indeed it was! Though in general I don’t like very spicy good, Especially on a cold winter weekend night, that spicy food did go well! So no complaints! We had ordered:
*Chicken Kondattam - this is super super duper spicy but so Delicious and unique
* pepper masala - again very spicy but so flavorful and yummy
* chicken varutharachathu - perfect gravy for Kerala parata, loved it
* chicken 65- I didn’t like it, as it was so dry and hard and the pieces were so big, so it made it look more inedible. Wish they were more flavorful.
* wheat parata- perfectly made, fluffy and soft.
However I wish, they food wasn’t too oily. The oil was floating in excess on all the curries and gravies.

Delivery was quick, it did come within 30-40 mins on a weekend night!
Overall a good option if you crave an authentic Kerala food!

Loved the yummy Mutton biriyani, tasty masala. There is 50+ seating arrangements in, out and basement area, even though long queue on friday afternoons.

When the restaurant was open everything was good. But now they had changes a lot. Taste of food, Serving. Even if we went after 2.30 we must eat what they are giving. They must change their attitude. Now the food taste has gone to average.

I have ordered an order (385/ shabiya11) from your restaurant. I would like to raise a concern that, I have complaint against my order that, beef fry was old and off foods smell with bad taste. I really felt that, this product was expired and when I complained about it your branch staff teased me that, You doesn’t know the taste of beef. As a prime customer regularly ordered from your restaurant and complaint against one of eight order that I made today was not treated properly well by staff (shabiy11) is as well as the manager (shabiya 10). With this unpleasant experience I am forced to change my mind to order with another good customer service center located in this area.

Hope that you will investigate this matter and update me accordingly.

We had a dinner yesterday, we ordered fish tawa fry, chemmen roast butter chicken etc.they do have less vegetable dishes and juices are limited.fish items are tasty but butter chicken disappointed.

It's okay.we had breakfast, but dosa was okay.other dishes may be good as the restaurant is not a vegetarian one.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Shabia. Taste is unique and not soo costly. Beef dishes are must try ones.

I would recommend dinner from this restaurant, wide variety of menu available. But lunch needs to be drastically improved. Very poor choices and quality of Lunch (Motta set) served to me when I visited this restaurant two weeks ago.

Very bad experience, more than 2 times same experience. 0 star to these people's. Rude behaviour of staffs. Even they are not caring what customers said. Kalli valli attitude. 1st they should know customer treating. I will not visit here further.

Nice name, tasty food and best location.
But I noticed that, the suppliers attitude towards a customer is so bad. I experienced bad behavior twice from the restaurant

We were 3 personals, My friends order somethings and I order fish curry, parotta and tea. I got the parotta little lately and it was cold, then I requested gently for making it heat, but he hesitate and telling that ""so rush here, busy, is it required". And finally he forget to bring for me the item after heating it.simply I dint feel a good behavior from the supplier.

Very bad experience and very slow table service and not proper cooperation for the service. Only you get on item at a time. They brought bread initially and we waited for 20 min to get one of the curry which we ordered by the time bread was too cold and second set of bread was reduced after waiting fir another 10 minutes. I really don’t recommend this place

Worst service on home delivery orders.
Cancelled our order with out informing us, Manager need to be more professional.

We order chikken curry, beef fry chikken 65.
They bring Chikken 65 after finished dinner.

Food nice but service very worst and waiting time very high on table. Please pick up the service level. I planned eat more different food but service level not suitable to eat. How many hours my friends waiting empty plate.

Not suggesting to dine in when you are hungry, attenders has attitude issues, worst experienced, I have to order the same food again one more time after time waiting for 10 mins, it's okay to wait worth if hotel is rush but when one 3 table occupied they might serve better for which we are paying

Today 26 may 2021 I visited vazhiyoram restaurant and observed something wrong which is against health and safety and against covid 19 protocols that made me to write this feedback.the staffs are reusing the disposable protective items like hand gloves and other things for couple of days, even by wearing it they are touching the hand rails and walls which might be touched or spread by some viruses and after that with our sanitising or changing the hand gloves they are serving to the customer. And absolutely not following the social distancing. In this situation feeling very pathetic to write this because all of us are going through a big disaster Covid 19. And especially places like hotels we have to take care more because the chances for spreading is high and most of the people like us here depends on hotels for our all time meal. And we have 100 percent trust on UAE health, safety and Food authorities. Hope this kind of practices will be terminated soon from our country by taking respective actions.

Well the presentation was not that elegant. Salad didn't seemed fresh. Taste was hit and miss. It was ok.

Had Beef Tawa Fry and Porotta from Vazhiyoram. One of my friend recommended it. Superb Quantity and quality. 1 is sufficient for 2 persons.

Very bad customer services with non proper covide protocol.staff and even Manager Mr.shuhaib also behaved very rude attitude.waiters using same gloves for all things even they using washroom also with the same gloves.if someone really care about safe place don't visit vazhiyoram M10.

Good food, wide choice of items, good price (but person at the cash or the one who takes the order needs to say if it is full or half plate. Otherwise they charge you full plate) but customer service is quite a? Opening branches is good but service has to be in mind.because I told a staff wore a brown shirt i was waiting for my order and by mistake I said been an hour since I ordered. He checked my bill and said it is just 40 min. But i have paid for the food. It matters that I am waiting for 40 min or less. And more over I am ur customer. Just teach ur staff to be a bit courteous. I also watched a staff pass comments about a couple. Be careful tables turn. This is an era were things are uncertain just take care. I know my feed back won’t matter much. Because I am not a malayali. If u think I am bluffing this is the order no. 533

Food was ok but not up to mark. But poor poor service. It was a weekend. Bit crowded. Waiters running like chickens with no clue what to do. No eye contact. Wait like 20 mins to let them attend. Finally order placed. Then again 20mins to get the food. We ordered some dry items and he bring it without gravy. Upon asking he bought a very small portion (5 tsp maybe) of gravy for we 4 after 15 mins. By that time we almost finished the food. Went to wash area and found more disaster and unhygienic than anywhere. And for the bill i had to wait near the cash counter with many other customers for another 15 mins.totally disappointed.

Really great experience for dine in. Comfortable feeling with a good food. Not an expensive food. Enough quantity for the price.

Beef dishes are good paratha will be ice cold if you will not ask for fresh. Good ambience and the appam is good compared to other nearby restaurants.

Best hotel i will recommend for dining with friends and family for dinner.live appam is and sizzler type non veg dishes is my favorites.

Dine in is comparatively a better option cuz you can know the item is available or not 15 mins after your order. If you order by phone u have to wait for at least an hour to know whether the item is available or not and then u have to make a second call to remind them of your order and wait an hour more for the delivery and only if you are lucky enough your order will be delivered.

Very disappointing staff cooperation, and no leadership. Cashier who is sitting thr I believe he is the owner, he doest even care about customer or staff interecations.

Good tasty Food, special beef tawa Fry, Price is ok according to Quality and quantity. 1 portion Tawa fry ok for 2 people. Lunch time no have Parotta and chapathi only meals, biriyani, Pathiri & Ediyappam.

Some cleaning happing on stairs in Peak hours which feels not good.

Chutti beef curry is good. But I feel they need to increase number of serving people as we need to wait to give order

They took 45 minutes to deliver these food!
Atleast they should have said it would take time to us.

My first time experience.
I entered through entrance in ground floor, there nothing special but I asked for one Motta rice set for lunch. Staff told me to go underground floor. I thought what the hell!
I started to step down the underground and found the complete new world. Beautiful lighting, wonderful decoration and staff dedicated service. Food was awesome and tasty. Keep it up Vazhiyoram team!

The food is so tasty. When we had first time, it was not at all good but when we had this time, found it good. Service is late but food is good. Make sure to ask price of fish before ordering as sometimes it can be so high as they write season. Also make sure you order longtime before planning to have food as it will take minimum 30 minutes. In terms of food quality and taste, it good and must try place. There is space in underground which i prefer as it is ideal for families. Children will love their food. I and my family members enjoyed the food from here.

This restaurant is at Mussafah near Efia School. This restaurant is an Indian restaurant mainly a Kerala restaurant. The food they serve is from aapam to idiaapam, egg fry to beef fry. It has ground floor and also basement. The quality and taste of the food are very good. The cost is also very reasonable.

Only for their service they are getting 3 stars. Staff are super friendly and helpful. But the food is not good. I had meals other day but it wasnt near any good. Fish Curry and fry was terrible.

The food which I have ordered was crab chatti curry, beef sizzler type, kallumakaya fry along with some breads. The crab curry was really tasty. I will highly recommend this restaurant because of many reasons and I will mention some of them below

Nice malabari restaurant at Mussaffa, variety of dishes available. We had their Fish curry and paratta, Tastey food. Except they gave us കീറിയ പൊറോട്ട (see picture ️). Service is very bad.
Expect a 30 minutes waiting time in the peak hours even for dine in. We also saw a customer arguing with cashier for delay in delivery.
