I ordered butter chicken. Chicken taste like it was recycled from fried chicken and chicken tikka. Complaint to server buy does not understand english.

I had lot of times beef tawa and poratta. That was very tasty and quality was good. But when i tried last three times beef tawa was very bad quality, totally changed the thickness and meet also very less

This was chicken biryani on Friday afternoon which costs 13 AED, with unlimited rice.
It was good and should try once.

Had been to Vazhiyoram restuarant twice, on my first visit i have ordered appam, Chicken biriyani and some curry which was very tasty so i went to the same restaurant today and have ordered parota with egg roast. Egg roast was really horrible.

Good food means have quantity and quality. I tryed there beef thava and parotta both being a nice combo

Normal restaurant with wide variety of items, beef tawa was good, porotta also good.washroom was very bad, looks like a pig farm.

Best tasty food for a reasonable price. We three could eat dinner for just 30 dh! Tea was just as I wanted. Staff is courteous

Food was very delicious … but i hve one complaint regarding your staffs Today (28/03/2023) i went there for Dinner. I ordered food and waiting. Suddenly your two staffs are fighting like cinema. I think one of the guy injured more. So please take care your staffs and give proper training for how to behave infront of your customers. Otherwise It will affect your reputation. Other way you people are giving tasty food and everything.

I had mutton tava last week it was delicious and they are very good service and food price is very reasonable.

Paid 40 Dhs for something that tasted so old. They were not even ready to change the dish.
Waiters were extremely rude and did not even acknowledge the problems.

Superb food south indian food. Must try. Especially beef tava fry.

Wash room access is the only downside, as it's not inside the restaurant. Also parking finding parking space on weekends will be tricky.

This rating is for their pathetic service, after over 3 hours of ordering food they are not even aware about their delivery persons location. They don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Even while dine-in also it's Long waiting hours in the restaurant. If they don't have sufficient delivery person, they should stop taking orders. Never order food from here, you will never get it on time.

Ordered Pothichor. But it's the worst. Simply waste of money. Just meals wrapped in banana leaf seperately.

Have ordered an order (385/ shabiya11) from your restaurant. I would like to raise a concern that, I have complaint against my order that, beef fry was old and off foods smell with bad taste. I really felt that, this product was expired and when I complained about it your branch staff teased me that, You doesn’t know the taste of beef. As a prime customer regularly ordered from your restaurant and complaint against one of eight order that I made today was not treated properly well by staff (shabiy11) is as well as the manager (shabiya 10). With this unpleasant experience I am forced to change my mind to order with another good customer service center located in this area.

The food is good but I got the very bad service. I took take away.it's delay almost 45 minutes, next day also it happen.

Very slow in serving food. I would only recommend the beef tawa. One of the staff was very unprofessional and no conduct.very bad way of talking.

Ver very bad experience today.me and my two friends came for breakfast at the restaurant in the morning and there were hardly any customers dining at the restaurant we waited outside waiting for someone to come and take the order and after 10 to 15 min nobody came so we went inside and asked someone to come and take the order and again waited but still nobody came, we felt really embarrassed and it's a shame for a restaurant with such public reputation don't have minimum service quality, I will never ever come to your restaurant again.

I am really sorry to say that I left the restaurant without having any food because of the staff attitude.

Very poor customer service.waited for almost 30 minutes and no one reached us to take the order even after showing gestures from us.careless attitude by the staffs

Would give it a zero if I could. Staffs stand was rude. Come here if you want attitude. Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they started to show their attitude. Took an hour to get food. The sanitation was not proper. There was dirt on the top of chairs and
on the top of banana leaves, which they used to serve food. At the counter, the person was busy with some other jobs and we had to wait until another person who worked there noticed us. It was overall a very bad experience. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure.

The South Indian (kerala) food is nicely prepared. It’s pretty affordable too. Only negative is that the staff carry a grim face as if they are not interested to work there. Average customer service.

Worst experience. I visited on 5th June 2021. The air conditioning was not working and it was really hot. Ordered chicken kondatam and the waiter forget to give order in kitchen.
But the worst part that I would suggest not to go at all to the hotel is that they kept a disposable plate which fall on the floor bt mistake back to the stock.
So unhygienic and I would have told them what are you doing. Still I regret that moment.
Please don't visit.this Hotel, it's really unhealthily for they are serving.

This is one of my favourite spots in Musaffah. There tawa dishes need a special mention. There is wait during peak business hours. However, the taste and dishes will not disappoint you. Best for a 8-10 group eats.

A must visit place for all keralites living in abu dhabhi, the food there is phenomenal and great service, the taste of the food is 100% as that of what we try from kerala. If u guys visit this place do try out their beef tawa and porota coz i loved it.
