W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island

Second stay here and it gets worse. Hotel looks very good, but gets a bit tired. Broken irons, no basic things like toothpaste, but that’s all manageable. It’s impossible to sleep now because of noise. Out of two nights first night was completely terrible with racecars driving under my balcony till midnight. And after the midnight it was noisy due to planes. After the new terminal was constructed planes now land directly above the hotel, so this noise is all night long. Second night it was just planes, no cars. Two sleepless nights at the hotel of such level- it is not worth it. I totally get raceway and airplane noise is hard to mitigate for the hotel team, still as a guest I was upset

We were there after visiting the Formula One track.
We were allowed to take photos of the route that runs under the hotel from the restaurant terrace.
Everyone is very friendly there.

I am a Resident of the UAE not a tourist and I booked in the Hotel for the weekend since i have some visitors from abroad and we wanted to visit multiple theme parks in addition to spending the night instead of driving back to Dubai. I booked 4 rooms via the Hotel's call center directly, not through apps, online platforms or travel agencies. I've explained to the call center agent that my booking should include access to theme parks and thats the whole purpose of my booking, she confirmed that she can book the rooms for me with access to 2 theme parks, and the tickets should be used on the same day since am booking for 1 night only, but she told me that i can ask the front desk if i can use the vouchers on 2 days, in both cases it wasnt an issue for me. Moreover, she told me that i have a membership with Marriot Hotels, which includes W Hotel so am entitled for a better price, which added value to my trip. I booked the rooms under the conditions that i've mentioned above, took my visitors on Saturday morning and drove to AbuDhabi to enjoy the weekend. When I reached and started the check in process, the front desk attendant told me that my booking does not include theme parks access. I wasn't happy to hear that and she could see that on my face so she called her collegue, who came and confirmed the same, when i started to become angry they called the duty assistant manager who immidiately came and told me i'll upgrade the rooms, as if my main purpose for the visit is to sleep in a suit, and he kept on saying it until i lost my tempere. My visitor went to the assistant manager and told him we would like to see someone higher than you, and the Manager came to meet me, he gave me a solution that not only he will upgrade my rooms, but he wants me to go buy the theme parks vouchers and if i was (telling the truth) based on the phone call records, he will refund me the amount back. They did not only insult me, but they accused me of lying and creating a story. I finally called crown plaza Yas Plaza, booked 4 rooms in 10 mins with the conditions that i wanted, took my visitors and enjoyed my stay. In conclusion, am still waiting fot the phone call records to proof my point and i believe 5 stars hotels should pay more attention when hiring their staff, especially management or guest relations because W Hotel is in the middle of the race track, and in one of the most iconic landmarks in the world, they should provide more training to their management staff and guest relations staff and teach them how to talk to people in better manners. Advice, always book from Yas Island website, did that before, more trust worthy, more professionals and they know what they're doing.

My husband and I decided to do a weekend staycation and we had an amazing stay at The W Hotel - Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
We were surprised by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in and we were speechless as soon as we entered the room. From the cleanliness, furnitures, amenities -everything was immaculate! We had an awesome view of the Yas Marina area.
Staff were all polite and very accommodating.
We definitely recommend The W and surely we will stay again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay here at W Hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfy, with a view of the truck. The location was great, and the excellent staff was happy to assist with anything needed. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Not a 5 star standard hotel if compared to our recent last stays in other hotels like The Ritz Oman, Alila Oman and Hilton Habtoor Dubai.
W hotel didn't provide a welcome drink at check in, no fruit basket in a suite room nor any kids treat during holiday season and yes no turn down service.

The room cleaning service has also thrown our shopping bag that had shoe lasses and we got compensated by goody bags! How shocking.

Okay, so I must say that I was rather skeptical when hearing that I'd been invited here. I was expecting a pompous and pretentious atmosphere, however it's VERY beautiful, hip, trendy looking yet casually pleasing to the eye. It has first row views right onto the Ferrari track (that's why it's famous). The waiters do their MOST to make everyone feel comfortable and seem to have the talent of anticipating when clients need something (usually another drink). Such a pleasant surprise. I'll be back with my husband and in-laws.

Usually a great hotel but it seems they were too busy this weekend. Not enough staff and it's pointless to have the ground level cafe open when there is nobody there to serve you

Was thinking to go out for dinner but then found a Indian chef there he made customized pasta and sandwich.

Stayed at this hotel for two days and it was an amazing time. The wet deck is lovely and often quiet with great views of the surrounding area. Both restaurants on the ground floor were phenomenal and the roastery was very tasty too. The rooms were great and spacious with balconies over looking the yachts and race track. Every member of staff I came across was so friendly, welcoming and accomodating when there was some confusion with the final bill. Couldn't recommend enough

Amazing hotel.designed my Zaha hadid. Modern architecture and recently renovated.hopefully they will improve the elevators and some small old detaits inside the rooms. It's a bit tacky than before as the interior was in the minimalist side but overall still impressive

I want to put a serious complaint for a manager of wet deck Shajidul, he’s arrogant and have no respect to speak. Please look into it and i want this to be taken care of on urgent basis.

Must be the best brunch ever. Huge variety of food, very friendly staff and a very festive and jolly vibe.

Now that’s an amazing hotel! Wow! A must visit just for the track view from the room. Imagine the wet deck, lounge areas, but the views, wow! Amazing breakfast buffet also and great service all around. Don’t try to go early as checkin is always 3 pm, since the hotel hosts many guests. Enjoy the rooms more and make sure to use the facilities. Will definitely come back for a longer experience!

It is an excellent property overlooking racing track. Food was great. Pool perhaps a little smaller compared to other grand things in property. But quite nice and relaxing. Most of all - excellent service. Great hospitality. Right from check in, Hakim set the tone making us feel very welcomed. Very forthcoming with necessary information and making it easy for us to understand options to get around and things to do.others at check-in counter were all very helpful too, in room service has been great. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you guys.

Loved it. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The restaurants are also amazing with great food. Top class service with a top class infrastructure. The fact that its next to yas marina circuit is even better. You can see the track and the cars from your room.

Great and iconic base for a family trip to the attractions in Abu Dhabi; Louvre, WB, Grand Mosque, Ferrari. Value is truly unbeatable. Combine it with some Beach paradise hotels in Dubai or Zadyat. Some noise from racetrack is to be expected. Wonderful staff. Tesla charging. Thanks

FANTASTIC HOTEL! LOVED IT! Great dining and partying options. Right by the YAS Marina where you can also find great restaurant and lounges. Literally inside of the YAS Marina F1 Circuit. If you are a car/speed lover, make sure to make the driving experience on the circuit.

You have an impression to be in the space. Especially, if your room has a view on the circuit. Fantasmagorique impression. Apart that hotel is design, with SPA and roof top swimming pool. Concierge service is excellent. Very friendly, quick and serviable. Those who are fun of Formula 1 or even not have to stay there at least once in lifetime. It is really something very much unusual.

Excellent hotel for having ceremonies or events has big hauls but the prices are a bit on the high side

The place is really nice to stay we really enjoyed the stay, the circuit is exactly bottom of the hotel so please aware of the sounds. The staff is really polite and kind.

One of the bestest hotel that i have visited in a while. Though it is a five star hotel, i would rate it a 7 star one. Its a modern hotel with modern infrastucture and designs. At 600 dhms per night for B&B its a steal. It has got an exquisite breakfast buffet with load for vegeterians like myself. The rooms were well maintained. The toilitries were full. Shower system was great. Rooms service was good. In short i liked everything about this hotel. Its worth every single penny.

I am not a hotels person, but Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi is extremely recommended if you are a motorsports fan, the design of the building and the rooms have so many racing elements, also the hotel is located inside the famous Yas Marina Circuit so you see the circuit wherever you go around the hotel.
