Very delicious food and Thankyou for the friendly and accomodating staff especially to Gem who assisted us with full smile and enthusiasm.

The quantity of the food is not worth the money, we were two and my partener was served 10 minutes before me, i don't know what the delay even though we ordered thesame dish.

Food and ambiance is fantastic, plus great service from the staffs. Most especially, Angel. She's is a real angel! Her customer service skills made me feel at home. With her, Wagamama in Khalifa City is officially our favorite go-to dinner place. Let me highlight that we have visited other branch before, this branch is SUPERB. Kudos!

Yesterday I ordered 2 ramens, Kare Burosu. They were tasteless. The broth was transparent like water. We complained. The manager said it is apparently lacking the curry paste. He brought some curry paste. When we added this it tasted normal like before. So the cook forgot to add the curry paste this time which indicates inconsistent quality control or staff training.

The food and service is excellent. Germe was very welcoming and hospitable. You also get 50% discount on your first visit by downloading the app.

My favorite restaurant in the city! The food tastes really good.

We were served by Sam who was incredibly friendly throughout our meal; making the experience all the more enjoyable. The warm and welcoming attitude enhanced the overall dining experience and made me feel right at home. I have never received a service as welcoming and friendly as I did in Wagamama by Sam. It's was a pleasure to be served by such a friendly team.

Good food. A unique and creative menu, nice interiors, good staff specially Defi and Sandun. Quick service very accommodating. Definitely a marvelous place to eat. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent but food is below average we ordered the Teriyaki beef bowl it has some shredded beef very small portion and some greens and carrot on the top for 76 AED. Big difference between the food at this branch and Dubai branches.

An excellent place for lunch or dinner, we downloaded the app and received a 100aed discount on the order. All the dishes were no less excellent, in size and taste. We asked for not spicy and we got it.

We decided to visit after seeing it on Entertainer deals. The restaurant is located at 3rd level of Abu Dhabi Mall. The food is ok, but our expectations were higher, especially for the ramen. We can say was nothing special, but fair for the price we paid.

I've always been craving for a good ramen and it's honestly rare to find a good one here in Abu dhabi which is tasty, quality justifies the prices, and a location that is easily accessible within the city. I've ordered Kare burosu ramen and ebi gyoza and everything was totemo umai! The serving was surprisingly big but the savory taste makes me slurps more than what my appetite can handle! A plus factor for the experience was the sweet and kind Jermie who assists me throughout the service! Will be back again!

Kudos to the staff for being accommodating and friendly. This is my 2nd time dining in Wagamama and it still the best fusion ramen bar in the city!

We have a very interesting story about Wagamama. The first time my wife and I visited, we didn't like it, but it was our fault because we don't like spicy food and we didn't tell anything to our waitress. Few months later, we decided to give a second chance to this restaurant and amazingly it became one of our favorite Asian style restaurants. We love it! The sirloin steak ramen is fabulous, we asked them to cook it non spicy. Also, the prices are very affordable. I personally recommend you giving a try to this excellent restaurant. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. Good job guys!

Amazing food and service. Went for lunch today and it was busy being a Sunday, but the food was up to standard and Ahmed the manager gave us amazing service. I am definitely visiting here again.

Magnificent restaurant, great staff, very attentive and very helpful. The food was also fabulous.

Tried the Iftar menu. Order the set + salted caramel ice cream. When I order, the ice cream was available. After my meal 30 mins later, when I asked for dessert, the staff told me that the salted caramel ice cream is NOT available and insisted that I take the sorbet ice cream. WHAT THE HECK. If you don't have it, then DO NOT promote it nor say it is available when the customer asked before ordering the meal. I DO NOT want to to pay for something that I do not want to eat. Customer service ethics!

Highly overrated. Order beef teriyaki donburi. It was mostly just plain rice with barely any beef (I mean com’on I know you are a business looking for a buck but there is a limit to stinginess) What a rip off at AED 71! Also, the dish had no real flavor dimension - I was expecting it to have teriyaki flavor as the name suggests but it turned out to be extremely bland…

Service was fast and food excellent from the 1st bite…. Loved the dumpling starter will definitely do it again.

The waitress who assisted us, Tessy, was very accommodating. We ate in Wagamama Abu dhabi mall. The food was good and the service too. Overall our experience is great and I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Food court quality of food. May be worth it to go for their lunch offers which come to around 40dhs (including a drink). Otherwise overpriced for what it offers.

Had a wonderful experience at Wagamama, Abu Dhabi Mall. Our waiter Alaba did a great job at helping select the best dishes on the menu. My personal favorite was the Salmon Teriyaki Soba.

Our newest fave Asian Resto.thank you Ms. Marianne & her team for all the advice. (she gave us options on the regular menu & promo menu, all we ordered are great.chicken curry, pad thai & chilli chicken ramen) even gave us seats where there's a great view.

No taste.no flavours. Why did I go there at all? Have nothing to say! Utterly shocked. How can a food have no flavours?

Mickey was our server amd she was very thoughtful and great. She made it a very nice experience, the food was tasty as well.

Tantanmen is always at its best! Plus, we would like to commend Bernard for being very accommodating, cheerful, and helpful. We instantly felt comfortable with him the moment he approached us. He never hesitated to attend to our requests. We would definitely come back because we love how we were treated here.

The menus options are an excellent value. Staffs, especially Ms. Mickey is very friendly and accomodating. The dining experience overall is very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was curious about this place after reading those superlative reviews! Unfortunately the food was disappointing, kind of asian fast food style.

مطعم ياباني بأبوظبي مول، يشتهر بأطباق النوديلز والأرز، والغريب بأنه ليس لديهم أطباق السوشي التي تعد من أشهر المأكولات اليابانية، تم طلب العديد من المأكولات أهمها الرامن والتشيكن كاتسو (سبايسي) ، الرامن عادي جداً وليس بذلك المذاق المتوقع، والطبق الآخر لذيذ وهو سبايسي جداً بمعنى الكلمه لمحبي الفلفل، الديكورات جميلة والمساحة متوسطة، والطاقم خدوم جداً وبشوش، وشكر خاص للنادلة (ميريان) ، الأسعار مناسبة جداً.

Went for dinner here, if you call ahead and is lucky you might get a wonderful view by sitting next to the windows.
The food was pretty amazing! We had a bowl of chilli chicken ramen and a place of katsu with sticky rice (which was our favourite). The service was amazing as well with really friendly and courteous waiters. Over all an absolutely pleasant experience and will definitely go back:)

Food was not outstanding although service was better because of Bernard. Their ramen and bao buns could have been better. I've had those dishes in a food court and they tasted better and costs lesser too. Sorry Wagamama Abu Dhabi Mall, that was my first and last.

Actually had one of the best Calamaris I've ever eaten there!
Would definitely recommend the beef ramen and the Calamaris.
We ordered chicken Dumplings, Calamari, Tantanmen Beef Ramen which was delicious BTW and the beef with rice (meat was OK).

Abu Dhabi Mall - Great choice of amazing tasting (healthy) food and great team of staff, with special thanks to Mahima and PJ! Personal favorites so far are the chicken itame and coconut seafood broth, but there are many more dishes left to try. ;-) Oh and let's not forget the fresh juices.

We found this place in the Abu Dhabi mall after exhausting all other outlets in the food court and was impressed immediately by their understanding of my dietary requirements (gf) and the staff were very careful to guide me through the menu even offering to mix and match a meal for me
