West Yas Plaza

The little plaza near my house has lots of useful stuff like groceries, cafes, restaurants, nursing, and salons. It's like a one-stop place for everything you need. The vibe is friendly, and it feels like a community. I think it could be even better if they add a Starbucks. That would make the whole experience even nicer.

As a small convenient mall is very nice.
There is a playground behind too. Very nice but during the afternoon many kids who live around move as bullies to the other children and don't let them use the playground. Hitting and even throwing the rocks from the playground. 10 times we have been there and most of the times smaller groups of very young and older kids from the ""area" are like face control playing very dangerously, kids without parents running withh electric scooters and they follow other kids who playing as a team to hit them. Today a group of girls throwing their shoes on the head of my friend's son. They will have to have a security there to solve the problems or their parents.
The zip line is untouchable they never give turns and if you have a ypunger child they push easily and all of them start hitting.
Parents stay close to your kids especially the younger ones don't let them play alone stay very close at list 3 meters.

Lovely plaza. It has Spinneys, 2 coffee shops, a flower shop, a cloud kitche, pharmacy & stationery shop.

ع كثر ما هالمكان صغير الا انت فيه كل الاحتياجات من صالون وحضانه وكوفيات وجمعيه وصيدليه ومكتبه ومكتب عقاري.

Love the waitrose there plus the vacinities, so many nice places to walk and playground for kids.

Nice and family oriented plaza that has everything needed for a community. Although personally not living within the community, we love to visit this Plaza once a week.

Containing multiple business units, Al Hosn checked access to premises and availability of enough parking space, far from noise and congestion.

It is the shopping centre for West Yas Community. It has many businesses on site ranging from Spinneys, pharmacy, Bookshop, laundry, bakery, restaurants.etc.

حتى السويت كان لذيذ
وجلستهم من داخل رايقة على الآخر ديكوراته مرتبه بشكل انيق

بالنسبة للموقع، روعة وجميل وهادئ، وتتوافر اماكن كثيرة ومنظمة لوقوف السيارات.

وبالتأكيد، هذا المركز مصمم ومخصص أساسا لتسوق سكان المنطقة وتلبية احتياجاتهم الأساسية.

و بوجود مركز "سبينس" للتسوق يعتبر مصدر معتمد للبضاعة المتنوعة والمنتجات عالية الجودة، وبالإضافة لبعض المحلات الأخرى ومجمع للمطاعم (للأكل خارجي) والقهوة المتخصصة (عدد 2 محل).

بإذن الله، بالمستقبل القريب ستكون هناك محلات أكثر وتزداد الفائدة من التواجد هناك، في حال العبور بالقرب من ياس مول او للرغبة بالتنوع والتغيير. تحياتي.

One stop shop, they cater almost to all your needs from grocery shopping at Spinneys to going to the barber or saloon. Having a cup of coffee at one of thier several cafés or visit the pharmacy. Really great addition to the West Yas residence community!

Small Shopping Center. Anchor tenant is Spinney's. So far only a barber shop, pharmacy, laundry and Costa Coffee have opened. Hopefully some more shops will open soon.

It's just opened up. So it dont have much shops. But have Spinneys, medicina pharma and some other shops as of now

West Yas Plaza Abu Dhabi.
It's a new mall. Not many shops opened yet. Spinneys. Pharmacy. Large parking space available.
