Its not foreign affairs ministry
It's typing center with extra time and charges, with a bad attitude from customer service and super visor.
They paying you through online Asking for ccv of credit card. Don't have credit machines which is not safe. And saying this is normal behavior.

Very bad experience about my matter they didn't listen they are busy to avoid me. In reception clearly said about counter.after reach there they didn't give chance to explain my issue. Behavior like avoiding no matter if they hep or not but at least they should listen me clearly.

المركز سيء
بعض الموضفين لا يحترمون العميل نهائيا
ولا مشكلة لدية باهانة العميل. وحتى بوصفة بالفاظ غير اخلاقية. الى الان مصدوم من قلة الاحترام والالفاظ التي تعرضت لها
اكتفيت فقط بعمل شكوى للإدارة في المكان واتمنى من اي مراجع ان لايتعرض لما تعرضت له من الفاظ غير اخلاقية من قبل الموظف على الكاونتر رقم 29
واتمنى من الادارة اخذ اجراء لعدم تكرار ما حصل

She is very accurate, reliable and structured with fast and transparent communication. Well done thank you! You are doing a perfect job!

Certificate attestation costs AED 205.21. It opens at 8: 00 AM Only and we can get in, make payment through card and submit our certificate there for getting it attested.

I submitted mine on Monday morning at 8: 05 AM and received it attested on Tuesday evening at 6: 00 PM. It was a very quick and hassle free experience.

Very organised and efficient service centre. Have to particularly recommend Ms. Anwar Alansaari at counter 49, for her exemplary attitude towards service and customer satisfaction. All process for Golden visa for my family were completed immaculately and promptly. 5stars to the service center!

I went to Yas Centre to start my golden visa and I Had the chance to meet Jamila who explained me very well the process for me and my family. I strongly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable and professional.

Overall experience is good, staff is great…

But About Cash or Card…
they should keep Cash as well,
I just had to get a stamp on my document…. And for getting Change of 200 i had to leave the place and visit 4-5 shops for getting change!
Cashiers are empty!
Not happy with that!

This center very slow. I spent2 hours in the queue. At the end the. Employee said I need to get more documents

Engineering Certificate Stamping:

Charged: 159Aed
Mode of payment: Card (Seems like they dont accept cash, i was asked specifically for card payment)
Time for service: 10min (from receiving token to stamping)

Better to go early to save time.

Worst service. No respect to customers, don’t ever use their service they don’t answer their phone even

They will ask you to pay in advance because they will give the service over a month and they know will not do their job properly, very bad service and rude employees

Worst service you can have, they just lie to you and they overcharge for all the steps, three days till they reply to an email after I purchased their “VIP” service, and their customer service is terrible, they are rude and don’t respect their customers, don’t ever think to do any service with them

السلام عليكم. للأسف رقم الهاتف مستحيل تتصل عليهم ويردون. لدرجة وصلت داهل تسهيل ياس واتصلت أشوف وين يرن الهاتف وللأسف مايرن عندهم ولما سألت موظفة الاستقبال وين يرن هاد الرقم قالت عندي. قلتلها ماعمره أحد رد قالت دايما مشغولة أنا) سبحان الله. والأمر الثاني حولوا ملفي لموظفة ماترد علأيميلات أبدا وبس قلتلها رجاااء لازم نخلص اليوم صرلك أسبوع مؤجلة موضوعي بطلت ترد علواتس نهائي. تقريبا تقييمهم صفر من عشرة

من اسوء المراكز الي تعاملت معاها
بعض الموظفين لايوجد لديهم دراية بالاجراءات مثل طلب هوية جديدة واصدار اقامه

وللاسف اضطريت اراجع المركز اكثر من 3 مرات بسبب خطأً الموظف في تقديم الطلب علاوه على الاسعار المرتفعه للخدمه

Services not maintained as promised, only intrested to collect the money, had to get the process done from elsewhere to finish on time, eventhough payment was done.

No response for telephone.
No feedback for application.
They promise they will call you and No body call.

The experience was quick. Giving only 4 stars cos despite the claims of being customer friendly, I sensed a bit of unfriendliness from the agent.

Line to reception for nothing, then wrong ticket, waiting 1 hour, then no employees for my request (they may come they may not)!

افضل موظفه كونتر 53 شيخة الظهوري قمه بالتعامل مع الكستمر عندها مهاره فاللغات لكسب الكستمر تعاملت معاها واحب اشكرها صدق ممتازه حدثت لي الرخصة وفورا جات الموافقة والوحيده ممتازه فالتحديث دائما ارقام التحديث عندها بس والكل بحب يخلص التحديث عندها فقط

I’m from ajman and i was in Musaffah so i went to do typing in yas tasheel center and after i finish i went to ajman back and second day my application has been returned because 1 missing documents has not been attached and i called to tasheel and spoke to Mr. Mostafa And he said to send mail the missing document and its been 4 days im calling from 9 am till 7 pm but not body answering and my application is hanged till i go back to Abu Dhabi to finish it. Sooo poor service and ignoring center.

Very helpful and very fast service!
Cheaper than the center in Marina Mall! Almost more than 100 AED difference in the validation of ministry of foreign affairs.
I went there several times for the validation of ministry of foreign affairs and every single time my number gets called by the time I arrive at the window. Go early as possible to finish as soon as possible and get more things done later in your day

Fast, efficient and very helpful and friendly. I was actually dressed inappropriately (forgetfulness) and they still helped me and treated my like anyone else.

معامله مو اوكي. انا جاي بسوي تحديث بيانات. تقول الباسورد ما فتح. وبعد شويها تقول فتح. بطرش الرخصه على ايميل تقول ماوصل. الكونتر 5.

Really nice place, If you want a legal translation they have it on the spot. A lady working there is very helpful and professional. She translated my paper in mere 15 minutes.
Almost all the gvt.related paperwork can be done here, good job UAE, those centers are very helpful.

Excellent service. Love UAE government for making such arrangements. It took me hardly 10 minutes to process my attestation of documents.
