Amaaazing food! My husband and I enjoyed our valentine dinner not only the food but also the quality of service. All staffs are very friendly and accommodating , big thanks to our server, Omar. I highly recommend this place!
They served a slimy and smelly custard cheesecake! Strands of hair in my cafe latte!
We dined today at the café. We ordered shrimp tempura, strawberry roll cake, and custard cream cheese cake. The drinks would be lemonade and latte. The latte was served with a small black hair strand on top of the frothy milk! So unsanitary! So I’ve asked them to change it. Next, the custard cream cake was the most disgusting cake I’ve had in my life. At first bite, the chiffon tasted something off. Then, after 3 scoops, I’ve dipped more; it was already slimy, and the smell of stale milk was really awful! I’ve called the attention of the manager to report it, and he agreed that it smelled bad and was no longer palatable. After consulting with the chef, they decided that I no longer needed to pay for the cake, which I had not intentionally wanted to. It’s our first dining experience, but it’s the most unfortunate and uncomfortable experience I’ve had by far! I wanted to share this real experience so the cafe would investigate and check quality and food safety of all.
Great food for any time of the day! We tried multiple dishes and desserts and it all was wonderful. Special thanks to the wonderful and friendly stuff!:)
Savory, delicious, top quality ingredients, yet not unearthly expensive. My kind of joint. The beef ramen is fantastic. I also tried the beef sando, and it wasn’t that flavorful. However, cannot deny the quality and care taken for cooking, and the helpfulness of the staff. Definitely worth exploring more.
We ordered prawn gyoza ramen, takoyaki dynamite, bubble milk tea, stir fried rice bowl and souffle pancakes.
If you do not compare it to authentic Japanese cuisine, the food is fine. Takoyaki was so good, they used authentic bonito flakes! The beef is a bit hard to chew but tasty. Rice is not sticky, soft and firm like normal Japanese rice. It is hard to eat using chopsticks as the rice grain is hard and long. The tapioca pearl is not chewy, it’s soft. The prawn gyoza ramen was fine. The fried shrimp tastes good, but the broth lacks flavor, especially the umami taste. The pancake is not fluffy, airy and soft. The top and bottom are a bit burned, too. Lastly, don't go there if you are really starving as you need to wait for the food a bit longer.
It is my husband's first time to try Yo Gashi Bakery and we ordered ramen and chicken bao. To his surprise the food, service (by Omar) and price are perfect. We can't wait to try everything and we will surely come back!
You all must try the delicious menu they have got Mostly the soufflé pancake breakfast, desserts and all time favorite Japanese jiggly cheesecakes. Staff is superb, most appreciated the customer service. Will visit soon as the venue is in mall of the emirates most convenient place to be on the second floor near cinema?
It takes very long for the food to get to you and I’ve waited for around an hour just to get a beef sando which really wasted my time. Otherwise the food is delicious
I'm not a big fan of sweets but this souffle pancake was divine, it had the sourness of the passion fruit and strawberry with the sweetness of the cream and a touch of cinnamon. I ordered a meat ramen, and a japanese jiggly cheesecake that were super tasty too.
I will recommend it to others.because the service is good and above all, their product is really delicious. I will wait for you to open at the mall of emirates.thank you yogashi
I stumbled upon this cafe during my family trip to Dubai. They have a really cute spot inside the global village Dubai and they serve great Boba tea here. Their cheesecake was also amazing! Mr. Indra was too kind and also the guy who helped me collect my crutches. You guys are so kind! Your hospitality really touched my heart. Amazing place to rest and enjoy the Global village atmosphere. 5/5 for the team and their great spirit.
I'm looking forward to seeing Yogashi at Global Village again the next season! I'm so in love with their cheesecakes, fluffy, filling, and so yummy! Highly recommended if you haven't tried Japanese Cheesecakes yet.
