حلة في قعدات خارجيه بالمول نفسه مسموح فيها الارجيلة برة. وقعدات داخليه للعائلات اللي ببحث عن الهدوء والبعد عن اماكن التدخين. الموظفين جدا متعاونين و مهذبين. الاكل طيب بس أسعاره غاليه شوي

المكان جدا مقزز تاكل بره ينزل تراب تاكل جوه الاكل مخزن ما انصح بالذهاب لهاذا المطعم ابدا بتاتا البته because الخدمه فيها و. س. خ. ن. ه
يعني كل هاذا كو والنصب كوم ثاني
اجي اقولهم الاكل غالي يقلي الاكل نظيف والاكل مخزن عندهم ومنتهي الصلاحيه ويسخنوه بالمكروايف ويعطيك ياه يعني نصب بنصب

One of the best experiences i had in Al-Ain, the service was amazing, the food was sooo good (mixed fish) and the starters were very tasty as well.the staff was very accommodating. 10/10 EVERYTHING!

I highly recommend Zaytinya Restaurant in Al Ain for delicious Lebanese cuisine. The mix grill and appetizers were outstanding, especially the juicy and flavorful meats. The hummus and salad were also excellent, and the hospitality from Abu Mustafa and his team was top-notch. The warm and inviting ambiance added to the overall experience. A must-try for all Lebanese food enthusiasts!

الاكل كله كان بارد
الخدمة داخل المطعم بطيئة جدا. وعند سوال الموظف ليه الاكل بارد. كان الرد غير مقنع
الحلويات لا يوجد غير أم علي وكانت معقوله

الاكل كتير طيب بصراحه ولا احلا من هيك الأصطف روعة وخدمة ممتازة الاكل روعة روعة ولذيذ المشاوي ولا غلطة

Poor Service, The food was cold and no diversity.
The staff are justifying The bad service because no enough staff to serve the customers (two of them are off), this is not acceptable and not customers problem.

The staff always has an answer for our complaints with no logic at all.

I am with my friend were disappointed from such service (317 AED spent for nothing).

No thanks for your service.

One of the worst lunch in my life, I should get a valua for the paid money.

One of the worst restaurants in Al Ain and I am surprised why it’s still open and why it’s rated 4+!

I had my second visit recently and the food is getting even worse compared to the first visit. On top of that the smoking smell is unbearable!

The quality of the food is getting doooooooown
Comparing to Abu Dhabi branch we were shocked
The biryani so salty, the chicken is soo hard, the sauce is deferent that what you see in the menu

The food has no taste.not coming back again.i ordered fish plater, i felt that they bought it from carrefour. Bad experience

Cold food, it feels like they heated it up before hand. In addition, the food took long to arrive and it wasnt even hot. The only good thing was the humas and bread they serve, everything else I tried was pretty bad. Also, the taste wasn't that great either, I think their main business was their buffet before the corona situation as it was pretty empty when I went to eat. Dont expect the buffet to be open, so I wouldn't reccomend this place untill the buffet opens back. The servers were friendly aswell.

The food was really good and not greasy compared to other Arabic restaurants. Even though the food was very good there was no "edge or twist" in the food selection; in another word, the items in the menu were regular and there were no unique touches to the dishes. In summary, if you want good food and good service and you are not feeling adventurous, Zaytinya is the place to go

Located in the mall so we went for dinner after the shopping. They have private dining rooms for family, calm atmosphere, nice food presentation, i liked the olive in the appetizer it was fresh, the food was good but I didn’t like the waraq enab it didn’t taste fresh.

مطعم لبناني يقدم الشيشة والاكل اللبناني. فيه منطقتين خارجية للمدخنين وداخلية. وفيه كائن معزوله جميله جدا.
الاكل والعصائر ولا اروع. ملاحظتي كانت على الستيك غير جيد.
الاسعار مرتفعه كونه في مول وملاصق الفندق. لكن من الجميل تجربته يوم الاثنين في عرض نصف السعر على الفاتوره واطلب اي شي. بعد معهم السبت بوفيه.
جميل للتغيير والتجربه.

A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL!
The shisha they serve is not that great. BUT, the food is amazing! Not to mention the highly courteous and friendly staff.
But the best thing about Zaytinya Hotel is the seating area. You can sit here all day and do your work and literally NO-ONE bothers you. Its like a small family here. ️
Also, the manager is a friendly guy. Very approachable.
Long story short, highly recommended!

Really beautiful food. Never been disappointed. We usually just get chicken or lamb shish which comes with the meat on top of the rice and all the meat juices coat the rice mmm, Absolutely love Ezme. The food is exquisite and so fresh. The portions are super generous. Their bread is divine and their salad is crisp!

I have visited Zaytina in Bawadi Mall many times since it first opened and am pleased that the food continues to be good, and value for money. Their mixed grill is always tasty and a favourite of mine. The first time, I went for lunch and had the special (Mahshi Kossah), chicken shawarma platter and some appetisers. The Second time, I had the chicken Tikka,

The ambience is nice. The seating chairs n tables are comfortable. The staff are not well trained on taking orders, they messed up our order twice! No etiquette in serving plate and silverwear on the table! The lamb grill plate was served in 15min (super fast) but the grilled chicken and the chicken mushroom took 45min! The chef had no garnishment skills. The best looking plate served was the hummus. Prices are higher than average, I don't know why. Probably rent is high. The manager came n apologied for the late orders and for messing up the orders. Chicken liver was not tasty. Beef with mushroom was tasteless, at least it was well cooked. The chicken mushroom needs more cooking but the suace was good.

كنت ازور المطعم من سنين ولكن الادارة الجديدة دخلت الشيشة وخربت سمعة المطعم وجودة الأكل ومن المستحيل اروح لها مرة ثانية

The whole place smelled of hookha, very rude manager.the food was mediocre and it was cold (nothing special).

We had a lunch on the way back to Abu Dhabi. The food was served with delay. It is not delicious at all. The menu deception does not correspond to what you get at the end.

كان استقبال مدير المطعم جدا سيء و لا يجيد استخدام الكلمات و التعامل مع الزباين. الخدمه متوسطة مع بعض النواقص و الطلبات الغلط و الاكل بارد. ريحة الشيشة واصلة إلى داخل المطعم مع انه يسمح بالشيشة في الخارج

I go here all the time. Best homous and flat bread. There is an area for smoking and for sheesha. Located in Both Mall opposite Ace Hardware. Zaytinya is in a terrace along with three other restaurants. 10/10 every time

مستوى المطعم ضعيف جدا و السعر عالي و الأكل ليس بالمستوى المطلوب الربيان كان محروق و لم تتعامل الإدارة بشكل جيد مع الشكوى

تم تغيير إدارة المطعم قبل فترة ، الأكل ليس له طعم وغالي جدا أنصح بعدم زيارته
كنت ازور المطعم بشكل دوري أنا وعائلتي ، وانقطعت فترة طويلة وعندما عدت مرة أخرى هذا ما وجدت مع احترامي للادارة الحاليه حتى طعم الأكل تغير كثير سابقا كان الحمص والكبسه وغيرها لها طعم خاص حاليا تحس المطعم كأنه هندي.
