The food was wonderful, and the customer service was warm and inviting - absolutely exceptional. Hamza made us feel so comfortable. The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. When in Abu Dhabi, definitely stop by Zaytinya at Al Seef Village Mall
The restaurant is a very nice Lebanese food joint with top quality food and extremely friendly service. We were taken care of by Hamza and he is super polite and attentive. Very satisfied with our visit and will definitely come again.
PROs: - • great customer service, very friendly. • atmosphere is ok 6/10 • place is ok for family/group • they have Fazza discount
Comments: - • place was a bit hot although AC is available • sometimes hard to find parkings • food taste was average (4/10) as we ordered Jordanian mansaf & keba with laban • No wash room available • food amount compared to paid price is a bit less compared with other restaurants
First time at this restaurant and I have found my new go to spot. My family and I dined here and ordered shawarma, shish tawook fatoosh hummus and much more. The bread was very fresh and amazing! Portions were huge and price was very reasonable. We were served by a gentlemen named Hamza and he was insanely hospitable and recommended very delicious plates!
Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the fact that this restaurant is family-friendly, with a kids' menu and plenty of room for families to sit and enjoy their meals together. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others looking for a tasty and enjoyable dining experience.
Uninterested waiter - had to repeat a simple order several times, got it wrong in the end and had to be reminded for the drinks. Definitely other much better options for dine in within the area.
Always relaxed, always great service and always great food. The very best mixed grill in the UAE and best Hummus we have tasted anywhere in the world. Would visit regularly when we lived here and now make it a treat while on holiday.
I had a mistake in my order but they directly acted.they were very nice and sent another order with no payment. The food taste was delicious; I tried the fattoush, musakhan rolls, and oriental lamb rice.
The food is alright. Nothing to go for specially. The employees attitude is very negative and the service is very poor. As if you’re invading their house asking for a handout!
True Hospitality, May Allah Grants us Health, Wealth, Knowledge, Peace, Success, and Prosperity Inshallah.
I ordered take away from the AD Al Seef branch. When I unpacked the food, 2 items were missing. I contacted the restaurant who said they would deliver the missing items. I am still waiting for them.
Best restaurant ever, in all UAE we do highly recommend, outstanding service, beyond perfect food, master of Lebanese tasty mezza, very friendly and helpful service, chapeau bas for Omar and of course their Chef
A very nice place for a reasonably good middle eastern food that is reasonably priced. They have a smoking room where they serve shisha. They have a daily special menu for lunch. It is a proper restaurant not a fast food joint, so it is not a tight budget place, but you can't say that it is an expensive or an overpriced restaurant.
Located at the first floor of Al Seef Village mall, this is a nice Lebanese restaurant. The staff is attentive and professional, the portions are truly generous and the quality of food is very good. Open since morning, they offer breakfast packages. Shisha is offered as well with breakfast or lunch, as an combo package. Recommended.
Bad bad food! Very bad service, I told the waiter to write our order and he was acting smart to memorize our order, half of our order didn't come right late and cold! In top food poison!
The restaurant has a very good atmosphere and decoration in addition to good taste of the food beside the quantities of the main dishes are not bad at all about prices it's really affordable and can be competitive to any other restaurant offering Arabic food
This is what 90dhs will get you. Pictured is the ‘Zatinya Mixed Grill’. I nearly ordered the smaller platter but wanted to share with friends. So I figured, that much should feed at least 3 people. Needless to say, we had to go get other food from another establishment since it was only good for one. 1 star for the delivery driver and another star for the food being edible. Meat was tough, bland, dry, and chewy. The rice was mushy and the garlic sauce tasted like chemicals. The platter was half bread served with more bread. The best part of this meal was when we got other food from somewhere else. If you don’t like money in your wallet, enjoy eating boiled rubber, accompanied with about a kilo of bread, you’ll really like Zatinya. I won’t be a repeat customer.
This is a nice restaurant for middle eastern cuisine. I The ambience is very nice and its cost effective as well. Even veggies dont get disappointed with options in cold appetizers. The juices and shakes are really good and recommended for sure.
Best Lebanese around for a fair price. Attentive staff and manager and a great Friday brunch especially for families with kids. Everything tastes fresh because they keep the menu simple to what they do well.
Food is good but the manager is not good, they have very loud music, I requested to decrease the voice, after two times they agree to close sound, service is not good from the head of the restraunt I requested him to talk to him he did not come to talk to me, very negative service actually, but young employees are very helpful.
Very nice atmosphere and the manager is always there on top of his staff making sure the customer are attended to. Food is very good, me and two other colleagues at work agreed it is good, so i invited 7 members of my family for lunch over there and they all agreed the bbq quality is superb. Highly recommend you give it a try. Ample parking is available underground.
I have been to Zaytinya twice, and it is a new favourite of mine.
The first time, I went for lunch and had the special (Mahshi Kossah), chicken shawarma platter and some appetisers. The Second time, I had the chicken Tikka, the Cheese Manqosha and some appetisers.
The quality of service is amazing. The waiter received us at the door and guided us to our table and the frequency of the times the waiter checked on us was just perfect. They were attentive to our little requests and had great attitude.
The food was really good and not greasy compared to other Arabic restaurants. Even though the food was very good there was no "edge or twist" in the food selection; in another word, the items in the menu were regular and there were no unique touches to the dishes, and thats what brings the score from 5 to 4.
In summary, if you want good food and good service and you are not feeling adventurous, Zaytinya is the place to go
One of the best restaurants in abudhabi the quality of food and the fresh meat, fesh and chicken if you visit once you'll visit it again and again they provide a big meal and the tase is really good the prices for the main courses at the average of 60 dirhams
We had finished our visit to the Grand Mosque and were looking for a really nice restaurant serving Arabic food and were really happy with this choice. The food was delicious and fresh. Especially loved the humus and babaganoush and the lamb arayesh. The Turkish coffee was just a great way to wrap up a really nice meal. The manager Muhammad was also very polite, friendly and helpful. Overall a memorable experience for us!
