The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff especially the one who calls himself as "MANAGER" have the worst attitude and approach. He thinks the people staying in that apartment is at his mercy. He addresses people as lady and man (not even have courtesy to call name). If by mistake we have to go to his office, then he will not even bother to offer you a seat. Such a pathetic attitude. The epitome of arrogance and cultureless behavior.
Me and my family had to stay in that building (Pearl tower) for one year with no maintenance provided even after repeated requests (Full flat wall paint was peeling off and it was full of dust ALL THE TIME)
Then there is another maintenance person from the esteemed "AQAAR PROPERTIES" who is supposed to maintain the building but is only bothered about if anyone is keeping anything in the corridor. Pathetic people and management.
AQAAR and DOWNTOWN before starting up anything, learn to manage your employees and train them on basics of customer service.
Shame on you guys. Really.
Stay away from them if you want a peaceful and hygienic atmosphere.

You will be offered manythings until sign the contract and giving the cheques.
Once payment done, they won’t do even initial maintance and won’t answer your calls.
