What happens if AC is not cooling… Just consider and go.

One thing to say, in Ajman this restaurant is very good.
My expectation and findings were different.

# I have visited the place for a party. As I said the AC was not cooling properly, we are 20 to 25 people in the hall. I felt am in a Kiln.
• A rating of 2 out of 5 for party hall.

# The food was authentic Kerala taste.
• A rating of 3.5 out of 5for food stuff.

# Staffs are so friendly, even they have an attitude issue to agree their AC is not good.
• A rating of 4 out of 5 for staffs.

We went for dinner, it took 5-10 minutes for getting the menu card.

Very long waiting time for food. Tea itself took 10 minutes to serve after several reminders.porotta sandwich was frozen at most of the area, quality also not good.

Kappa biriyani with beaf - beaf was old one and taste different.

Kizhi porotta - fine, made with new beaf curry.

Chicken fried rice - tasteless, smells different so no one eat it.

Food serving boys are not attending customers properly.

Overall bad experience

Waste experience.if we order food they accept the order n after that they don't attend calls n always make line busy.never ever expect delivery from this restaurant before 3 to 4 hrs.they don't feel any regret to deliver after 3 to 4 hrs.if so busy please appoint more delivery boys.today I order on easter occasion n its 2 n half hrs n still I didn't receive the delivery n the restaurant phone is busy always from last 1 hr.
Especially through smiles app never ever create Any order.if so forget about delivery

Amazing setup for a budget friendly party hall. Our guests were saying they loved authentic kerala food. Staff were cooperative, Special mention to Mr Suresh and Mr Tony.

Great restaurant with very delicious kerala style food. Lot of snacks are also available if you are heading out for a tea. Nice ambience and a family vibe during lunch hours. Special mention for the "pothuchoru" or rice meal which is served in banana leaf as a lunch meal.

One of the best Kerala restaurants in the town. Their beef dishes have an authentic Kerala taste. Go for beef varuTharachath, u won’t get disappointed. Biriyani is also value for money. Quantity and quality wise good.

Had quite a lot of food. Everything was good. Especially the non veg meals
. There was delay in serving the food.

It was good before now I don’t know what happens it’s standard not that much. Portions getting less.portion won’t matter if quality was better but unfortunately quality also take a hit. We usually buy the prawns mango curry and we recommended our circle also, now we won’t do that. It was our fav restaurant in ajman now we need to look for another if any one knows any pls recommend

Pothiporotta was just an average one not recommended. Noodles and fried rice was just k u can try if you r Chinese food lover. Chicken chettinad is a good option in among chicken cuisine. BDF IS A MUST TRY ITEM was awesomefelt like I’m having from kerala. Idi irachi was also superb a must try item crunchy and spicy. Beef ulathiyadu was also very nice and recommended with there crispy protta.

In compared to other restaurants in ajman little bit higher price.food.clean and good for kerala menu.

This restaurant does not follow the Covid 19 protocols. There is no social distance between each tables. The staffs does not wear the mask properly and there are no masks for the chefs in the kitchen!
There is no proper sanitization after a customer leaves the table.
Come on guys do something about it.

Even though they have a good ambience the quality of the food is not up to it. I ordered a chicken fried rice with chilly chicken and the chilly chicken was barely even hot!

Worst food in Ajman (uae), ambiance is good. Pricing is fine. Fruit juices are fine, but food is terrible
. Aappam taste like a dessert. Too sweet.
Chicken stew taste like milk sarbath and
Beef is soft but taste like chewing gum.

Not recommended for lunch.the food they served was not fresh and was cold.very bad service.not a good place for family.tried podhichor and chattichor.i couldn't find any difference.both have same items.not worth for money we pay.went there after watching some food vlogs.worst experience.

The dishes where below average in taste, nothing special about any of the dish.

A Good, neat and small restaurant managed by a good team. A family preferred restaurant, well lighted, decorations, clean and hygene, friendly staff, party hall available, seperate sections for family. Took time to make the ordered items ready, we ordered chicken 69, chicken mulaku curry, porotta. The porotta was fab, Nadan chaya was superb. Dishes were ok. Card payment will be available soon.

Placed order on Zomato for absolutely simple dish at 930 pm. It is now 1145 pm and still no food. It was their own delivery guy, not even Zomato delivery guy. Very bad experience, will never order again.

The food here is delicious. The restaurant is lovely. The staff are attentive. Food was well prepared and presented. Price was very reasonable.

I was the regular customer from 2014 but last 6 months their service and food quality become very bad.

Very poor service, we ordered mee pollichath, it was burnt smell and tast, and couldn't eat, after complaining still they are not accepting theire fault, and we returned that dish still we paid. And also its time consuming.

Unfortunately we’ve hosted a party in your restaurant last day. The way you arranged the hall was very poor and pathetic. The remaining waste of last party session were there and no one cleared it. We had cleaned the place ourself once we reached there. And the mic and other sound systems weren’t working and the restaurant staff didn’t do any alternate solutions for that. We are very sorry to say that, we conducted our party like a funeral. I overpaid for your service and facilities. Your staff were pathetic. Only one thing I can say good about is your food. And I won’t ever come to your restaurant nor my friends and family because of this horrible incident. Thank you for your “worst” service.

Best place to have kerala food (especially beef items) in Ajman.best taste at affordable price!

Used to be a great place to dine. The food flavors are kept well for the past 4 years. The serving quantity for the price is half compared to 4 years ago. Staff can't speak English accept for one person.

Ordered chicken chilly fry and chapathy. Worst experience -chicken chilly fry with full of bones and worst taste. (bad response from hotel management)

Ordered Malabar Chicken Curry and porotta, but it was not at all worthy of the price as there were only 4 tiny pieces of chicken and porotta was soaked. When I asked about the size of the chicken the waiter cooling responded that this is the portion served in this restaurant and did not know Very bad experience. Not going back to this restaurant.

Food was average. Porotta was good. We ordered Butter chicken, but it never tasted like butter chicken.

Nice ambience and pocket-friendly + tasty food. That's all about Achayan's. Go and feel the rest yourself.
