Thank u. Chef rose your food is very good and so delicious. And I recommended to all. Pilipino. I will come back. Again. To. This. Restaurant pilipino. Restaurant. Highly recommended. To all.
Its mixed between African and Filipino menu. But all workers and customer African.we were looking for Philippino food experience. But I don't recommend it.it takes.ore than 45 minutes to prepare ur food. Most the item in the menu is not available
I couldn't have been more disappointed until i had the food from here. I ordered grill chicken, Fried rice and Meat Pie.nothing was good.less salt, no flavour, chicken under cooked. The worst part is, i was so excited to have the meat pie and it tasted like it was old and too much salt. I honestly have no idea why it is like that.it was my first time trying african cuisine and this is what i got. Really Sad.
The staff are friendly and they offer Filipino food too. The price is great. The location quite obscure otherwise everything is fine. I recommend their food. They deliver you can call them. They are very reaponsive.
Although the restaurant name is Africana, they also serve authentic Filipino dishes here. Their bestseller for me is their chicken or beef sisig. Food is a bit pricey but still worth it.
I had to give five star because I had a lovely lunch this afternoon. I ordered the Beans + fried plantain and was pleased by the food quality and the ontime delivery, as well as the nicely Apple Mojito which accompanied it. The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe. A very good experience! Thumbs up guys.
Thanks a lot guys for the Free Delivery during this crisis, I stay very far from the Restaurant so I really appreciate you guys coming this far when I can’t go out and great food as always.
My offering of 2 stars is me being generous. Unfortunately, I am forced to order from these - (i want to say jokers) because I at times crave Nigerian food. Their food and service is substandard- polite on the phone, but their delivery reaches me on average 1hr 30mins- up to 2hrs, and they will bring every excuse under the glorious sun! They offer false promises too.
Today I recieved undercooked Moi Moi- but what did I expect? !? ! - their food is 'hit and miss'- actually- never a true hit- just enough to say I had some African food. Im thoroughly dissapointed with them. I'm actually sadly a long time customer, and always spend between 150 - 200aed with them. I order each time in the hope that I will have a satifactory experience- sadly, I have never ever gotten one.
I look forward to seeing more African restauarants on the rise - because quite frankly- these people are regrettably sub standard.
P.s: I told them that the moi moi was undercooked- they said that its because its hot and so its soft.im not fully convinced-even the portion is tiny compared to what im used to having from them.
I dont really like 2 Post reviews buh i feel like i have 2, I'm a longtime customer of Africana home & I must say everytime the quality of their food leaves me wanting more. Good Job Guys. Keep it Up
We stepped back in time to the traditions of the 16th century with the carefully recreated Arabian village which depicted the home life of the day, including cooking utensils, farming tools and the Al Yazrah irrigation system. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the heritage site. It was a part of our tour in Furjah & the dancing by the locals in their costumes was entertaining.
If there is rate to six i will rate this resto.keep the pot burning Good job! People are so nice like the place next time i will try this african menu, God bless u All. Real African cuisine. The food was tasty and spicy. The meat was wonderfully cooked with real African spices, semolina was shaped into different tasty forms which kept the food healthy. Highly recommend for spicy food lovers
While there is not a lot of competition in the Mediterranean fare scene in Birmingham, I believe Eli's could fiercely compete with the finest in other cities. They have the traditional foods one might expect such as kabobs, falafel, gyros, shawarma, pita, and hummus or, if you are feeling fancy, go for the lamb chops.
