Dr. Alaa hamdi (dentist) is exceptional he made the visit painless, and he's not only knowledgeable about his work but also genuinely nice and honest. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever, bad customer service and 0 organization skills. Always missing the appointments and they don’t keep any records. After we reached, they said the machine is broken why didn’t you call and inform us before we come all the way. Don’t recommend at all
The staff are very accommodating specially in the Dentistry Department which I visit lead by Doctor Rahaf Kaskas. Aside from there good service they will give you proper information about the diagnosis and offer what is the right things to do. 100% I recommend this medical center and surely yoy will satisfied.
I went for scalling my teeth and it was very bad since beginning. 1. I ask the receptionist if I can have any discount and she replied that the price is 200 but as an offer she will charge me 150 while the 150 is the price on the price list (she lied to me). 2. The scalling job was very poor and unprofessional from both the doctor (she did not clean my teeth properly), and the nurse doesn't know haw to use the equipment (as my face was wet all the time). 3. They use only normal water for the mouthwash only during the scalling process which wrong. 4. The avoid strongly cards payments.
لم يعجبني معالجتهم أسناني تعاملوا بعنف وبدون إعطاء أي مخدر قبل إزالة الحشو القديم وجرحوا الشفايف جرحين وجرحوا الفم من الداخل وما زال الألم موجود بالأسنان وكأني ما تعالجت بل زاد الوضع سوءا
