جميع الموظفين يكذبون انه لا يوجد مواعيد قربية لكي ياخذو مال اكثر او لكي تذهب عند دكتور فاضي

The new token system is very inconvenient because we don't know our number. There is no screen to show the incoming number, the nurse takes a token and then waits for hours, and if we ask for any information, the management (receptionist) just tells us to wait and wait. Please provide us the old system was great.

Very bad experience, the patient come with fever 39 and we wait for 1: 30 because they are not organized and they don’t know what the meaning of priority the emergency patients

مركز الزوراء الطبي للاسف التعامل لديكم ليس بالمستوى المطلوب حيث اني حظرت إلى مركزكم في حوالي 5.40 مساء وحاليا الساعه 8.30ولم يحن دوري لمقابلة الدكتور وعند الاستفسار من الممرضات يبلغوني ان الدور لم يحن وتعاملهم للاسف في التحدث مع المرضى بدون نفس ولو كان هناك تقييم اقل من النجمه لوضعته وهناك الكثير الذين كانوا معي واستائوا من المعامله السيئه وإدخال بدون ترتيب

Al-Zawraa Medical Center, unfortunately, your treatment is not at the required level, as I was summoned to your center at approximately 5: 40 pm, and currently it is 7: 30, and it is not my turn to meet the doctor. When I inquire from the nurses, they inform me that it is not my turn, and their treatment, unfortunately, is in talking to patients without breathing.

دكتور العظام سيء لا يقدم العلاج سوى اخذ المال من المريض - ممرضة في قسم الاشعة لا تجيد التعامل الجيد مع المريض و عابسة ابدا

الدكتور علي شخص محترم جدا و يهتم بالمريض و لكن باقي الممرضات سيئين في تعاملهم. و دكتور العظام غير جيد اخذ مني 1500 درهم بدون اي استفادة لا دواء و لا تشخيص. و اسعار المركز مرتفعة خصوصا مع المريض المواطن.

Very bad experience specially with dr Abdullah room number 23 even he did not check any thing on me.this is the second time he not listen about what i want to tell him totally not recommended for any one

يعتبر من ارخص العيادات للعلاج للاشخاص الذي ليس لديهم تأمين صحي ، ونشكر الدكتور علي على تقديمه هذا العلاج.

Dr. Arif is the best option to check your eyes and he thoroughly check and give cheapest option. No appointments available which I got as a negative remark

We come here to visit only two doctors:

• First, Doctor Arif (Opthalmologist) for all eye related problems.
No doubt, he is one of the best eye doctors in Ajman.
He explains the problems in detail and provides suitable and adaptable solution for it. I liked his unique way of approaching to the patients. The eye drops which he prescribes are always the same and honestly I didn't find any additional benefits of it!
* Visit fee is around 100 AED.

• Second, Dr Ali, He is also a great doctor as what I have heard from my relatives.

1• This place is really famous for the injections, even if you come with cold, injection is ready for you!

2 • The thing which I hate the most about this clinic is that, while treatment was ongoing, one of the doctors upstairs (don't want to mention his name) was talking continuously with his assistant nurse in MALAYALAM!
By seeing her expressions, It felt to me like she was passing some sort of comments for sure!

3 • There is an short old man (Indian) in the reception who is always rude no matter whom he is dealing with.

4 • AVOID THE FEMALE DOCTORS, one of the female doctors, (don't remember her name but she is aged) was overly rude when I visited with one of my family member, she yelled at me by saying "IF YOU ARE NOT THE PATIENT, GO OUT! "

PATHETIC BEHAVIOR from a doctor.

THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC EVER! THEY WILL JUST COLLECT MONEY FROM YOU BUT THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU. THEY WILL JUST SAY ANYTHING AND GIVE MEDICINES THAT’S NOT RIGHT FOR YOU! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT SOMEONE’S HEALTH JUST THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR MONEY EVERY TIME! AND 1 RECEPTIONIST FILIPINA AND 1 ASSISTANT CLEANER (SMALL LADY) ARE VERY RUDE! THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT THE PATIENT IN THE RECEPTION AND THEY WILL LAUGH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE’S HEALTH CAUSE IM THE SAME NATIONALITY AS THEM. THIS SHOULD BE TERMINATED FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM.

Within all my respect, but the doctors there are cheap hired & they dont even know how to speak english as well i went there with a high fever and took an injection honestly the sickness just got worst and worst its cheap but still u pay for nothing, i honestly dont recommend & i rate it 0 out of 10

Earlier the services were good, now the clinic became commercial and just doing business. Very bad behavior by one doctor (which I never expected before).
We came for something but they are asking for other (irrelated) things (tests).

For the first time with my baby daughter. Dr. Rashid gave a very good response.and thanks for the location Dr.

Excellent service, affordable even if you don’t have insurance.

Very backward.
No appointment system.so u may hav to wait for ur turn more than 1.5 hour so far.

For family, General Practitioners and blood tests it's better than Thumbay Hospital with no doubt.
