Such a bad experience, i want to buy Samsung A73, i select it, but at cash counter they says price is not updated, I'm waitinh for 30 mints, manager here ask me if u want it earlier, pay 100AED EXTRA, now he ask me to come at monday, i mean wth is this

كنت ادور ساعة هواوي وحصلتها عندهم بس المفروض يعطوني معاها هدية ، في موقع هواوي يعطون ميزان هدية وحتى محلات التلفونات يعطون سماعة لما سالتهم قالولي الهدايا مخلصة وبيتصلون فيني لما تتوفر ومحد اتصل من 4 اشهر ‍️

I Bought a brand new samsung S21 recently from axiom Ajman city center branch. The phone gets laggy in the display very badly and i was sent to axiom care sharjah for repair and they changed the software and lost all my data. Which then was working until yesterday without any laggy display but now worst than before. My first experience with a samsung phone.

قطعت مسافة طويلة للمجيء لشراء هاتف بعد ان تأكدت عن طريق الاتصال من وجوده ومن سعره لكن عند وصولي اتضح انه سعره مختلف! لن اعيد التجربة معهم مرة اخرى.

I had went to buy One Plus Mobile Phone. Unfortunately they weren't having that but staff was good as guide me to different mobiles with detailed description. There are many varieties of mobiles, ear pods, headphones, etc. They have Many Branches. Service is Good

With Due respect! Kindly avoid to buy any item which you think price is low from the market. It is not because they are good. It is

I have been buying mobile phones from Axiom since 2008 but I had the worst experience yesterday with Ajman Branch. The shift leader or the manager did not want to listen to my complain at all. So I made a complain to the customer service and waiting for the feedback. Do not trust them for what they say specially warranties' for accessories.

The service and promotin are vert good.

The sales executive are so expert and integrated

قمت بشراء منتج لحمايه شاشه الهاتف مع خاصيه التبديل دائما بمقابل بسيط
لكنهم تعمدوا عدم تسجيل عمليه الشراء في نظامهم حتي لا استطيع الاستبدال لاحقا وللاسف لم يكن معي نسخه من الفاتورة

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصا فرع سيتي سنتر عجمان

Staff is very Friendly.
They know how to deal with the customer.
And prices are also very suitable.

We brought A51 Samsung Mobile that cost 1099 and it was mention with AED 100 discount and power bank, after the payment we ask the salesman where is the free power bank and he reply we don’t have power bank it’s already finished. After that we say why still on the priceless and before that we pay of AED 1099 he Mr. Pramod saw already in computer system that their is no power bank but why he didn’t let us know before we ask for free. We are so disappointed on what happened and it’s really bad. By the way some mobile in their priceless is the same promotion.

Worst client service i had given my brand new blackberry just to repair back cover and till yet they have no update for me after 12 days, no ethics to speak with customers always theirs staff in angry mood, it was my mistake that i bought mobile from axiom with extended damage warranty
