Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

The hotel in the main hall is quite nice but the rooms are old, the first day we arrived with our 8-year-old daughter and they let us sleep 3 people in one bed, supposedly this is normal. So 3 people had to sleep on a dirty seat on a mattress on the floor. I dealt with it at the reception, then they gave us an extra bed the next day. Quiet hotel but boring for families with children. The food is always the same and yes I was not full, overall weak. They travel often but I won't be coming back here. I think you can get a better vacation for this money. The only advantage is the good location.

I really appreciate the friendly and professional approach of the staff, especially the manager Ahmed, who cares about the guests' satisfaction. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the children, and we would love to return to the hotel.

Good afternoon, let's rest now. There are some complaints about the service. Cleaning the room is like “checking out the room” to “fuck off”, almost all requests are with a very long delay.today is my birthday, my husband ordered flowers, which were delivered an hour after the appointed time, a vase or at least some kind Some kind of “container” for flowers still hasn’t been brought, we asked several times. They just didn’t take the trash out of the bins.and they were full. I don’t even know how to react.so I’m writing a “wonderful review”, I hope they will react.

Cool hotel! February 18,2023. Today is +25, windy, but the sun is hot on the beach! People are at sea, but for me +22 water (cold). The beach is pleasant, separate, there are no strangers (only hotel guests). We have been here for two days already "soak" in a gorgeous pool with warm water. Nearby there is a jacuzzi with hot water (also great) and just for little ones (from 0-5 years old). The food is delicious, meat and fruit every day. Water is provided in the room every day. Adapters for sockets ask at the reception for bathrobes (if not in the room). The refrigerator is empty. The room has water, tea, coffee, gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, toothbrush and paste, slippers, safe. Safe - you dial 6 different numbers and #. Open the safe - 6 numbers without #. FOR EXAMPLE: You put things 123456 # (the safe is closed), then just 123456 and it is open! I thought that I was the only one who didn’t know how to use it, but I found out, that there are a lot of them) We put all the documents and phones in the safe, took towels and went to the pool. Changed money on the next street (parallel to the hotel, in the alley and on the left side “chench”). Showed my passport (photo of the passport on my mobile phone) and asked for a mobile number (wrote on a calculator) Signed on a piece of paper. Gave 100 bucks, gave 355 dirhams. Took 2 excursions from the hotel guide Nastya (nice girl!) (prices are approximately the same everywhere + -5-10 bucks). Atlantis water park 125 bucks/person And the Dubai Observation + Bursh Khalifa + food on the boat 120 bucks/person. Take a hooded sweater with you in winter (for evening walks), sneakers (for excursions). And, most importantly, flip-flops, a swimsuit and a good mood! There are a lot of Russians, they almost everyone understands us. No one pesters or bothers us. You can walk calmly, both on the hotel premises and outside the territory. In the evening there are a lot of people on the embankment, especially young people! Pleasant country, nothing annoying! Thanks to the HOTEL! Thanks to Ajman! Thank you UAE!

I stayed in this hotel in August with family for a beach holiday. Everything was fantastic, nice clean rooms, very good restaurant.and beautiful beach

We booked for 2nights in this beautiful resort n then we extended for one more day.
The resort is very beautiful it's a perfect place to enjoy n relax with ur family. The staff was very kind, specially Mr. Nasir from front office desk he was very kind n we have been upgraded to suite.
The food was good the F&B staff was also very kind Mr. Mirza, Mr. Bilal, Mr. Karan, Ms. Roshni infact everyone was v good.
Life guards Mr. Soju n other Sri Lankan guy I don't remember is name were helpful.

We would love to visit Bahi Ajman Hotel Palace again n again.

Very nice hotel, clean, buffet 3x a day with a lot of choice and very tasty, fine sandy beach. Staff all very friendly. The only thing that doesn't exist here is animation, no music, no alcohol. It is a hotel if you need relaxation and rest.

Buffay is there food is very good

Outside private beach is also there try to get there by 8 '0 clock in morning after 11 temperature is too much.
Room is not so much space. Private balcony is there

The hotel is wonderful and interesting, the reception is professional in providing all the ways of assistance and the manager is personally cooperative to provide all the ways to help get the best rooms and offer discounts that exceed all booking sites, thanks to the whole staff and Mr. Youssef from Morocco, it was his first working day on the day of check-in, I wish him success in this hotel Excellent.

The hotel is well cleaned and well maintained as well. The room is very clean, front office and houskeeping staff is very polite and helpful as well. They look after us like home away from home. I recommend this hotel to my friend alos

We have enjoyed our one week stay in Bahi hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room are well cleaned credit to housekeeping team for maintaining the standard and also Lobby is very Big and clean. Food choices are good and very delicious. Beach area is huge and cleaned kids enjoyed. We will come back for sure.

The best staycation ever, i recommend you to visit Bahi 100% the staff were amazingly professional and nice, Miss Tmiri Soukaina in reservation back office and Mister Ahmed Hashem the front office manager as well as Marya in front office. Will definitely comeback for the wonderful welcome

The restaurant is located inside the hotel. The restaurant offers different varieties of food with good price with the entertainer application. There is outdoor space available where you can enjoy the view of the arabian gulf. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff at Buffet are rude and they insult people in front of others. Even if you have reservation they ask 100 questions. Please dont go here. Especially the Philippino Supervisor is a shame in customer service!

Easy to locate since it is at a primr location in Ajman. The ambience of the hotel is good and is family friendly. The staff is well behaved and customer friendly.

It is located in Ajman on the sea directly in the hotel area and the area is nice to tour. It is close to the Corniche of Ajman and there is a group of restaurants. The hotel is very clean and there is valet service

Great place at ajman. It's see beach hotel with five star facilities. Internationally famous for tourist. Relaxing and enjoy the vacation. It has conference space and good for holding conference. Only unhappy with food for vegetarian, very much limited choices for vegetarian. So keep in mind all veggies. I request hotel to consider vegetarian food.

اصبح الفندق هذا من افضل الفنادق لدي في عجمان من حيث الاهتمام والنظافة والخدمة والترحيب ووسع الغرف اضافة انه على البحر وايضاً البحر والشواطىء الخاص ،، أيضا انه من اسرع الفنادق في عملية التشيك ان وقد عملو لي اب قريد بسبب عيد ميلاد زوجتي وهذا لطف منهم وايضاً كتبو لو الشاطىء تهنيئة وجهزو الغرفة بافضل التجهيزات،، تستحقو ان تكونو الأفضل ،،،
بالنسبة للاكل الفطور البولية جميل متنوع وفيه الاكل الكثير الطيب وبرضو بالنسبة للبوفيه العشا جميل ولذيذ ومتنوع وكان يوم اسيوي ،، وأما المشاوي كانت واااايد وايد حلوة ولذيذة.

I Reall like this hotels for many things first it is hospitality and kindness also it is the fastest check in I did, also they do an upgrade to suit for me because it is my wife birthday it was really nave and big room, they arrange it for me with everything, really I enjoyed everything there specially the swimming pool and the beach,
Breakfast has a variety of everything it is really awesome also the dinner buffet was an Asian day but was really nice and fresh food.

Very beautiful place.our first time in Ajman palace, it was very quiet and good place to relax in the pool. The lunch was nice but there is no buffet available when we came. The team are all friendly, especially Ms Aby who is the favorite of everyone from Zulekha. All the best and see you all again soon.

One of the most finest 5 star hotels in ajman. Amazing hospitality and services. Splendid food and worth the price. One of my personal favourites so far.
