As other most restaurant when finished food need to change your clothes from smell from cooking and spices use there, but food and services was great,

This is the best Indian you'll ever have (for me as an expat living in Dubai). The staff are phenomenal. The chefs are exceptional and the food is incredible. The manager Nizar is incredibly kind, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. Sumi and Disha are very lovely servers too. If you're looking for something hearty and tasty, get yourself: Chicken Tikka Masala, lamb Rogan Josh, and a few (ahem 3 servings) of garlic naan.you won't need the rice!

It was a great place and filled with an immersive experience. Definitely suggest you to visit the place.

We had team gathering dinner and it was good experience. Ambience is traditional afghan style. Have good veg options. I tried kebab and biryani.

A great place to treat your family and friends with fabulous northern food,
Bukhara- part of Ajman hotel. Ambience is better than expected. Service is quick and well maintained (special thanks to ms Disha), Prices are good, Food quality is satisfactory. Must try kebabs & biryani!

Today 25th of Dec we enjoyed a great hospitality and new Indian food experiency by Mr. Nizar. Samosa platter as a appetizer, lamb and chicken as a main cources and delicious dessert. Special thanks to cooks as well, you managed to produce unforgottable dinner memories for us.

THE FOOD WAS EXTRAORDINARY AND THE SERVICE IMPECCABLE. MY SPECIAL THANKS TO NIZAR FOR THE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE MENU WAS THE DAL WHICH WAS SLOW COOKED TO PERFECTION. NOT TO FORGET THE CHICKEN MALAI KABABS AND THE EXCELLENT GULAB JAMUNS WHICH WERE PRESENTED PERFECTLY HOT TO THE TABLE. THIS RESTAURANT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mr Nizar’s hospitality was awesome. Our food ordered was advised by him which we enjoyed to the fullest. We enjoyed the food with zero wastage. Encouraged to visit next time

The icon New Delhi restaurant has a branch in Ajman. If you want meat then that is the region to head. Not as good as the unique one in India but it’s still Very Good. Ambiance is pretty darkish and stupid. Service is pleasant and attentive.

Great place for Indian cuisine! We went as a group of 10 and enjoyed every dish we ordered. Love the meat starter.

Choice in menu is absolutely good. Ambience is pretty decent, service n hospitality is fabulous. You will not be disappointed.

I recommend butter chicken, dal, butter naan, lamb, nelli Biriyani and dessert js must try. Thank you for serving us better.

Food was below average, no taste at all in sikandari raan, paneer was too hard with gravy of juz onions, vry bad experience, service is also vry poor.

The best Butter Chicken in the UAE! We visited Bukhara two times and it was always very pleasant experience. The restaurant is decorated in a very traditional vibe. Whoever likes great Indian food should definitely visit this place!

The restaurant that delivers what on promises it makes.
During our recent trip to this culinary wonderland we ordered
Sikandari raan which was done to perfection the meat was so tender that it would melt in one’s mouth.
Paneer tikka this was an ultimate surprise and words can’t justify the taste of this item.
Rest the curries and biryani items were also made to perfection.
The only item that could had been better were the dessert items firni and falooda which i would rate 1out of 5.
But yet on the price the hospitality and the quality of the food i would rate them 4/5.

Deserves a definite 5 stars because of ambience, quality of food serving and taste.
Tandori Charga, Bukhara Dal and Raan Sikandri is a must must try!
A little expensive but taste much better than anyother restaurant in the neighbourhood.

We stayed at the hotel so availed the set menu as part of our all inclusive package. It was very good. A mix of different kebabs for starters and then really tasty curries served with rice and awesome naan breads. Staff are very nice and service level is high! Tasted different things and all were absolutely amazing.

Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed it here, so we ate here two days in a row. A more traditional Indian restaurant, but with your normal kids options too (chicken nuggets etc). Food was fresh and full of flavor. Kebabs, dhal, Gobi, naan and rice = all excellent. Highly recommended.

Best Indian restaurant I have been to. The black dal is cooked for a whole day and it is beyond incredible. The lamb chop and prawns are also delicious

If you are a fan of Indian food, you will not be disappointed. Every occasion to celebrate has called for a round of meal at Bukhara. The staff is simply exceptional and so is the food. The ambience simply adds to the excitement. A drink at Zanzi bar and a meal at Bhukara, you are good to go (Satisfied smiles guaranteed)!

One of the best Indian restaurants in uae which truly delicious food, a beautiful and authentic interim and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Huge parking for a / c. Long, narrow coastline. Gentle entrance to the sea. The beach is dirty, despite the fact that they are trying to clean it. It is clear that the fishermen may come to catch nets, then you can’t buy or sunbathe. Low tide starts at noon. Since the local population in the right part is not, sunbathed in shorts and bikini. I think when the beach will be finalized, the most fastidious will not find flaws either. And so it was good for us.

I had not so good experience, not sure if anyone had encountered this, the waiter asked me if I need still or sparkling water, I asked for still but when the cheque came the price of water was added, I checked the menu but there was no mention of the water. It was okay as many restaurants are selling water but the thing that itched me was the price of water was double the price of breads and almost 50% of the main dish I ordered and there was no mention of the water price in menu card. So if anyone is visiting this restaurant then please be careful.

We just got back from vacation. As our first visit to the United Arab Emirates we had chosen the Ajman Hotel and were super satisfied. The people were all very nice and the food was great. That was mainly because of the Bukhara! We love Indian food and have certain demands. All of them were more than fulfilled. The menu was clearly arranged and every starter and main course was excellent. Besides the sun we will miss the food in the Bukhara the most. That is for sure.

It was nice been there after long time but theres not much difference. Same old menu but with increase of prices, though.

We enjoed very much the excellent dinner.every meal was unique and outstanding. Great service and delicious DESI food, ambiance was amazing.i would like to appreciate Ms Ankita front desk and Mr Kazi for an amzing service. After long time tried food here and it was simply delicious. We ordered mix of dishes like lamb, black lentils, cottage cheese along with breads it was good, best being Sikandari Raan.

Everything was good, except lamb. Lamb chops were extremely overcooked.
And there was no masala tea! In Indian restaurant!

I honestly tend to avoid eating at hotel restaurants (except for breakfast) since I haven't always enjoyed the taste. However, when we (me, my wife and son) were roaming around Ajman hotel to find a place for dinner we came across Bukhara and then two lovely waiters came to see us and they were extremely friendly and apparently my 1 year and 10 months son loved them and went to them immediately, so I decided to give it a try.
The theme is very nice and cozy, but the Menu wasn't clear to me so asked the waiter for help. We ended up ordering Chicken and Lamb Biryani noting that I was still worried about how they would taste since I had previously these dishes in other restaurants and I was very dissappointed. I was shocked on how good it was, it is one of the best Indian Biryani I ever had! The portion was too much, but it was so yummy that we were able to have all of it.
P. S. They did not charge for my son's french fries.

Heard a lot about this place and after trying it I can say that definitely it’s one of the best places in UAE with authentic Indian cuisine.

If you are looking for a fine dining experience then this is a great place with excellent ambiance.

Pro tip: if you are going for À la carte, then Murg Biryani, Peshawari Kebab and Rasmalai will make your dining experience worth it.

Wow! We just had a incredible experience at the Bukhara restaurant. It was a family meal out with my mom & sister who can be a handful at times. The waiters were just brilliant. The food chicken biryani, butter chicken, dal Bukhara, kebabs, butter naan all was extra great, mouthwatering, delicious, way too good to describe, a real delight. I can understand why it’s rated as one of the best Indian restaurants in the Ajman. I will suggest you guys should rename it from Bukhara to Pride of Ajman, no wonder why people talks so high about it. I would highly recommend a trip to the Bukhara restaurant.

The restaurant is a huge favorite due to its authentic Indian recipes and consistent high quality. We tried vegetarian starters and main dish with Garlic Naan. Everything was delectable. Overall great service and great food.
