I personally visit diamond homes real estate and I make a deal with them they are very cooperative and professional, especially Mr. Kashif the way they work the way they treat their clients is very professional

THIS IS VERY SERIOUS PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY!
The boss Mr. Imaduddin is a fraud as he is not having an official bank account of Diamond Homes Real Estate in order to not be eligible to pay Value Added Tax (VAT). He or his agents may ask you to transfer the money to their personal account which is very risky. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.
Here is the entire story:
We paid advance of AED 15,000 for buying a flat to him. After that we remitted the remaining balance of which is more than AED 3,00,000 to him but luckily it got reverted as the name of his account was not Diamond Homes Real Estate. After this, we asked him to refund the AED 15,000 as it was not our fault that the amount got reverted back. But he refused to refund it by saying that he has already paid AED 10,000 to the seller and kept the remaining AED 5000 as brokerage. As the deal wasn't done due to his fault, the entire amount must have been refunded by him.
He disowns that he is not responsible if the bank does not credit the money if his name is not linked with Diamond Homes Real Estate. Though Land Department of Government of Ajman doredire to refund AED 15,000 He did not budge out to refund the money.
Such people must be fined heavily for betraying their clients. We are working on it. I am reviewing this so that he does not do the same to any other person.

Diamond Homes Real Estate (Agency) having its office opposite to T6, Ajman One, developed by Aqaar at Al Rashidiya 3 Rumailah, Ajman is bluff and cheat. Its Licensee Mr. Imaduddin –a Syrian National and his staff Kashif Iqbal –a Pakistan National manipulate the facts for their illegitimate personal gains. The agency has no account in any bank in Dubai/Ajman. They ask the customer to transfer the funds in the name of the agency but the beneficiary is Mr. Imaduddin himself who is likely to disown even after receiving the funds. If we request to refund the money they will never and shall ask the customer to get it through court knowing well that the customer will never approach the court. I sent 332,000/- AED through my bank in India to the agency. Luckily, bank could not credit 317,000/- AED in the name of the agency since beneficiary was Mr. Imaduddin and not the agency and returned the money to my account in India. Due to this reason, the deal for purchase of the flat could not be complete. The agency however refused to return 10,000/- AED- the initial deposit and 5,000/- AED- the commission. I lost another 5,000/- AED in visiting UAE to complete the deal. Thus I lost 20,000/- AED in the deal solely due to misappropriation by the agency and I was not at all responsible to the same in any manner but luckily the big amount 317,000/- AED was saved due to the bank. I approached the statutory bodies like Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, Ajman and the Ajman Police in person. But the agency pleaded them that I may approach the Court. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THIS AGENCY SHALL MAKE AN OCEAN ONE DAY OF HIS OWN OUT OF TINY DROPS.

Big cheaters they are selling lies, they don't know what they are selling, anyone can tell to sell anything, they have agent Muhammad Ibrahim, big lier they sold properties with all lies. Dont go to them. Once they took initial money they will just block you from all contacts
