"Very poor management; I ordered food, they initially said to wait for 30 minutes. However, when I called them again after 90 minutes to inquire about my delivery, they mentioned they forgot. This indicates a lack of proper service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

The food is very nice. Specialy the mutton kulhapori (not sure if the name is right) Service is good.

Biryani taste is not good. Found chicken pieces burnt 1 side. Felt like biryani was made hot in oven and delivered. Bad experience for me.

I have experienced twice, ordered fresh chapati and sending cold old chapati. Aloo tikki was not cooked properly, And then saying sorry it will not happen next time. This is how they are doing, next day again I order a dish called veg maratha and they have send veg kolapuri. Same old story that we are sorry. So I have very bad experience with them i think the manager and chief is not taking things seriously. Soon they will be closer if they keep doing this

Their food test is very good but the resultant doesn't maintain hygiene and it is not clean. Even the soup was not cooked properly we couldn't even keep it on the serving desk coz of the uncooked smell.

Getta parking is not easy the area is too crowded.
No wheelchair access to the restaurant.

One of the best Hyderabadi Biriyani options in Ajman. They have a wide variety of menu, I tried Smiles combo (meal for 1) which included Hyderabadi Biriyani, chicken 65, boiled egg plus Gulab Jamun. The quantity very generous plus taste was authentic Hyderabadi.

My experience with this restaurant is extremely bad and terrible. They have one of the worst service and the management who hangs up call on the face. My order arrived after 1hour 40mins. This is very bad!

They advertised monday tahari available but every monday I ordered tahari they said we not making tahari here.so why you add tahari in the menu?

I don't know how this restaurant have 3.8 star rating. Pathetic food. Ordered butter naan, tandoori roti, and chicken and veg curries as well. Not worth, taste less, Naan was brunt and so hard, it felt like it will years to digest. Chicken Handi was so bad. Mushroom masala was ok while comparing with Chiken Handi. High price and taste less food. Never Order or recommend to anyone.

One of the most poor customer services i have ever seen in UAE. No matter what you're writing in cooking instructions they will never bother to follow it. Every time we ordered food in office they'll never send spoons with rice every time on daily basis almost we're complaining them that we're ordering from an office we don't have spoons here but they'll repeat it every time same mistake. Today when i called their staff was so rude and was not willing to accept the mistake.

Good and tasty breakfast items. Must try Biryani for lunch and South Indian curry items.

One the worst place to order chines I ordered Chinese combo and when it came it was just bland they changed the food but then again it came as it was so please if you are going to order Chinese think 100 times

Terrible experience with the delivery personnel. Took him more than an hour to deliver at my place which is less than 1 km from the restaurant.

The worse thing is that neither the owner nor the delivery personnel is willing to take responsibility for the incident.

I had to cancel the order. Terrible service. I hope they work on this.

I have been ordering from them for the past 2 week each day and the delivery and food quality had never fallen. Good customer service and food quality considering Indian food.

Very bad experience first time I make order this restaurant n my order still not yet deliver n it’s pass 1hr already… I just stay near to this restaurant 4mints derive.

Food is pretty good, but delivery often has hiccups despite me being close to the establishment. Service is acceptable and responsive, but delivery can be far better.

The mutton biriyani was horrible.didn’t have any flavor or taste, just tasted like whole spices.was very spicy too, meat was underdone list can go on… would not try again! Was a waste of money!

I ordered chicken biryani at home. The taste was not as expected so I spoke to the manager. He was kind and understood the concern. He immediately send me replacement biryani and it was really tasty and at its best. Thanks to the manager at this branch.

I ate there chicken 65 briyani they didn't give Gravy for briyani and for gravy I paid 18 dhiram extra they have to give Gravy really hurt me I want to suggest them plz provide gravy

Worst service waiting for food for more then one hour and everytime someone answer the call saying delivery guy is on the way and after 1 and half hour the guy is telling we are preparing order wait for 30 mins more worst service ever received.better the owner take an action against the people working there they are fooling the customer and don't want to take orders so customers will run away and don't come back again. I would like to request the owner to drop his number so people can give their feedback please.

Taste is amazing, very good staff, reasonable prices. I have tried biryani many times, shrimp biryani is amazing

Wrost 65 biryani I ever had there is mutton bones in 65 biryani and its sweet biryani like desert waste of money buying In this restaurant

Excellent biriyani at minimum price. I have had both chicken & Mutton biryani, Naan over here. Very good taste. Very spacious, Enough seats are available. Not much waiting time. Bon Appetite.

I ordered 2 times till today. The taste totally worst. Now they reduced quntity as well. I tried rajma and chicken handy. Chiken handy full of soaf taste. Rajma not boiled well kachcha smell. I don't want to try this again this store.

Food is delicious. But they take 2 hours to deliver the food. Moreover they even lie. I called them to know the status of my food, they picked the call and put the phone engaged. This is very rude. I am giving 1 star just for food. Otherwise i dont appreciate such behavior. I wish i could give negative stars. I am very disappointed by their rude behaviour

All Biryani's taste the same here, although it taste really great, but spicy lover would enjoy the most as almost all biryani's are spicy here.
I really like the quantity off food they serve. However prices should be reconsidered to make it affordable as part of Ajman, the price should be less than Dubai.

I ordered hayderabadi mutton biryani after seeing reviews. The taste of biryani was below average, nothing special. Biryani taste was not even 10% near to real hyderabadi biryani.

Not a good option for hyderabadis if you are looking for authentic hyderabadi biryani this is not the place

They open at 8am for breakfast but never take orders. Never answer phone calls. Always busy. Why mention breakfast when you don’t serve

I tried there chicken biryani after checking reviews, the taste of biryani was ordinary without any biryani taste and mostly rice was like boiled one.

Being Hyderabadi, the chicken/meat biryani is good, nice portion and need to inform them, whether you need spicy or less spicy. However, never ever try their haleem during Ramadan, it is one of the worst haleem I had in UAE. Haleem price is high with less quantity and poor quality.

We ordered the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani at a price of 20 Aed. The Mutton is perfectly cooked and loved the taste. The portion size is good enough. It comes along with raita, Salad and their curry.

Surprisingly found this restaurant the mutton Biryani and mix fried rice and Tandoori Chicken plater are so delicious sure wanna visit again this place because it’s clean and affordable value for money. One of the best place in Ajman to eat desi food.

Very good stuff, ordered chicken beriyani 65, didn't liked the checkin it self, wasnt look like a chicken neither the taste, spicy rise was good though

Hope they make REAL checkin beriyani with real chicken (not like 65, look like shrimp), same they does with Hyderabadi beriyani

I visited this lovely restaurant last weekend. Before I go on describing whole experience, one thing for sure.hands down best Hyderabadi food in town. Clean toilets, very engaging and courteous team.

I had their Dhal makhni, and as a vegetarian I decided to order their vegetable Biriyani. Boy, i tell you, the aroma of saffron, beautiful fragrance of masalas.and I have to warn you, the portions are super generous.so if you are a Light eater, you are sure to end up taking away your order of food. They had fresh Tandoor roti.and nothing beats a roti with warm Dhal Makhni.

Met the owners during my visit! Very friendly and kind people. Overall if you are at Ajman, make it. A point to visit Dukkan Biryani.

After trying Hyderabadi biryani from a lot of places, I am stuck to this taste. Too good. Their breakfast is also delicious. Mutton biryani and Chicken biryani.yummy
