A reply from the owner is a gimmick they just write this to make it look like they care in reality they don't wish to resolve anything. Worst clinic ever. I don't recommend you to visit them. My husband had done a root canal and the procedure was not completed. Dr. Lied and left an unfinished root canal which later by management was accepted and offered to fix it by another Dr. They never fixed it kept asking us to come back and each time the previous Dr. Was not working there anymore. The manager had taken responsibility to fix this issue but they didn't offer any assistance they just took our money for a procedure which was not completed plus kept giving false promises to fix the issue. The Dr. Who was at fault is still working there with no explanation given. Extremely bad customer service and bad clinic with bad Dr. I don't recommend it. Plus this messages they send on reviews for contact for resolving the issues are also gimmick as it's just a message nobody cares to contact or resolve anything.

I recently visited Eve Clinic and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nurse Amalia. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention she provided during my visit. She took the time to explain every step of the process to me, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. I was also pleased with the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the clinic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch

The worse clinic I ever went, terrible treatment of patient. Do not recommend at all!
You tell them something and she is not believing. If you want peace do not enter this clinic.

Very good service. Doctors and staffs are very friendly. I met doctor as per the booked time of my appointment, some clinics we have to wait even appointment already booked. Good maintained clinic and feel fresh air circulation. Keep it up your good services.

للاسف من اسوء العيادات اللي مريتهم ما عندهم احترام للموعد كذا مره سووها فيني يخلوني اتريا اكثر عن ساعه ولا يوم اوصل يقولون عادي اناجل لج الموعد ومشكله يخلونج تدفعين وعقب قعدي انتظري او فجاه ياجلون لج موعد للاسف مب مره ولا مرتين ولا ثلاث وااايد صارت لي من جي مافي مجال اعطيهم اي عذر

للامانه الدكتور محمد شعبان دكتور فاهم شغله وايده خفيفه جدا انصح الجميع بتجربه تنظيف الاسنان عنده وبتلاحض الفرق بين شغله وبين شغل العيادات الثانيه

Nurse how is making me face treatment stoped her work on my face many time. She was so busy, I dont know why thry are calling her all the time. Seems like she is tge only nurse in the center. I will not visit the center again.

Did my first session and there was lots of improvements also the staff is really nice and genuine.

Special thanks to and to Team Ajman branch her colleagues, they were Very professional, friendly and very helpful. The clinic was extremely clean and tidy and the price is extremely cheap comparing with the excellent service which was provided. I will recommend this place to everyone to come and benefit from it.

Good clinic with good facilities.mostly all departments available like gynecology, dermatologist (Botox, theadlift, carbon laser,) laser for hair removal, dentist, cupping, with cheap prices.

I will never recomend to anyone!

They just take money to show off but not doing laser hair remove.

I have visited many times for forehead hair removal but I didn't get result.

I feel only divce light and cool air on my forehead.

They have good offers for laser amd derma. Amd the dental deparment is perfect. All staffs arr very professional.

I have made full body laser ma and my sister and lips filler, I have the invoice, it’s the worst experience I have ever had! The machines they are using aren’t effective it’s like you didn’t do anything! I have second laser session to do, when I came to the clinic they said it’s already 14 days passed! And you can’t do it anymore! What? I have paid for that! They never call or remind you for your sessions, It’s my worst experience I have ever had, they treat you very bad, management doesn’t care, staff are rude, manager never listen to you, I would never recommend this place to anyone, please share
نصيحه ما حد يسوي عندهم اي خدمه، انا مجربه خدمتهم ، سيئين جدا والموظفين غير لابقين في التعامل، والاداره لا تهتم لأي شي بس بدهم فلوسك ويقولون ما عندك اي خدمه، انا عندي فواتير اني دافعه وهم بيقولو ارجعي افعي لاسباب السياسه تتغير عندهم، واليوم بروح اشتكي عليهم لحمايه المستهلك، نصيحه مني لا تجربو المكان

من أفضل عيادات الأسنان على مستوى الإمارات ومزود ب معدات حديثة ونظافة ونظام ، وللامانة خبرة الدكتور محمد شعبان واحترافية عالية جدا بعلاج وتجميل الاسنان ، وحسن خلق وأدب التعامل ومصداقية في الأسعار ، طاقم ممرضات ممتاز.

اسعارهم فالعرض شى والواقع شى وماعندهم احترام للمواعيد ويخلونك تحضر يخصمون المبلغ عنك ويخلونك نتنظر وعادي بعد نص ساعة يقولك ماتقدر تحضر بعد ساعتين المشكلة او مرة قلت يمكن في ضغط شغل 3 مرات نفس الموقف العيادة تعبانة كتعامل ….

Everyone is very friendly.the staffs are all accommodating. I had a several visits at the destistry and Kudos to Dr. Shaban. He has addressed my concern about my teeth. Very professional and explained post recovery treatment in very clear manner. Highly recommended dentist!

A very good friendly staff. Experienced doctors. And nice service. They have all kind of treatment under one roof. I have done Hijama from there it was nice. They deserve all 5 stars

Had the worst dental experience with Dr Inam.i had normal caries and she dug to deep and didn't place pulp protection now i have to do two root canal treatments. I wouldn't want this to the worst of my enemies, DON'T GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH.

سيئ جدا عدم الاهتمام و تاخير في المواعيد و جهاز الليزر ما ينفع عندهم للأسف يتم تنزيل درجة الليزر لزيادة عدد الجلسات

فرع راس الخيمه خزام نصابين وحراميه سعر الليزر لحيه مع الابط 300 درهم يوم قلت لهم عندي بطاقه فزعه ما عطوني خصم للعلم خصم بطاقه فزعه 30‎%‎

The help disk is too poor I book an appointment yesterday with confirmation and I surprised today that they changed my appointment because the employee is not available.
I except that they will justify and apologise but instead of that they argue and make it my fault.
Note: away from help deck issue the lazer employee is perfect and her name is Jerry.

I don't recommend it, i did the tooth whitening but the result was not satisfying it just lasted for 1 week just wasted my money.

Good service.have been there a couple of times for my son, the experience has been excellent so far.
