Worst experience, at first they show you that they are very good and supportive only to disappoint you at the end, i placed my order long ahead of my event only for them to not answer my calls one day before. keep in mind that I was the one to always follow up and all they did was tell me to relax sarcastically, and when they finally answered they kept saying traffic for almost 5 hours and when I finally had enough I asked them to cancel and they happily said yes because they don’t care about customer service. don’t recommend at all unless you would like to be searching for a replacement 12 am before your event.
