Food is amazing, service are good too, only place need to be more clean and organized, it’s too old and messy, washroom are not clean enough

The overall atmosphere is fine. However, the quality of food and beverages needs some more attention

بصراحه انا جربت اكل كاتب في المنيو مثلا وجبه مشويات ٦٠ ويحاسب ٦٨ علشان ياخد ٧٠ طيب بالنسبه لجودة الاكل اقسم بالله لو الوجبه اتكررت قدامي ب٢٠ مش ٧٠ ما هشتريها في السفير مول وجبه انضف في الصنعه والسعر قليل والمكان فاااااااضي عرفت ليه هو فاضي

The service is horrible.
I ordered a shesha, till they got the shesha 3 times he was asking what do like to have? I told him i ordered a shesha. I thought i should order some food with the shesha. He got me a bottle of water without asking for it so i thought it was as a service but then when i paid he did add it on the shesha and i didn't realise till i paid. Its a horrible way to deal with customers

The place and ambiance is good and perfect for chill while watching the sunset, However, the price in the menu is totally different from the price when you are paying - so just keep this in mind to see and read the prices or ask.

They could revise the menu price in order to avoid confusion and further complaints.

Amazing food. The view is great, they have a nice shisha too. Service is a bit slow but still acceptable.

Kebbe bel laban is amazing.
Mulukhiya is great.

It's huge place with huge space to eat outdoor and area for kids to play. But service is super slow. Once you order no one comes to check or ask customer, which spoils whole experience.

Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Overpriced they charged 10 AED for a small water bottle which you can buy outside for less than a dirham.
Absolutely abysmal and slow service also. The food quality is average at best.

It was over crowded even it was not weekend.the music was very loud and after only couple of mins I asked then to transfer me to some peaceful place and thanks God they have some sitting on the roof and i enjoyed my seesha there

Though not smoking any type of tobacco, but found it nice place for early zoom meetings. Great experience.

I was coming to the restaurant to do an interview to apply for a job opportunity.
When I entered the restaurant, all the workers were busy. I asked about the manager to do the interview. Meet me a guy at the top of ethics and respect, he claims yousry or his name is Yousry, he offers me a free drink watter and a big gaar of Turkish coffee, an beautiful meeting from his side I didn't expect it in the beginning. So I decided to write what happened and post it on the place page.as a way of thanking the youth for the hospitality duty he gives.

Yesterday, we went to FM cafe for farewell of our friends we were 25 persons the service was ok but when we ask for the check, the bill was more then 800,00 AED, because they included three plates for 300,00 even we didn't order.for that I advise you to be very careful when you go there.because even we complained to the responsable that why we should pay something that we didn't, his answer was that this is the policy of the coffee shop management.so for all that i will never go there.

مرة وحدة جيت ومارح اعيدها. الاكل سيئ جداااااا
وطريقة التقديم مافي أسوأ منها
والتعامل سيئ. وكمان في محاولات انهم يضحكو عليك بالفاتورة.
The worst restaurant I have ever seen،bad treatment, food quality is very bad ،I advice every one to not go there

أكل طيب وموقع جيد لكن الحق يقال

The food is not that good. The place inside is not family friendly at all. The outside area is better but the washrooms are inside the cafe which as i said not suitable for the kids to let them in.

There is offer time of breakfast 35 dh (breakfast plus sheesha) out of the offet time the sheesha is costly

ايش اقول وايش مااقول طعم اللحوم لذييييذ جدا وطريقة طبخهم حلوه كثيرواسكالوب دجاج رائع والكان حلو للعوائل الي عندها اطفال والي ماعندها لان فيه كذا جلسه واجواء البحر وخدمة السرفيس رائعه يستاهلون المدح قمة بالذوق

Very bad I will not repeat again.the staff hair is oily the furniture is old.they put the fries metal bowel directly on the table without plate. I waited for bill very long time.the shisha was good and not expensive and the shisha staff was friendly.

Below average service, below average seatings. Not gona go there again unless friends are forcing or no other place to go.

We ordered one sheesha and minimal food, they bought four bottled water at our table even though we used one they charged us for all of them, the sheesha quality was poor and the staff was very slow and rude, they bought us the wrong order and didn't even bother to change it and the food arrived very late and was almost cold. Even though they had a area for childrens to play the over all experience was very poor.

We went as family to have dinner

The location the play ground as we have kids

The safe was less as no one was watching the Playing area and it was too many kids

We were five adults and 3 kids in the beginning they came to us as ask us to move for social distance and health as four on each table we accepted their instructions but we saw them seating on other table five adults together in one table using additional attached table although when we asked them they refused

The food and the order took long time to come
The cost was high in comparison to our older
The service was very lat the table and the chairs needed clean more.not hand sintizer on the table

Old furniture.
They need to remodel the venue and add vibrance. The location is very accessible and near the corniche. If they will just improve the place and their menu, more people will come to visit.

It's an average cafe but shisha is good. Fixed items like nuts and water were compulsory per table and chargeable too

رغم اعتيادي علي الذهاب إلي المكان بشكل شبه يومي فوجئت بزيادة في الحساب هذا المساء لطبق مكسرات سيئه كنت أحسبه هديه من المكان لكن للأسف اتضح العكس وهذه الزياده كانت لتواجدي خلال مباراه الكلاسيكو بدايه نهايه جوده اي مكان تبدأ بمثل هذه الأفكار الغبيه
ليس لدي مانع في وضع حد أدني للحساب لكن هذه الطريقة ماهي الا وسيله رخيصه لزياده الأرباح

التعامل مع الزبائن بطريقة دون المستوى ، كانت تجربه سيئة ولن تتكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى.
حيث ان طبق الفواكه كان سيئ ، وكذلك عند طلب شاحن تم احضار شاخن لا يعمل وتمت اضافته الى الفاتورة و عند إبلاغ الموظف قام بالتجاهل وتم اضافه فاتورة الشاحن الى الفاتورة الاساسية. يعني بدك تدفع سواء استفدت من الخدمه أو لا مع انه العطل كان بالشاحن نفسه.

مطعم ومقهى + فرقة مكونة من مغنية رائعة و ٢ مغنيين من أصحاب الأصوات الحلووووة.

مطعم ومقهى رااااايق جداً للناس الرايقة أصحاب المزاج الرايق.
غير مزدحم غير موعج لا يوجد فضوليين

The location is this cafe is superb. It has indoor, outdors and rooftop seating. The view and ambience is great.
Nice place to have sheesha and enjoy football on a big screen.
The menu is simple and regular arabic cafe menu. The food was decent.
Sheesha flavours are regular no exotic flavours but it is nice n smooth and well serviced.
It's not very expensive and overall a nice place.

On a visit from Australia, sheesha was one of the things I was looking forward to have in UAE and I had fare share of both good and bad sheesha places but Fame (FM) cafe was one of the worst.

The only good thing about this place was the view from the roof top on winter night.

Me and few mates ordered two sheesha which was poorly made and we were given small water bottles which we never ordered and toward the end they made us pay 5Dhs (each bottle) for water, upon asking the guy keep saying "if you sit, you need to take water" which was really absurd.

Definitely not recommending this place.
