Tried their Kerala meals today.
Location - Conveniently located inside Nesto Center
Parking - Nesto parking is available, parking will be crowded during peak hours
Food - Food was average. The side dishes were not up to the mark. Dessert was too cold even at 12.30 pm
Price - Moderate
Service - Most of the service team members were good and had a smile. We asked side dish to one staff member who answered "yes" and escaped. Except that the service team was courteous and supportive.
Ambience - The restaurant is spacious and well maintained. Nice ambience
Wishing them all the best!

Hanging out with friends and have tried the food, the waiters were Malayali so easily got our food ordered.

I’m surprised at the so many bad reviews about the service. However, we received excellent service from the staff. Each one of them were courteous and helpful. We had Kerala Sadhya and fish fry. I must say that it was one of the best Kerala meals that I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. Good sambar.
I have no hesitation in giving them a full five star rating

Very bad service. Don't enter this restaurant. Waste of time and money. The waiters are not even responding while we talk to them. Very bad restaurant. We will never go to this restaurant.

Hospitality- Terrible response from the staffs, Table reservations was horrible, and all those staffs not dealing customers properly.and the main thing that the food was below average.

Bad customer service, more than 15 mts wait nobody to come to take order, I call 2,3 staff to take order, but they are not respond very bad experience.

Me and my wife and 7 year old daughter Waited for around 40 mins for getting seated (From 2: 20 PM) and again waited another 40 mins for the food. Very bad service. Waiters are acted like they are giving us free food. One supplier Mr. Nithin even shouted at me in front of my family saying that “ we can only treat you like this, you can leave and go to any other restaurant if you wish “.

I have reported this delay to their cash counter staffs when leaving from the restaurant but they are also don’t want to hear anything from anyone and standing like statue.

1. Better maintain a token system in the peak hours for seating
2. Schedule a weekly staff meeting and teach them how to behave to the clients.

Worst attitude service.the service staff think they are providing free food
Ordered a ghee rice with beef there was No explanation about the beef and the quantity of food. Served inspite of me asking.when got, the food was like a quantity of a strater. When I asked why I was not informed about the quantity, their answer was the staff is new.and a carefree attitude.
I used to visit food book before but after this experience I will never come back again.
Before the restaurant used to be lively but now it's no sign of good atmosphere. Look into the attitude of staff who is serving.their behavior is ruining everything.

Good authentic food.u get spicy variants for those who choose to have.nice variety of starters available.spacious enough.the issue is parking.if they could arrange secluded parking space for the food book customers it can save some time.expensive. I dont think so.cheap.not sure.its moderate

Super tasty food. With huge space and very neat and tidy. Kerala meals vch i ordered was good. I got my home food vch i missed here in uae. Must try. Specially for family and kids.

Food was tasty. Giving only three stars because the dining area is too open which may be a concern to some family customers. Customer relationship should be improved. High time to change the menu books, it looks like too old and we will think twice even to open that.

Very very worst experience we had last night.
Food quality is very poor and also there was one coackroach in one vegetable dish which we ordered.
The staff members were also not co-operative instead they made fun about all situation like they were the boss and everything they only handle.
And also they didn’t do anti termite or pesticide treatment more than a month.
And even they did’t have any COMPLAINT BOOK OR SUGGESTION BOOK.
This was my first and last experience ever.
Country like U. A. E things were happened like this was not commendable,
This is directly affects the Health of the customer, which should not be compromised.

The restaurant is located inside Nesto (2nd floor) in Ajman. Food is really good and tasty. We like weekend sadya meals on banana leaves. It will be crowded at noon during weekends and you have to wait for your turn. You can also avail take away service. Staff is also good.

The food was absolutely wonderful, One must try the malai tikka and combos. Good ambiance, staff at reception remains busy at all time on phone orders, serving guys are very pleasing and attentive; counter payment mostly take bit more time.

The food taste is improving, the ambience was good but furniture quality is deteriorating and require maintenance

Most importantly the guest relations are pathetic
-staff need to be trained in basic things like placing a plate on table.
- waiter doesn’t know the details of dishes and failed to explain to guest at first place
- meat quality in curries are not prime pieces (chicken)
- attending time is high
-waiters running around without purpose
- most importantly the cashier in reception was taking the feedback in a semi insulting manner

Don't order here, nobody has responsibility, they will tell within one hour if ur location is near their shop, then after two hour also u will not get ur order, after calling they will not attend ur call, great customer services.

Poor service and dont even care the customer who are sitting and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come & take the order. Behaves likes they are giving some thing free of cost. I believe people are going to this resturant only because of nesto and i would like to tell this managment that you are getting customers not because of your service or the qualitiy of food. Ask your supervisor to look at the customer instead of standing infront of the main door and please advise him not to use the mobile on duty hours if there is rush

Better provide one week off to chef and tell him to taste food from different hotels!

If you like Kerala cuisine (and who doesn't?) this is a great place for wholesome food from the south Indian state without breaking the bank.

This is not the place to try fancy dishes, best to stick to the trusty favourites - pothi biryani, parottas and beef or seafood curries. Good ol' comfort food that can't be beaten!

Food ook is a cozy inexpensive Indian restaurant. The food is delicious the staff veru courteous and friendly.

The ambience is very pleasing and clean. The staff is professional yet friendly.
They usually serve warm herbal water instead of regular water on table, and is very good for digestion and health. You can order regular water but I would advise to go with the herbal warm water.
Overall a good place to eat with friends, family or business casual meets.

Once I used love this place, After Covid their food quality is bad compared before Covid, They have big dinning space. Prawns Kizhi, Fish Pollichatu is must try items

Used to go there every week. It was good ambience and good service earlier. Nowadays its very difficult to get in there. Even if they have space inside, they seems like they don't want us to go inside. Maybe because of booking or something else. The last time we got angry with their behavior and left. Anyways food is good with reasonable price. Neat and family friendly.

It's a very good restaurant but the issue is that it is situated inside nesto supermarket and had lots of traffic and rush issues.

The ambiance is decent and you can come with family. The food is reasonably priced. The breakfast has fixed set it food item currently and the quality and quantity are decent for the price. I personally like the view of opposite street outside the large windows. The service is courteous They serve some concotioned hot water l on every table which is good for digestion. I have eaten malai kofta, paneer mango curry, dal fry, <<some crunchy veggie>> dont remember the dish, puri bhaji, puttu kadala. I've liked all of them and have yet few items in my mind to try.

Good fresh food with good service, recommended for all, Indian cuisine, especially South Indian and bbq’s are best in this restaurant.

All foods are delicious.yummy and nice ambience. Outside counter for snacks and fresh tea is available.

Good Restaurant, the taste of foods are awesome, we had a party there. Both veg and non veg foods tasted good. Also very good service.

The restaurant has very good choices of food, service is absolutely fantastic and very comfortable seating arrangement.

Bukhari Al Khaleej is one of the Best Restaurant in Ajman. They provide best foods, Specially the Bukhari Rice with Beef is Most Delicious. Their kitchen and Way of making food very much Clean.

Local shop Biriyani is far better taste, apart from cleanliness, its a very normal Keralite restaurant.

Good place for a meal. You have to pay a fixed price for a person. For kids price is a little bit smaller. Some local people come for a lunch.

Biriyanies are good. Ambiance is good. But other curries are not up to the mark. All taste sweet.

Average taste and some how food is ok ;I have been to this restaurant many times ;after hypermarket purchase people with family in whole will go there and get trapped with costlier food.

My last experience was worse and I had to pay 126AED for the dinner ; just 4 lime soda costing 32 Aed ;
Then I realized, Going to foodbook Nesto is a foolish plan.

Its good place for launch and dinner. Tasty food at reasonable price. I like specially "meal" aka their special launch verity.cool silent and all the staff also very friendly.
