I recently visited “ Ibin Sina “for my child's eye appointment. The ophthalmology department impressed with a satisfactory approach, and the consultation fees were reasonable compared to other clinics. However, finding parking was challenging. Overall, positive experience with some room for improvement in parking convenience.

Sujanaina at front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and compassionate. She ensured right from registration to Dr consultation everything went smoothly. Brilliant service by her, Dr Athira and Libin. I would highly recommend this service. Greatly and requesting towards Appreciation Letter from the hospital management Team,

Disappointed with Dr Fousiya Jamal, 1st ever worst experience.
If anyone looking for gynecologist, pls go for anyone else.

I wish there was an option of negative stars.its been years i have been coming to this stupid clinic again and again and again and again! And eveytime on the counter after taking my id they ask have you come here before? Wow!

No one knows the system on reception! You want a referrel by mistake? Then they will make a toy out of you and would just tell u go here go there when u open file at floor 1 for gynae they send u for gp at 3rd with your pregnent wife and then after 1 hour wait they wiuld ask you to go back to first floor insurance and by that time your appointment time is finished! Wow! I dont want to compare you with name but there are other clinics in ajman who handle this approvals and all seamlessly because their aim is to provide best service not to just ruin your whole day! We are not free to spend hours n hours here waiting for your stupid system to work! I hope this clinic gets closed so no one would ever go through this suffering k

Usually there is delay in consulting the doctor till getting medicine from the pharmacy, maybe because of the rush. But one thing I noticed that the insurance section lady staff in 3rd floor, her way of handling patients, interaction with them and quick assistance which is highly appreciated.

This appointment service via Call is Utter worst. I had called Ibin sin medical center.it's saying to hold on line.and the call is being hunged. I happened to me many times.worst service at all

Ppl who dont have insurance was visiting here and was able to get discounts via privilege card but now due to new mgmt the discounts have been removed. Not happy.

Highly recommended for Dr Fouzia Jamal gynaecologist. She is very polite cooperative and has problem solving abilities. She deal my complicated issue with highly skilled abilities i must thanks to this doctor. May Allah give u reward for this.

Not a bad clinic and has a very good educated & experience, friendly Doctor, Dr Naveed. And also to the Vita sign nurse (Tahisa) despite the pressure from the large number of patients she still maintains her professionalism. The African Cameroonian guy can't remember his name is a hard working guy. Always available to help people.

I went to Ibin Seena for the first time, as such the look of the medical centre is not at all appealing. But I went there for Dr Shirish Ganta.i had heard from my other friends that he is a good radiologist. He is a very good Dr with immense knowledge in his field. The best part is he did the ultrasound and gives me correct and firm impression about the diagnosis whixh was absolutely right.i had been to the other radiologist in sharjah who were not able to come with an exact diagnosis. I would recommend him for any radiological intervention and diagnosis. I am really impressed by his diagnostic skills. Thanks and May God bless you.

Worst experience I had today, very much disappointed …. Took an appointment for Dr Syed Naveed (G/P). Had waited more than an hour and noticed that the Nurse, Ms Tahira was allowing other patients who came after my appointment.
This is worst as everyone is a patient who came to the clinic and take appointments to consult doctors.
This attitude has to be considered very seriously and necessary actions are to be initiated

Doctors are very good n corporative. Dr Naveed and Dr Mamachen cherian are very humble n decent with the patient.

Thier tocken system is not proper and the staffs are not cooperative. Especially nursing staffs. Tocken should be provided to meet doctors not for the reception as they are following now. We have to spend more time to meet doctor even after with appointment.

Good clinic staff behaviour is good derserve 5 star, specially doctor KV FATIMA CHILD specialist is very kind, l and chexked insepth, appreciate your kind behaviour. Highly rexomemded.

I am Bangladeshi. I am visit may ajman coming. My experience Bangladesh Ibn sina hospital Sylhet 8 years experience.

The minimum waiting time to reach reception is 1hr. Very slow the patient registration process. Only one staff is handling in 2nd floor most of the days. He is trying to do his level best.

Management should look into the matter and take necessary actions to avoid the delay in receptions as patients are coming to the hospital due to the sickness, and they can't wait more due to their health conditions.

The rest of the things are feeling good, and treatment is also good.

Very Poor reception and management, you don't know how to schedule your patient properly. We came early and was assisted last! The token you have is very much useless as you cannot even know who came first for that doctor. You have to wait minimum 2hours to be assisted! Very bad experience specially if your bringing your kids.

I called to book an appointment and when I went there they told me I don’t have one.
I had to wait 2 hours and still they didn’t let me in.left without getting checked by the doctor because I was too ill to wait more.specially that the environment is so uncomfortable

I visited with my wife at Ibn Sina Medical Center Ajman on 20th Nov 2021 for a PCR test for traveling. I follow up for the report next day 21st Nov 2021 at 2: 00 PM and after every hour. They told me to wait half an hour for the report that said that there was a problem with their system. At around 8: 35 they confirmed through a call that they will refund my ticket if I don't get the report. Then I went to Thumbay lab to do a PCR test through express service and got the result in 3 hours because our flight was on 2-00 AM 22nd Nov 2021.
Even after I did not get the report from their side.

Yesterday they shared the report with me where it is clearly mentioned that the report was not verified till 12: 00 AM 22nd Nov 2021 and even I did not get the report after that.

I followed up my refund with Ibn Sina lab and now they are telling me to bring 4 people for the corona test and you will get your refund. From where I can bring the corona patient for my refund.

Worst experience. Nurses they don't no how to treat with the patient, even don't have any manor's how to speak.

Very long line and also takes alot of time to take to the doctor.very slow process.back in 2020, my brother had extreme abdominal pain and was crying but the doctor was too slow and didnt show much mercy, my brother was fighting for his life, he was in very critical condition, appendix related condition.then after 4 hours f check up and stuff at almost midnight they sent us to amina hospital where the doctor was way better but eneded up doing his surgery in qasimi hospital

I am extremely happy with the services excellent services that i have received at ibin sina medical center. Thanks to the management for placing the excellent doctors, nurses and staffs.very considerable and giving discounts for unaffordable patients

The clinic is doing well with hard working doctors and Patient relations executives; always doing their best to serve patients.

Prices are readily affordable and basic insurance policies accepted which explains why the clinic is always busy.

Overall I believe they are doing the best they can and patients can also cooperate with the members of staff to ensure smooth flow of operations.

This is one of the finest clinic in ajman with all insurance networks and working seven days in a week. Doctors are excellent and staff are very polite in nature.

I have never seen such a bad service in any medical center as Ibn Sina Medical Center.
ZERO customer service, unprofessional staff, after booking a schedule with the Doctor had to wait for an Hour & half,
A pregnant lady in front of yelled at them and took her money back and left the clinic after waiting for more than 2 Hours.
And They FORCE you to do the TESTS from selected Labs and threatens you if you did it for some where else they wouldn't see you.
THIS MEDICAL CENTER NEED TO BE SHUT. ASAP

Worst experience foe the 2nd time.

My TODDLER was prescribed ANTIBIOTICS without even getting the blood test results. My baby’s illness was VIRAL and not bacterial.
Due to wrong medication my daughter got rashes all over her body.
We REGRET going ibn sina ajman!

The most terrible service ever! Anybody with an avg to good insurance surely wouldn't go back here…i only came to see Dr Geetha Varghese as she is considered really experienced in the field. The nurses were angry, impolite and arrogant…
Only good thing here is few front office desk ppl who behaved well…

Very bad experience with the GP clinic. Waiting is around 2 hours to consult a GP doctor plus waiting for insurance approval for blood tests. There’s no any system in the clinic. Due to some internal issues, the staffs are making delays in their work. It’s a bad experience for me with this clinic.

PCR testing is handled very unprofessionally the nurse left midway and patients including elderly and mothers with kids had to wait hour long for next nurse to come, seating was very limited and kids had to sit on floor.

Their covid 19 pcr test is fake they will make wrong result according to their requirement.last month i was tested for my wife because off travel. She was normal and nothing symptoms too then the result was postive and after the same day i went to nmc hosptital and again tested.the test result from nmc was negettive.even after arriving kerala the test result from airport also negative.don't waste your money. I don't know whats going on here in ibin sena (especially covid19 pcr test)

Terrible by all standards, just visited the place, hugely over crowded.

I received my covid test result on 17 March but until now was not updated in Alhosn app calling customer service no one cares totally disappointed from their service

All members of staff are doing their best. Every organization needs to improve in one way or the other and this one is not an exception but we must appreciate the effort they are putting in to provide quality services.

Laboratory is open from 7 am onwards which is good for people can give sample and go for duties.

First review in 2019:
Management needs serious attention to the processes. Every tasks take a long time to wait. Registration is horrible. Desk officers are not serious to the job. In fact, not competent as well. I have been visiting this hospital since 2013. For last couple of years, I see service quality degrading. To visit a doctor now a days needs around 2 hours on average. I see that, people started shouting on the service but there is no attention.

Updated review in 2021:
After a long break of almost 1 year, I am back again in March, 2021. And this time, registration improved with ticket system but it took around 3 hours to see the doctor get prescription. Never coming back again.

Giving 2 star only for the pricing. Affordable for people who don't have insurance support. If you have insurance, do not waste your time.

Need to change management becoz all old doctors they left and all new doctors have bad experience.
For all bad experience responsible goes to management.
They are not medical centre now they are money medical center

You have to spend your full day. If you are consulting a Gynecologist.

Ibin Sina Medical center is located in Al Quds Road, Rashidya 3, Ajman. Its one of best medical center in Ajman. Its a part of Anglo Arabian Healthcare. Good service. I visited there in gyenocology department for my wife. Staff members are well behaved.

Posting my wife's experience:

Had very bad experience consulting Ms. Geetha. She is every example of how a doctor should not be. I read a few bad remarks about her from other patients as well. She came across very rude and unempathetic. She Wasn’t a least bit interested about elaborating on the diagnosis and I had to keep pushing her to speak out “precious pearls” from her mouth. My husband who was worried about my unfathomable heavy bleeding that lasted for 20 days had a few questions to ask her as well. When he began asking doubts, she brushed him away as if she didn’t care. She didn’t care about the patients or (me) let alone the patients’ husbands. She had the scan report of which she didn’t discuss the entire diagnosis to me and may be this is the reason why people resort to googling their symptoms and diagnosis online. She never mentioned about one diagnosis in the report and I had to ask her about it that side, and to my dismay she responded “first you treat this, then comes that” blankly. As a medical professional, I wonder what kind of “ill-treatment” all her patients had been receiving (if this is the case with all, that is). She was reluctant to reason out the possibilities of my symptoms and relied to my every query as “may be”. I wished she had used more than three words while talking to her patient. I was appalled at her lack of empathy, rudeness and unethical behaviour from such a professional. I could even sense the anxiety and tension in the eyes of the nurse working under her. She too lacked the ethics of her profession and treated me like some random woman who came for a free consultation. I had complained about my heavy bleeding while waiting for over an hour, still she failed to show a least bit concern (she could have asked me to atleast go home as there were lot of patients who had appointment, I was waiting for my walk in). I had to return home to my baby, so tired and dehydrated. As far as I came to learn, the clinic had been receiving lot of negative remarks from unsatisfied patients in terms of service and cooperation. If you could improve based on the remarks from people, well and good. Thank you so much

It wont be wrong to say how the medical and pharmaceutical industry is unethically generating money. With the list of tests todo with the list of medicines to be purchased. Once i had to purchase 6 different medicines for my kid who was at that time 1.5 year just for the normal flu. JUST RIDICULOUS.

Today my wife visited IBN SINA MEDICAL CENTER AJMAN. After several attempts to book and appointment which was declined by the center they asked to come as walkin. We didnot want unnecessary wait in the center in this covid 19 pandemic situation. My wife was given a token no 11 at morning 9am. I dont want to discuss why my wife had to visit but yes it was important to see the doctor. Literally she had to wait till 3pm for her turn. IMAGINE WAITING PERIOD OF 11 HOURS. When i got to know that I literally wanted to visit the center myself and bash them. How could you make the patient wait that long and even that in this covid 19 situation. And then asked to take a test and then visit again tomorrow for the report and then again and then again and again. JUST STOP IT. WE EXPECT MEDICAL STAFF TO RESPECT AND TREAT PEOPLE AS A HUMAN BEING.

Shame on such medical staff.

This place should be named test center when you go here doctor will tell you for blood test urine test just for charge money last time i went same and two days back my wife went same test and today my mother went same test just for money and waste our valuable time and money. Hospital should take action on this

Either they should have a receptionist or remove all land numbers in the medical center. I asked for a doctor and she said the names and said thank you thank you and hangup. I understand they might be busy 1 star for the owner.

Also I had another situation where their digital thermometer was not working. They check my child's temperature from Hg thermometer and it was 37.2. I knew it's more than that I same time I checked from my digital and it was 39.4. I lost words. Why cant they buy a simple thing called a thermometer called digital. I know Hg thermometer is good. But when you put a protective cover on it and check the temperature it's not the same which it will give. And they're doing that to check a child's temperature. Isnt that shows how they value you? Looks like a supermarket not a professional place.

Very slow service and we waited for more than two hours. The ob doctor name Geetha Varghese was very rude and doesnt show any sympathy to her patient. It seemed that she was doing a favor to see her patient. Maybe she forgotten that I paid the consultation. Please take note people, never book a consultation for this doctor. I dont know why this type of doctor still exist. Over all it was the worst experience ever in my life. I will never go back to this medical center.

Everything is doctor all staff all department good except first floor department at the reciptionist there is very arrogance and not responsible shes taking feeling like she is owner of the hospital and started to make que and did not issue new file just talking all the time on phone. Previously was walk in go to reciption they open case and go to dr. Now this reciptionist is like working in big hospital acting like that.

Worst experience ever, please don't visit this medical centre for any purpose whatsoever. They are highly careless and do not keep track of patients at all. Went for a blood test with my mother, opened a file for both her and myself with my number. First they gave the report ONE week late when they promised to give it in 1 day. And secondly are claiming that no patient apart from myself is registered under my number and that my mothers report can therefore not be sent as they cannot find it under my number. This is grossly mishandled. I asked if it's possible to search by her name or any other method but they were highly uncooperative and just said no. Wouldn't recommend that you waste your time or even visit here for free. They need a lesson in customer care and service ASAP, including the doctors and nurses who were also very short with us. The whole blood test was also an unpleasant experience as the lady just inserted the needle wherever without bothering to look and It gave me the worst and darkest bruise ever.

Extremely poor service out here. Wait time is more than 3 hours.patients who could speak the same language as the nurse can get quick service other language speakers are treated like rats.had to wait for 3 hours and cancel the file ultimately. The staff nurse for gynac Dr Malini is horrible.do not visit the hospital if you dont speak thir language. They dont even deserve 1 star

Please train your staff on the 3rd floor. These ladies are literally taking 25 min to register one patient.

First thing too much bad service of all hospital staff, Last week I went to dentist I took x ray for teeth doctor said structure is not good enough to make root canal, I decided to remove teeth, after that I took appoinment with dentist doctor Abraham on 19-sep-2019 and he started to remove teeth and fail to remove teeth he removed only teeth he left root inside structure canal and he suggested to sourgen, if he is not confidence why he start work very baad service

I here now for the third visit for child doctor, the service is extremely bad every time we have to wait more than 2 hour the super market is faster than them, staff has no care or attention, you expect every time different exercise like doctor went to emergency or he left for break.unacceptable, never recommend, never visit them again
