Extremely unprofessional company. Won’t deliver on time, will intentionally cancel or delay order without a proper reason. The drivers are unprofessional, the supervisor won’t respond on time, the delivery keeps getting delayed or cancelled all the time and you have to run behind them instead of getting any cooperation from their side. I love shien but ordering from them is a pain

The most disgusting delivery service I have ever known, I have to figure out where my package is myself, the courier doesn’t even know about it

Poor delivery service, no companies should be partners for deliveries. They Hire unprofessional rude delivery agents who disrespect customers for questioning the package delivered in torn condition ordered from a reputed commerce website

Very very bad service. Delivery guy is calling me since 2 days and not delivering.horrible service

Even with clear instructions to leave the package with security because I was not available at location, the driver decided to ignore and leave with the package and did not reply to phone call
Garbage service and I hope they shut down if they don’t improve their attitude

I have a delivery from shein the driver is very rude with a very bad attitude after telling him the adress many times he still lost not acceptable worst experience ever.

طلبيتنا عندهم من اسبوع وكل يوم نتواصل معهم يخبروننا غدا غدا وبعد ذالك لا يجيبون علينا او يغلقون في وجهنا الهاتف

Rude and aggressive driver
I understand that delivery drivers have a demanding job, but this does not excuse rude and aggressive behavior towards customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism
