Never ever buy gold from this seller.because I bought an item from them and after 17 days i returned an item to them even not used.they told me they will cut the complete making charges of the item.and relating the staffs working there is not having any knowledge regarding this.even they dont told me the hidden 15days of return policy.and all the staffs are very hesitancy to show the ornaments.even any other jewelers only cut a min % of amount if its same purchased jweler.after this I planned to stop buying ornamental gold in ma life.go for biscuits

Worst experience ever can not continue the savings scheme due to Covid they returned my actual amount deducting 500 from my savings in scheme a direct loss

I had a very bad experience with joyalukas when i went there to buy one gold necklace to my brothers marriage they made me fool with there fake promises there staff behaviour and promises changed very fast i have already make the advance for the things i have no other options i am stuck on that situation and they refused to give the money back soo please avoid to purchase from the joyalukas
