It's a great service for my family, sending cargo back home is usually difficult but Lakbima Cargo make it effortless and hassle free.

The new management isn't taking any responsibilities regarding the burnt vessel last year. Not at all friendly.fraud company

Poor service. Received my package in Sri Lanka after 2 months.the wood box is damaged and most of my valuable things were eaten by rats.
Approximately I had to dispose a lot of food items worth more than 1000 USD.
NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. The cargo boxes were made with poor plywood and made very cheap.

The new management are making great strides and a lot of the services are presented in a more professional manner with the best price we could find. 100% will use again.

Very dissatisfied service. Takes ages to unload the container. They keep telling you to follow up the next day.

The process is okay but note they cheat you on not been clarity on the document.
! If you are sending the Cargo they require the original receipt which they don't mention and you have to pay additional LkR. 1000 apart from the 540LKR.
Please note they also do not give you a accurate date on arrival of cargo.
