Level beauty center & spa ( salon )

This was the WORST experience ever. One of the workers got the hairbrush STUCK IN MY HAIR and it wouldn’t get out. The worker WAS SO RUDE! and kept telling me THERE IS NO HOPE AND WE HAVE TO CUT IT! I HAD TO CALL MY MOTHER FOR HELP! nobody come here they will ruin your hair. AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND! AFTER ALL THEY PUT ME THROUGH THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS GIVE ME A REFUND.Also, When I came back to the saloon because I forgot my phone they were talking about me! and they kept looking at me with weird looks. SO RUDE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could give it one star I would. And she had the audacity to refuse to give me the managers number!

I did a facial today with a new lady, amazing honestly my skin never been tighter and healthier.so professional, she did it from her heart. I LOVEE AND RECOMMEND.

The place is always messy! The staff are too loud for a place to relax at … need more care about the sanitization.the staff didn’t get new kit didn’t wear gloves didn’t sanitize my hand or hers! I mean come on this is a mess
The place is not tidy in terms of almost everything (color settings, seating, waiting, … cleaning the floor?) neither the furniture is all with stains!? The receptionist don’t listen while taking appointments… the star is for the staff who did for me she was good.the place has potential but you need to step up

The staff are so unprofessional and rude, I saw the review how bad the staff are but still wanted to give it a try I just shocked how unprofessional they are and absolutely this is the first and last time.

Very clean and great services! I prefer coming here for manicure and pedicure. Their haircutting, dying and hair treatment were great as well! The hairstylist was very cooperative with exactly how I wanted my hair cut. Definitely recommend

I went for a regular manicure they charge
60 extra for cleaning and 50 for the manicure and 50 if you will make even a french tip so total of 200 dhs for just a nail polish.

تعامل اغلب الموظفين مب حلو مب الكل و حتى يوم عندج ملاحظه ماتهتم مجرد تقولج اكتبي ملاحظه في الورقه وبس وما تعطيج اهتمام الفلبينيه الي في الكاشير بمعنى خلصينا واصلا محد يتواصل احلى شي عيبني عندهم القهوه الفرنسيه ووحده فلبينيه تسوي تريتمنت للشعر والهنديه الي عندهم يوم سولتلي التريتمنت وهي تنشف شعري حرقتني في يبهتي وبكل وقاحه يابت كريم وتحطلي مافي سوري يعني متعوده و مره يوم كانت الفلبينيه تسويلي التريتمنت بكل وقاحه العربيه الي تشتغل في شعر وحده تناديها تقولها خلصتي كل شوي مع ان تشوفها ان عندها زبونه بس الفلبينه ماعطتها ويهه قالتلها عندي زبونه بخلصها وبعدين كانت تباها تسوي شي للزبونه الثانيه الي هي زبونه العربيه ممكن يعني الموظفين يبالهم اعاده تأهيل كيف يكونون بروفيشنال اكثر و لبقين مع الزبائن

The saloon staffs are so accomodating, very skilled nail tech thanks to Wenia. Very good place finally I found one good saloon in Ajman!
