The Metro medical Ayurveda department is outstanding.because their service is so good, especially their staff, they are so nice and kind to us. I will never suggest people to go there specially if u are in emergency.
I visited with my 2.5 years old baby, she had 102 (high) fever, but they gave me a token to wait for number, i requested nurse to attend my baby as emergency case but she said wait, after an hour my number came with dr. George and he refused to check my baby n suggested me to go to dr. Jamal, i went to nursing room they gave me another token but again i request them give me 1 number bcz my baby has high fever and i was already waiting since hours, she gave me a token there mentioned R1, i went to dr. Jamal room but they stopped me to wait more, are they human?
M not from karela that's y they did not check my baby 1st?
After 2.5 hours past my number not came and my baby was suffering from high fever i left n went another clinic and they attended my baby immediately.
I will never ever go there, They are not human.

Poor service from the reception counter, doctor failing to describe the illness, to the insurance counter, every time guaranteed.

No doubt About Dr. Jamal and Dr. George Maveli.we consulting both doctors from 2012 and till continuing.very lovable and caring.no words to explain their caring.may allah bless them aameen

No Hygiene, no space, not organised, very narrow corridors, Toilet without lock! Only the good thing is they offer free wifi

I have experienced Service. Ayurvedic treatment is really helpful for chronic pain. Compare to price and service this is highly recommend.

Wort hospital in uae its been more than 3 hr we couldn’t see the dr till. This is how they treat small kids as patient.

No doubt Dr. Jamal is very talented and experienced. He is nice by nature too. But online process to book appointment is very worst. They should think to improve their online process. Whenever call on their given number they doesn't pick the call. For Reception who is responsible to receive the call is very bad.

I visited Metro clinic for Ayurvedic treatment for my hair loss. Now I can see improvement in my hair growth. Staff are very cooperative, friendly and professional.

Very poor and bad services Metro medical clinic providing as i see by my own eyes and which i have experienced personally specially the turn waiting time to the doctor is just the wastage of time i will not recomend Metro medical to any one. Be careful before going to metro medical clinic you should visit any other one thank you

من 10 سنوات تعرفت على هدا المركز و صار بالنسبه لي طبيب الأسرة. صح ان المركز ديكوره متواضع و لكن الدكاترة خبرة و كمان الموظفين في الاستقبال عمليين مش منافقين و ابتسامه و كلام معسول. يعني مباشرة بياخدوا هويتك و عيونهم على الجهاز و يعطوك تذكرة عشان ما ياخروا الباقي. دكتور عام جورج ماشفت بمهارته دكتور. و حتى الباقي ممتازيين والاهم رخيص مناسب للناس محدودي الدخل واللي ماعندهم تامين و عندهم كل التخصصات رغم صغر حجم المركز، انا بنصح فيه رغم ديكوره المتواضع بس مش كل شي بالشكل.

Metro staff is not friendly and not bothered to patients my experience:
I do follow up check up with Dr. Sharma for last 3 years and I come for check up in fasting it took 5-6 hrs to finish
Insurance approval- it took 2 hrs
Blood test - it took 1 hr
I told that I am fasting but no body cares
Before it was ok but after Aster joined in management it not ok

I have visited Metro and I just go now there for Dr. George, really well experienced with great with patient, I have the best insurance card which I can utilize in any hospitals but i prefer the Doctor for his excellent treatment. Even now I have started referring my friends to him who are very positive with his treatment and humbleness. Thank you Dr. George and Metro Clinic for having a Great Doctor.

My name is Shibu and what I would like to say about Metro Medical Centre, Ajman, that Me and My family have been going to Metro Medical for treatment for over 13 years.

My treatment history as Metro Medicals for so long has been very, very good and Well-behaving Doctors (Dr. Jamaludin - Pediatrics, Dr. Supreeth - Orthopedic, Dr. George Jobin maveli - General practitioner, Dr. Sobhana - Opthalmologist, Dr. Nazrin - General practitioner, Therapist Aswathy, Nurses as well as all Medical Lab technicians and X-ray technicians, Receptionists, insurance coordinator's, office Boy's, house keeper's etc.

This is the main reason why I am posting this now for Metro Medical Centre

I was playing cricket on 3rd July 2021. On that time I fell down on the playing ground and had my collarbone broken in two.

Many Doctors suggested for Surgery.

But Dr. Supreeth consoled me and promised to me that let us avoid the surgery.

Then after Doctor did carefully restored my broken bones with the help of X-ray and put plaster on them and he he treated me around 3 months carefully even this pandemic situation.

Now I have recovered without surgery and started playing cricket again very well.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and caring. I visited Dr. Dilshad Ali and he was very kind and patiently listened to my case and told me to only do few necessary tests and gave good advice on my condition. Prices are also reasonable

One of the best doctor I found in Ajman after 5 years here. Dr. George is like a family doctor and speaks to us as one of his own family member. Doenst do unnecessary investigations and doesnt prescribe medications. I was very concerend with the bill as I dont have any insurance, but Dr. George and Metro Medical Centre made it as smooth as possible without a hole in my wallet. He speaks to the point and makes us understand our illness. Staff and recepton very much appreciated. The oly negative part is waiting time for Dr. George is outrageous. Will recommend anyone, especially if without any medical insurance. Thanks.

Doctor Dilshad is a very good doctor me and my son had low vitamin D and high lipd profile he give us right diet plan and medicine its more then a year its all level now thanks to doctor Dilshad.

I love Dr Supreeth Nekkanti! (Specialist Orthopaedic surgeon) He has genuine care and concern for his patients. Not only did he check on me during the entire course of treatment.but he also called me personally later to make sure I was OK and to see if I had any questions im fortunate to have found such an excellent surgeon.

My experience, Treatment quality Accidentally cut my index finger by machine.more than 5mm including nale.with in minutes me reach metro clinic thay give vere good care including mental support becose that time mentally disappeared. Good clinic. I went there for consulting Pediatrician. My son was suffering from severe vomiting and constipation. I consulted Dr. Jamal. As prescribed, the medicines were took on time and my kid was active within 2days. Good staff service. People without insurance can visit here without any issue. Also Doctors are available in General and Gynecology department.

The best healthcare provider in Ajman. MMC have well experience doctors in Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda departments.

The clinic needs a lot of work interior but the doctors are really well experienced and money wise are really fare.

Though metro medical center has good doctors. Service at the clinic horrible. Clinic has hired people without any etiquette and manners, even nurses. Zero customer satisfaction specially nursing station staffs.
I feel cursed to visit this clinic. Nurses not trained to be polite.

Consultation charges are economical for both general and specialist doctors

Dr Jamal is a good doctor but he is very slow.
Today was there for follow up of my 3 yr old son and one lady comes after two or three patients and she goes in and Dr Jamal is like discussing with her for past half and hour I mean what is this. First u look for patients

I have a 3.5 yr old daughter with speech delay. I currently take her to Dubai for speech therapy and it is difficult for me to travel so when I heard about the speech therapist in Metro I felt hopeful. I called for an appointment and spoke to the speech therapist herself and explained that I wanted to start therapy In Ajman for traveling convenience. She gave me an appointment so I went. I explained my child's case to her and she sat there taking notes for 30 mins after which she tells me that the bad news is she has already resigned from this place. So basically she just wasted my time and charged me AED150. When I called to complain the staff seemed to be least bothered. I thought doctors profession was the most Noble and ethical one. I guess not! These doctors only want to RIP off their patients.

Very bad experience. Came at 3.30 in emergency with severe pain on neck and got the pain relief injection at 5.45pm for my wife. No coordination with Dr and nursing team. Dr doesn’t know which injection covered in insurance to prescribe. They made us to run around the clinic. We got the injection from outside pharmacy and went back to clinic to get the injection done. Finally we could see the competition between medical and para medical staffs making the patient to suffer. Staffs are not at all friendly doesn’t pass proper information to the patient. Hope this is final visit to this clinic unless there is no other option in future.
