مركز راقي ونظيف وموظفين متعاونين وعندهم دكتورة زينب راااائعة وفاهمه ومتعاونه الى ابعد حد. شكرا لكم

I came at 7: 50 and there's only 1 person before me but I waited 22 minutes in this time another people was entering before me

طاقم عمل خلوق جدا، ويؤدي عمله بطريقة احترافية و ممتازة، والخدمة سهلة و العملية كانت سلسلة جدا، واقدر نظافة المركز و دورات المياه، شكرا

اعلم حرص وزارة الصحة على تقديم افضل مايمكن للمتعاملين و لكن تعيين موظف للرد على الاتصالات و الاستفسارات و المواعيد مهم جدا وذالك لاعفاء متعاملين مراكز تقديم الخدمة من عناء الذهاب و تقليل عدد الزوار
نتمنى حل ذالك في مركز مشيرف و مركز الحميدية ولكم جزيل الشكر

موظفه في قسم الاشعه سما متعاونه جداً و متفهمه و راقيه في التعامل شكرا لك على صبرك و اخلاقك الراقيه ساعدتني كثير الله يرضى عليها

خدمه سيئه جدا، وقت انتظار غير مبرر، المريض ينتظر لساعه للدخول عند التمريض لتقييم الحاله مع ان الممرضه جالسه من دون اي عمل و عندما سألت الممرضه لماذا لا يتم ادخال المرضى حيث ان الناس اصبحت تتزاحم في مكان الانتظار قالت ان الاسماء يجب ان تحول عن طريق الاستقبال و لم يصلها اي اسم. اول مره ادخل عياده بهذا السوء في الخدمه

ما عليه ضغط وهالشي ممتاز
بس لما تضل تستنا الدكتوره و بعد ساعه ونص تلاقيها مسويه تعليله بمكتبها و تاركه المرضى هون المصيبه

جدا فاشلين خاصه الاستقبال المريض يتريا بين كل رقم ورقم ربع ساعه مع انه مافي زحمه والموظفين يداومون متاخر و يبدون دق ارقام من ساعه ٨ ؟ احيد ساعات العمل من ٧ ونص ويلعبون بالتلفون شهلمصخره تعلموا من حكومة دبي الله يخليكم مثل خليه النحل يشتغلون المفروض كلهم يتغيرون

Came here first time as it was referred by the doctor from the hospital I went as its the only clinic who can offer my treatment.took a token and the receptionist told me just wait for my token and sit.the male receptionist was not even telling the procedure which room should I go.after waiting for 2 hrs sitting for nothing I told him can I go in any room, I've been waiting long time.he said go. I went to treatment room. The nurse told me go to nurse this room and see the doctor then come to me.health care professionals are also not helpful as the nurse who assisted me was rude.she said I don't appointment without checking her system. But when I show the message she checked my name is there.the only nice person there are the doctors and the security and one nurse from the male room next to receptionist.the previous nurse and the rest I dont know.nothing happened the first day they just told me come back the next day which is the same procedure again.seems the receptionist and other staffs don't know what they are doing. The place is so un-organised.

ليش التخبط و العشوائية عندهم ؟ ضعف ادارة و نظام مال سنة 90. خافوا الله نحن في عام 2022 وهذا المركز قرمبع وماشي عالبركة ، يبوك حتى الكادر طفرانين ولايعه جبدهم

بصراحة مركز مشيرف الصحي في إمارة عجمان ممتاز بالمعامله مع المرضى ونظام في الكشف مع الممرضة وبعدها الدخول ع الدكتوره ومعاينتها للمرضى جدا ممتاز انصحكم بزيارت مركز مشيرف الصحي

It's a good place but why/how such a big place don't have a printer for copying the ID when required! Had to search for 15 minutes by car just to make ID copy. Hope they add printer soon for visitors.

The receptionist at theMusheruf Clinic went out of the way to
Assist me although I had forgotten my EID cards in the car.

لحد يغلط ويروح هالمركز مع احترامي لبعض الموظفات لا رسبشن اسلوبه عدل و التأخير حدث ولا حرج عشان فحص الزواج الدكتوره قاعده ماعندها شي ولما دخلت عليها قالت " لا واللهي انا كنت لسه حفتح " الواحد يخلص اللي عنده عقب يروق ويستكن … هالمركز وايد عليه نجمه بس حابه اشكر الموظفه ساره العنزي في المختبر كان اسلوبها جداً راقي ومتعاونه

مركز فاشل مافيه ترتيب ولا فيه نظام، مجزره. تأخير ولا مبالاه والموظفات غير محترفات وماعندهن اسلوب

لا أحد يجيب عن اتصال التلفون لمدة ساعة اتصل ولا احد يرد. اكثر من مرة وفي اوقات مختلفة على مدار اوقات الدوام. بهذا الشكل يفصل الاتصال افضل حتى لا يكون التلفون للمكالمات الخاصة فقط

الدوام 7.30. والموظفات وصلوا للكاونتر 7.45. نحن ياين من وقت عشان نخلص امورنا. عشوائيه في الدخول للدكاتره. مافي تذاكر انتظار في الرسبشن وكل واحد ياخذ دورك. طرشوني للغرفه رقم 6 والباب مسكر وماتعرف اذا الدكتور داخل مع مريض او بدون مريض. مافي تذاكر وعشوائيه وكل واحد ياخذ دورك ومافي تنظيم. الحين انا موجود والمفروض مافي تجمع عند الرسبشن لا انجبر اوقف عشان اعرف وين اروح. مافي تنظيم

Lady on the reception must learn how to behave. She is very rude. I booked my preliminary medical test and got confirmation on email. When i went there She said come tomorrow without even checking my application or on the system. What kind of service is this?

I did my covid vaccin in this center,
They have provided wrong information to al hosn app and it has been few months i can't change it. I tried to call them several times but they never pick up.

Today is Thursday the public is waiting for vaccine so nobody open the door. Time is 9: 50. Must be open at 9: 00 pm according to time schedule.no good

Today morning I went there for corona vaccine.last week my friend taken vaccine from there. At the 8am security announced here not available First dose, second dose only who have family and For first does go to indian association hall ajman. Taxi money and time both waste.
I have a chronic disease and that papers I show on duty police but he not allowed me.

حارس الأمن المعصب اللي يشتغل هنا باقي شوي و يضرب المراجعين.
ما اعرف ليش حاطينه هنا.
يارجل اذا مو عاجبك الوضع او ما تقدر تتحمل المراجعين قدم استقالتك بدل الصراخ والعصبيه.
اما بالنسبة لتعامل الموظفين فراقي ومحترم

Fantastic place for health care. My family & myself got our Covid-19 vaccine here free of cost. We thank the Government of UAE. Ajman & all the stuff of MOHAP for the care they took. Thank you for your kindness.

I was able to get COVID vaccine today, although it was a tiring process as a whole. Families, seniors and health care professionals are prioritised. Make sure to reach there as early as 7: 30 am. On the downside, kids are not allowed inside so parents have to take turns to get in.

الرجل الامن الأخ محمد صومالي الجنسية تعامله سئ جدا.
يوم الاربعاء بتاريخ 2021 /17/02 الساعة 5: 00 م
دخلت مركز مشيرف الصحي في قاعة عبيد الحلو علشان اخذ الجرعة الثانية من اللقاح ، دخلت أول واحد و جلست في اول كرسي. الرجل الامن قالي مد ايديك علشان اقيس الضغط الدم ، مديت ايدي لكن سواالي طاف راح عند واحد أكبر سنا ، لم يعتذر مني او حتى لم يقولي شي من المفترض يقولي انتظر ساذهب إليه ، تخيل يقولك مد ايديك و عقب يحطي قياس الضغط على ايديك و من غير ما يقيسه يروح عند واحد ثاني هههه والله مصخره ، أنا نيتي صافية الحمدالله قلت يمكن يروح و عقب يرجع لي لكن تخيل خلص كلهم الي في القاعة و تركني اتعذب و عقب دخل الناس من الخارج الى الداخل و عقب قام يخلصهم ، خبرته أنا اول واحد موجود في القاعة و انت خلصت من كلهم الي كانوا معاي في القاعة و الحين تدخل الناس من الخارج و بعدك ما تبي تخلصني رد علي قالي أنا مب ممرض أنا ما بسويلك ضغط الدم هههه. أنا سكت قلت يمكن لو عنده ذرة اخلاق او انسانية راح يرجع الي و من ثم جاء عندي قالي مد ايديك علشان يقيس و عقب سواه نفس الحركة راح عند واحد لابس كندورة هههههه والله مصخرة. المهم مرة وحدة دخلت على الممرضة علشان اخذ اللقاح لان هذا الرجل الامن ما عنده اخلاق. رفع ضغطي ما تحملت اخذ لقاح. هذا التعامل حصل مع الناس وايدين ، كم واحد مشتكي عندكم لكن انتوا نايمين ولا واحد متخذ اي إجراء. هذا الرجل الامن حرام يشتغل عندكم يموت الناس من كثر ما يرفع الضغط. مكتوب في تقييمات اسم الرجل الأمن و صورته ناس وايدين مشتكين وين الاجراء ؟؟؟؟
أنا اداوم في مؤسسة حكومية ما عندنا أي تكاسل او تهامل

Very poor nd rude behaviour from staff and partiality between peoples. Staff manju incharge of vaccine is very bad. Help only kerlides peoples from others even nd talking proeprly.

بصراحه الأمن قمه في سوء الأخلاق انا راجل ابلغ من العمر 58وذهبت لاخد اللقاح للمره الثانيه رفض بطريقه كلها اهانه وقالي عائلات ولما قلتله وين كبار السن لوح بيده وقال ده الاول الحين لفوق ال70 سنه ده اخلاق توضع علي المستشفيات

Visited today with my family. The staff there is pathetic, be it the security outside or the lady working inside. One person gives the paper to fill and the other comes and SNATCHES the paper from us. The lady inside shouts and yells for no reason and tells us to just go from there. Snatching papers, shouting and what so not. This is not how it's done. NOT AL ALL recommended.
Also I wish I had the chance to not give even 1 star.

Went for COVID vaccine for myself and my wife. Staff inside the vaccine area was very kind and extremely helpful. Next week I will take my daughter to get her vaccination. I want to thank all the staff at Mushairif clinic to provide services and managing so well. May Allah bless you all.

Hello sir i came two times with my family for Covid 19 Vaccination but both times they refused.so please can i know the exact time or reason?

Please replace the security, Mr. Mohamed (African-Somali). He behaves badly with most patients, as he stands in front of the vaccination counter and he shouts the octors also at the vaccination counter.

It was a very nice experience there.parking is free and easy available. The place is so cool, calm and no rush.
The management team staff nurses are so much cooperative and professional.
There was no rush at all and they will serve you very fast.
No pain during vaccine there.
So amazing experience ever there.

خدمة الكول سنتر عندهم جد تعيسه صارلي ساعيتن اتصل فيهم فوق ال ٥٠ مره لكن ماشى رد وهاي مب اول مره وكل مره نقول عن هالشى لكن ماشى تحسن ف هالموضوع، اتمنى يتم اتخاذ الاجراء اللازم واتمنى يتم التواصل وياي باسرع وقت

First of all they never ever pick up the phone tried different timings and different days it’s useless calling up.
Second, I Went 10 min before 2pm (thats not purposely too it was a confusion between 2 medical centers, the name of other medical center was similar to this one) and she refused to take my appointment for mariage medical test. (I know they reopen at 5pm i asked if i can come back in the evening she refused she told me we don’t open in the evening and i will have new folder so i have to come 8am! Its like people they have no job or we have to take leave just bcz opening of new file i have to come at 8am)!
Third, I was right in Front of her and she’s ignoring me like im not there i had to say Salam n ask my question 3 times that she can hear me and look at me! Plus the attitude its like I’m gonna do something for free! This is too much why would i be treated this way, just wasted my time going all the way there plus her behavior doesn’t even encourage anyone to ask more details about any process like what papers would somebody need etc!
The reception staff were respectful and helpful only the one of marriage medical test u could see she’s fed up she wants to go home and not ready to hear any patient.
Very bad first impression. I hope they work on their behavior and attitude all other government establishments staff are highly polite and welcoming this one is really an exception!

مركز يوفر الخدمات الصحية ولكن مدة الدخول إلى الممرض ثم إلى الطبيب طويلة قت تطول ربما تستغرق نص ساعة اوا أكثر وقد لا يحتاج علاجك إلى هذي المدة ، لا أحب الذهاب هناك كثيراً إلا إذا كنت مجبرة، وايضا لا يتوفر عندهك كل الوصفات الطبيه قد تحصل على وصفة طبية واحدة والبقية تطر إلى شراءها من الخارج.

If I can give them zero, unprofessional people you can wait for 2 hours, wasting time, the DR will say something and the other DR will say something different, and no one will pick the phone. I had many bad experience there and ones there was a patient how faint and all of the stiff panicked.
