I have been a regular customer of panoor restaurants, but thier branch in Ajman is the worst n i would never recommend. Even the staffs are not at all friendly nor donhave the time to take orders at the table or for delivery with all these issues we Be careful when u order your food. Ask for the rate before u order or else they will rip u alive. They charged me 50 dhs for one curry n when I question them they r like we will give u a smaller portion. God damn

It took 1 hr for them to deliver the food, (breakfast) and the food was not much tasty. I live nearby building.very disapponted

Be careful eating Chicken Lollipop it’s full of color you need to buy thinner to remove it

Worst dining experience ever had! Visited with family, and we were asked to sit in the side room on right, where other families were seated. Ordered pepper charcoal chicken, when the food was brought to serve, a stinking smell of something rotten wafted in the air. Thought that it could be something else from outside or some strange items I hadn't tried before, still I mentioned it to my family and my kid kept on telling some foul smell was around. As I moved part of chicken the smell intensified, and as I cut a piece, to my horror, I realized that the foul smell comes from the very piece I was holding, I dropped the piece and stretched my hand to my wife who had already been baffled by our expressions quickly moved her head back. Unbelievably, the restaurant served rotten meat! I called the waiter and handed the piece of meat in a tissue, he moved out, checked it out and returned to inform that chef said that it was half cooked. But that was a statement to pacify and play down the gravity of the foul play of cooking and serving rotten meat. I didn't want to take it further because I saw him working hard serving others without a break, and other families had already started noticing us. Moreover, I didn't think management would be genuinely apologetic, they might utter some words of formalities, that's what I had experienced before when my home delivery was ended up being a mess. I'm posting it in review because if anybody has had similar experience it should be seriously brought into their notice. To be honest, my family and I had loved charcoal chicken at the restaurant, but today's experience has put a full stop.

Very tasty food at low price. The mixed grill platter is fantastic. Friendly service. You can not do better for this prices.

Food, Facilities, Price - Good
Pothumkal masala was very tasty. 4-5 people can eat and worth for price.

Almost all are fine and few are not in fine taste example "moonkil" (bomboo briyani).
Note: At that day it might be taste less. So frequently I want to eat and judge. A single time visit never give perfect decision.

Staff service is very poor they are thinking it's for free they are giving and the salad is not fresh one staff came here and once we talking he suddenly leave the table and helping others

Love to visit anytime, only Chinese food is not good. But every food is perfect.specially non-veg dish, and drinks.soup i love it

A famous food chain in UAE being ruining by its own staff.
They had such a bad service in serving.
Here is an example from one of them. Ordered for take away and after 40 minutes when confirmed where is the order they still don’t know exactly that some one is waiting for the order outside. Instead of saying sorry they returned the amount. Well it was unprofessional behavior which was done by its own branch manager at that time. 7.00PM. 7-March-2021

Panoor is a famous restaurant group, this one in Ajman didn't separated from other branches quality.

Following are my favorite from Ajman branch

1. Breakfast - Poori and Kadala curry

Poori is not so good not so bad, but Kadala (Chickpeas) curry is very tasty, best kadala curry i had in UAE (thick gravy suited with coconut fry).

2. Lunch-
Thengachor (Ghee rice along with cocunut flavor) with beef curry was great.

3. Lunch-
Normal Meals- If you are dining in for normal meals, you can eat rice in banana leaf, what exceptional from other restaurants is their fish curry, moru curry etc.

The best place for South Indian food.price are affordable.good hospitality.and food delivery also

Loved the food there, they have never disappointed, I used to eat in Dubai while I was living there, now since I moved to Ajman this is my first visit and that taste was just amazing, Chicken Curry with Kerala Porrata was just Impeccable. Will definitely go again to try their whole chicken masala which was on their special. The food is not expensive at all.

Can't expect more tastier kerala food from any other places in ajman. Try Steem biriyani, nadan beef chilly, chicken kondattam, calicut beef fry, Special tea and snacks tasty and breakfast also tasty.

Tasty and Reasonable food

From Breakfast to Dinner, you have all the best you expect at very reasonable rates. Always crowded and I prefer take away mostly. Found Omani travelers dine here as a must during their visit to Ajman shows popularity across country. Bamboo Biriyani is one of the most popular apart from other normal stuff. Breakfast is very cheap and tasty.

Food is ok but little costly. Before order the food please check the price especially todays special menu.

Unhygienic place. Food is served in tiny side plates over flowing and falling everywhere to show they providing a lot. Waiters are unfriendly and can't speak in English and don't understand what is being ordered. You have to simply have what's in the menu. The chef cannot prepare anything other than a few dishes in the menu. All food are prepared in the morning and kept till night until the place closes for the day.

This Panoor restaurant is a well-known restaurant near the Ajman Lulu Hypermarket.
I came to know that it is a tasky hotel in Ajman Based upon the ratings and reviews, so I visit there for buying one of their delicious item "Chicken Biriyani" (4 Parcel).
My views.
Merits.

1. Well parking area (paid)
2. Interior decoration and seat arrangements are awesome.
3. Perfect for families.
4. Line and parcel services are very systematic.
5. Customer friendly staffs.
6. Rest area for parcel takers.
7. Tasty and delicious foods.

Suggestions.
1. All other hotels give boiled egg with "Chicken Biriyani".
2. Kindly give the curry item such as; salad, papadam, pickle, payasam.etc seperately while they asking more than one parcel. (In my parcel; I got 4 Chicken biriyani but Curry items each of them are packed only 2!)

Kindly note the suggestion and do the needful.

We (me & my wife) went on last 23.10.19 and ordered two barik set. It was served with banana leaf along with different types of items which reflects pure authentic South Indian delicacies, in between these service process one of their staff came with a tray of Fish fries which was served alongside of sambar, rice and other items. We thought as they serving together then it might be include in the set what we ordered. While Bill came we saw they have charged extra 20 aed for both the fishes (King fish 12 aed & Sultan Ibrahim 8 aed). Meaning it's a clear business tricks to add on sale by them, even the service boy also not inform us as it's a separate cost. They are using these tricks to every customers as it's a food items? My concern is to bring into everybody's notice to adhere this practice. It happened to us as we went first time there but, we need to think twice when comes to choose Panoor Restaurant again.

& did reminder calls at 1.50& 1.58;
now food reached at 2.20pm -after 1hr 30 minutes! Pathetic!

Excellent food. Had a fish suggested by the staff and it was really yummy. Fish baked or cooked in banana leaf. The what parotha is yum.

First of all thank you for the cook, bcz the authentic Kerala style tea (samavor tea) really great feeling, good snacks with medium budget. Located prime location but parking is available infront of restaurant. Good place even to go with family, all foods are tasty.

yesterday I ordered vegetables biryani but he served me vegetables biryani in that nonveg pieces when I asked about this concerned staff and manager but they are very irresponsible bevahiour very bad services I will never visit again to panoor restaurants

Those people are vegetarian be sure before visiting panoor

The ambience is good. Welcome drink had a special taste. The starter which was Gobi Manchuria dry was also good and had a different taste. In main course, we ordered beef but felt like rubber. When informed they changed and brought Calicut chicken curry. The chicken was good but the curry was smelling of smoke. Can only give a 2 star rating.
