Papa John's Pizza

I visited the place with my family and we ordered some pizza, has seats for families and staff are very friendly

It was a disappointment. The order given was not the order received. The service was slow though there were numerous called in orders, though we were eating in, so no excuses there. Once the food arrived it was OK.

Great brand ane quality for the price

But this outlet needs some lighting improvement

Staff are amazing and so kind as well known for papa John's

Worst branch, worst staff and worst service, I waited 40 minutes inside the branch to receive a medium pizza

The best pizza in town. Very good taste. Very good service. The quality of the ingredients is best and the taste is very Very good.

Delicious pizza and all the staff is very nice and kind.always i found them to working so hard and honestly.

Best pizza in town, try super papa and chicken wings, I always go there for dining in the restaurant

Bad service i ask the waitress to mix the salad for me she said that i should mix it by myself because she’s busy with doing nothing

Parking facility is Available in front of store and side.
Rest room is available.
Nice customer service.
Many tables are there to sit and have a Yummy pizza.

The food was great! However, one of the staff members was very ill mannered. They close at 12 midnight, firstly they closed literally all the lights while we were eating. Then, I was at the last bites of my meal and the guy (staff) yelled from far away that they have to close the branch and go home. It was literally 3 minutes past their closing time.
They need to learn how to behave with customers.

The staff is active and helpful.
During the deal days (Sunday and Tuesday's) you will not find much rush at this branch.

Love the pizzas here, been visiting every week from past few months. Recently i went there and they gave me a wrong order.i ordered for thier special spicy ranch pizza with stuffed crust (extra charged) but i ended up getting a normal pizza with some tomato and sausages on top. Spicy ranch has grilled chicken, mushrooms and some other veggies on top.also the pizza i recieved wasn’t stuffed crust which they charged extra for. I dont mind because mistakes happen.but when i went and reported it the lady in the counter was arguing saying it’s my fault i did not open and check the pizza before leaving.isn’t it thier responsibility to serve what we order despite being so expensive.she was rude and was arguing alot. Her name was Agnes.she was really rude and did not accept the mistake niether apologize.we pay money for the pizza it’s not free! The staff here should be thought how to treat customers properly, all i wanted was an apology and a smile nothing else.mistakes can happen but when u don’t accept it and treat customers like this it’s really sad. ITS PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO SPOIL THE NAME & REPUTATION OF A BRAND! Will never visit again.really poor service and should wait 40 mins too for the pizza.i never expected this to happen from a big brand like PAPA JOHNS, that’s why i dint open and check! Sorry for trusting you guys

Food was as usual exceptional taste wise. But the place was bit off, as it was dirty because of maintenance work. Need to keep the sign boards of WORK IN PROGRESS or WET FLOOR.

Pizza is delicious and staff are friendly.
The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the WC is mixed and not that clean.

This branch was good at a point and time, but you can't help that the quality of the food is not as good as it used to be.

The best part is they let u buy drinks from the nearby zoom store thereby adding more variety to the mix these guys make the best pizza and I can never get enough of it

The taste has changed over the years, not what it used to be like neither the taste nor the service is same

Need renovation and new seatings on urgent basis. Did not enjoyed ambience at all.
Good for take away only.

Lot of improvements are required. Pizza taste is the only reason i go there, The outlet needs lots of renovation work, repair work. Bath room is not good, Hand washing basin is in pathetic condition. Mostly the chicken wings are out of stock.overall.needs immediate attention.

Tasty pizza and good collection. Usually it is not crowded except during the offers. Some times they are doing good offers such as 50% discount on your total bill. But there is no salad bar similar to pizza hut.
This branch has good location. It is closed to other different restaurants, car wash and a masjid.
Few parkings are available around.

Best pizza. Soft bread and awsome toppings. Hits the spot.
If u r in groups you may as well take the advantage of offers like buy 1 get 1 free. Take advantage of the offers!

Timely attended, but one has to approach the counter/reception to remind delivery of ready pizza.

It's eid today. This branch had no AC working. I ordered food with my family and as we were in the middle of the meal we felt it has gotten unbearably hot so we asked the waitress, and she said there's only one AC working the rest are all broken. If your restaurant doesn't have an AC working in summers that too on a public holiday like Eid, might as well keep the restaurant closed while you repair the most essential equipment (AC) at a restaurant?
