It was a first time visit to Prime Medical Centre (Grand Mall Ajman) for Dental check and treatment. Dr Donnya Al Tamimi was excellent in giving us proper treatment and advice thereafter.

We visited the clinic to get opinion by Doctor Tazeen Burhan for my daughter who has suffering with some medical complications. Observed Dr. Tazeen is very competent and precisely diagnosed the actual Problem. Excellent impressive services were provided. We did not wait long as their services (front desk, cashier, & medical staff) were fast. Speaking of the medical staff, our daughter was placed under Dr. Tazeen's care and she was very friendly & sweet. She not only just prescribed meds but also took her time to advise us on our daughter's situation. Credits also to the nurses especially staff as well. Good job to all!

All is good, except this token is only work till counter, then no idea, where to go how many patients left to wait it's feel heactic when u are ill, and waiting for doctor to checkup. Rest is all good, polite behaviour of staff is much appreciated by every patient came there.

In general service is quite good but in pharmavy it takes more time then normal which i think they should improve

A good medical center with latest method but I want to say that there should a gastroenterologist in each branch because the increasing of gastric problems

Today was the first time to visit Prime medical center. I am pregnant and went there to see the gynecologist, Dr Salam as I had read some good reviews about her. She is indeed an excellent doctor and overall their staff is nice and welcoming. Since I knew I was pregnant it's the third time I've changed the doctor because I was not happy with the services provided in previous hospitals. I have been suffering from varicose pain since the beginning and other doctors didn't address this issue explaining that nothing can be done while I am pregnant, however the problem was just getting worse and more severe causing stronger pain, that disturbed me so much. Finally there is a doctor who from the first look at it could identify the problem and refered me to ultrasound and prescribed relevant medicine for my issue. I left the clinic very satisfied. The only problem is that the waiting time was too long, but I am still happy.

Dr. Reeja of Prime Medical Center - Ajman did my tooth filling. By far the best dental clinic I’ve been to. Both the dentist and the nurse were professional and accommodating.

Very bad experience. With pain I'm visiting the hospital. They not gave any medicine or treatment. Only consulting.

I'm not asked for specialist doctor. But they are make it for and charged double amount of consulting fees.

And unwanted tests.

The worst ever dental experience at this branch. It was a nightmare for me.

I went in with perfectly fine teeth just for cleaning and normal tooth filling, I ended up with
-2 sudden and unexpected tooth canals and horrible pain
-both teeth cut and shortened for absolutely no reason except for trying to make me get a dental crown which is expensive there
-both teeth filled with the worst filling ever with the same material she used as a temporary filling.

Really think twice if you’re going to the dentist there. It’s a nightmare experience.

I've been visting prime medical center ajman for the past few years, be it for seeing a gp,
taking my kids to the pediatrician or for women health related issues with dr. Nadia Sharif. Unlike most other doctors nowadays Dr. Nadia is very gentle and takes special care about the concerns of her patients, she always listens attentively, tries to facilitate and treat the patient in best way possible, often even helping the nurses do their work effectively and efficiently.
