It was a nice experience; the food was not bad but the complimentary were nice, we loved the presentation.

A far better Turkish restaurant than many hyped restaurants in town.ambiance is really cozy and pleasant environment, beautiful floral decoration across the restaurant.nice indoor & outdoor seating arrangement.nice staff and super fast service.

Location is amazing, right at the Ajman Corniche.

Coming to food - to start with Sultan Mix Appetizer - a special Turkish appetizer platter with 8 different meze, you get to taste variety of Mezze (mostly cold) and served with two types of bread.

Main course - Mix Grill, a combination of chicken, lamb & beef kebab.served potato wedges, pilaf and grilled onion/chilli/tomato.its a treat for your taste buds.

Fresh cocktail juice was a super charger.

Finally, they surprise you with complimentary deserts - baklava, creme pudding, mixed dry fruits jam & a bunch of fresh fruits.along with a turkish tea.

Believe me, you are going to step out of this restaurant with a smile on your face as the food & service will fill your tummy and heart for sure.

High quality and tasty Turkish food with amazing desserts like konafa with ice cream but the price is expensive comparing with other restaurants in the UAE and comparing to the average price for food in Ajman

Mr Alla (Waiter in Sultan Saraey) should be fired or given a training course. I am a regular customer of Sultan Saraey in Dubai, went to the ajman branch first time, and the service was horrible from Mr Alla. He was so rude to me to just order 1 dish for myself, pointing at me just 1 dish, etc. Never saw a waiter so arrogant and rude. I just wanted 1 dish for myself and my friend, and he wanted me to order more. That is horrible. When i got upset, i left without eating the food he geustered me to leave. I still paid but will never go again, nor will i recommend.

Found a hair in the food. The waiter just took it and left. We didnt get any apology or refund! Good food but this sort of service is unacceptable

Loved the ambiance the view of the ocean while having really good food, service is so fast and loved how they give complimentary tea and desserts at the end. Must visit

Well there are few things that you need to know before you go;
1. It's too overpriced, for example, for the meal for two people can reach up to AED 250 minimum (Two main dishes, two cocktails and a single salad). Now think about a family of 4 people, at least AED 500, gone! Now think about Emirate of Ajman and average monthly earnings of people there. At the end you decide.
2. Such a great place with view and astounding decoration, they thought of everything but MEAT. No beef meat available in entire restaurant. All kebabs and meals with LAMB meat. In general almost all lamb meats smell, only in few cases where the chef cooks professionally.
3. Are you looking for real, original Turkish meal here in this restaurant? ! Well, the answer is NO, you can't find it here, it's just "Turkish" restaurant.
As a conclusion, I gave 3 stars out of 5. One for view, the other for service and one for decoration.

Nice breakfast but can be better, maybe they should add more choices for the cheese selection and for the eggs (they are offering only a small plate of eggs with sucuk for 2 people). Also, maybe to add simit to the bread selection.
Good service, staff friendly and the best is the AMAZING view on the sea!

We went there, but weren’t welcomed well. Once we enter they told us about restrictions. We had our child with us which is 3 years old. We wanted to sit in the balcony. They kept telling us “not allowed” as this is smoking area. You should sit inside they told us. If you want to enjoy the view, but you have KIDS, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO BALCONY. It is not open area btw. It is indoor.
Didn’t understand their logic with food ordering. We wanted to have SARAY BREAKFAST. Waiter MUHAMMAD ISSA told us in case you want order something else later on, you have to order NOW. WTH? SERIOUSLY? I want to have breakfast, if I want to eat something else, THEN I WILL TELL YOU, NOT BEFORE EATING FOOD. What I stupid system! WILL NOT GO THERE. DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Over all it’s ok, I don’t understand that only families are accepted some the morning time, i went there with a tourist friend and they didn’t allow us, very disappointed

Terrible customer service. Average pricy food.
Long wait for food to be served, requested are delayed and sometimes even ignored. The waiters would prefer if you dined and left asap.
The complimentary fruit, tea and dessert has to be requested.

The food quality is similar to Dubai branch, really great, but i cannot give Ajman branch more than three stars because the toilets were disgusting! I know the toilets are for the entire building, but that's not an excuse and not the customer's problem.not recommended.

Previously, every aspect of this restaurant was perfect, but today I was highly disappointed when I got an order different than what is mentioned in the menu and what I used to get before.
Moreover, the waiter didn't inform me about the change and his response afterwards was not up to the expectation for such restaurant.

The worst place ever in ajman it was first and last time the Egyptian waiter is having no manners and behave like he own the restaurant.

We was 6 and one baby, after we decided what we need to order he came and saying you will not order dinner? We said no only desserts and drinks but he said it’s just for dinner only and minimum 80 AED or 90 AED per person and we didn’t even choose the table and directed by other waiter

Still one more complain will be raised in Consumer protection

Went there for breakfast, view is amazing and so is the staff. But both me and my husband got really sick for the next 3 days after that. Called the manager who was extremely unprofessional and defensive although I didn’t give him my name and number and I was very clear that we don’t accept anything in return and we just need to ensure that no other customer will fall sick as we did.

What a disappoinment!
Today was my first visit and definitely the last. I ordered Saj Lahm and I thought that for a 68 AED dish, I would definitely like it but I didn't. First the portion was too small and I didn't taste real meat and the rice was undercooked. On top of that, they served it in a plate that has amber underneath to keep the food hot, but it was tooooo hot that I burnt my tongue and mouth with every bite. This method work in a cold county, not UAE. They didn't even serve water on the table.
I left still feeling hungry so I went to next door place where I was planning to go before a friend suggested to try Sultan Sarai.

It was my last visit to this place, this morning. Though the location and view is amazing and it used to be my regular breakfast place on weekends but enough of bearing with the staff which is pathetic. They would make fake promises to give you the table with a view but you would only be able to get it if you are one of their favorites or speak their language. Seems like discrimination. Pathetic is the word! Would never visit this place again.

The Egyptian waiter (tall guy with eyeglasse) is very rude and arrogant, he do not know how to deal with the customers in a good way. He stipulated eaither to have dinner or to go out of the place.

Perfect view. Nice service very nice Turkish breakfast and shosha too. A bit expensive in comparison to other Turkish restaurants but the view is amazing

المطعم على البحر والمنظر جميل ومخصص للعوائل بس ناحية البحر فيه تدخين، طلبنا فطور ملكي ومناقيش و بوراك جبنه، الفطور الملكي معاه چاي مجاني وقدمولنا حلويات و فواكه مجانيه بعد الفطور.
البوراك جميل جدا و المناقيش نوعا ما ناشفه وخشنه، الفطور الملكي اصنافه كثيره.
المواقف نوعا ما بعيد.

من احلى المطاعم الراقيه بعجمان مطعم ذو اطلاله جميلة ع البحر و هادئ، ، ذو تنسيق جميل للاكل والديكور. بالاظافة للضيافة الجميلة والخدمه المميزه من الموظفين. صراحة حلووو وينفع حق طلعات الجميع واخذ الصور.

Real bad experience.
We went at 12.20 and they said theyll close breakfast menu at 12.30 and then we are not allowed to order anything until 1.30 for lunch. So we decided to have something small for breakfast & order lunch after that. And so ordered the breakfast for 1 so we can share so we aren't that full till we order lunch and the manager said you can't order one meal and share it. So absurd! Even after we told him we'll order lunch afterwards since it's your time issue. And so we left the place without dining. Is this how you treat your customers? So disappointed.

The plan is to have a quick breakfast only in Ajman.
But I was surprised when all the staff are coming in our table to sing Happy birthday. I was surprised that my fiancé talked to them before. And I can say all the staff are so kind and friendly and so accommodating. Foods are amazing. View are stunning. All in all 10 star for all staff and management!

Just left the place and I was so disappointed. I love the Sheik Zayed branch so much, but the guy who ushered us in Ajman branch is downright rude. He asked me if I will eat and I was like “oh no, me and 9 of my friends would like to have shisha, tea and coffee” he was like “if you can’t spend 125 aed then no you can’t stay”.

Wow.

Ajman branch is one of a place. Near corniche and very nice and lovely one. Staff is very kind and serve you good.
The food and kunfa was good

One of the most delightful hotels/restaurants IV been to. Beautiful interiors and ambience, facilitated by very well trained and mannered staff. Some great views, excellent shish and well above par food.

The place is very nice. Paid parking a lot there. Food selection is very good too. Only the tea, I would suggest they make it as a refill. Would love to go back soon before the summer weather here to enjoy the view.

We always stop by when we are going to Ajman, really nice Turkish place with amazing views. Reasonably priced with massive menu options.

Yesterday I went to my favourite restaurant as usual to have shisha and after 5 minutes exactly the waiter came to tell me sorry we have just been informed that the shisha banned in Ajman and iwill leave it to you just for 20 minutes then I will take it, so they know it's banned after just 5 minutes from serving it to me. IT WAS SO OBVIOUS that ihave been scammed but because irespect my self ipaid my pill and leave to stay in another place. VERY DISAPPOINTED and never come to your restaurant again.

Lovely staff and very nice decorations. Definitely recommend it to everyone who looks for a nice place to spend some quality time

انا و كان امامي عايله من سوريه و تم قبول طلبية العايله السوريه و نحن رفضونا بحجة ان الريوق خلص و بكل بساطة تم طردنا من المطعم علماً باني طلبت من الموظف اني ارمس المدير و تجاهلني الموظف تماماً

Had a great time at the restaurant. Food was good and all, but the waiters told us that some of the food items were not served after 12, but other tables got it after 2. Also, we got the complementary bread 1 hour after we ordered eventhough the restaurant was not busy. There is a children's play area in the restaurant.

Delicious Turkish food and I recommend for the breakfast as well I love the sea view its amazing and you can enjoy shisha here, there is family area non smoking its one of the best restaurants in Ajman

Reminded me of my trip to Istanbul, especially with their hospitality and complimentary side dishes!
It’s definitely a bit on the pricey end though, however that’s the only drawback to an amazing experience.

Nice view from the terrace, next to the sea. If you would seat inside to wait for shisha guy would take a long time, its annoying everytime ask someone to come to change charcoal
