It was same my case, cough،running nose.
It was first and last time to visit this place

Dr. Samreen Saqib Khan is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
And my special thanks you to Dr Samreen for treating my Friend as she was in pain from a year based on her recomendation and taking so much care and from her Initial assessments now my friend is getting good treatment and we are happy with th Dr. Samreen Saqib Khan. God Bless her.

I have visited Thumbay clinic in Rashidiya, Ajman by recommendation of friend of mine. I was surprised by great fast service, very friendly staffs and professionalism. Separately I’d like to mention the young man, who works there as receptionist, unfortunately I dnt know his good name, he is very pleasant and very helpful. Also I would like to add that the results of my tests were sent to email in time and that they do communicate and help with information by WhatsApp unlike some other private clinics. Definitely I recommend Thumbay clinic.

Yesterday I went to clinic at 9am to collect my PCR test results, the lady at reception said to take the number and wait.
Several times I said about that I need to go to airport, but she was "busy" (counting money, talking with colleagues). After waiting 35 minues I asked one more - and the lady replied that I need to go to laboratory and get results there, not at reception. Waited for 35 minutes just because "busyness" of reception.
The second person at reception as I understood just started his work and did not know anything.
The reception should be more customer focused.
The worst experience I had in last days.

Ms. Beenu at Nurse station, She is so cooperative. My wife wasn't well when she visited, but she handled all the paperwork and treated her so well.

I regularly visiting Thumbay clinic since I am very happy and satisfied with their services specially they have the great Manager and Doctors like Dr. Lubna Puthiyodath and Dr. Sohanda Ahmed. All staff are helpful and facilities are very clean.

Its my first experience in Thumbay Clinic. Its located in Rashidya 3, Ajman. Well maintained clinic with good atmosphere. Staff members are well behaved and caring. Covid testing available there with reasonable pricing compared to others. 325 aed.

I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time. No value of time. After taking appointment have to wait for 46 minutes in pediatric section with dr. Arvind. Appointment time is 9 pm on 24th February 19 and doctor called my son at 9: 46. They can't manage appointment schedules.

This was my worst experience with any medical center. Clinic staff need some serious training regarding the services they offer. I took a package from them and throughout the package time was pissed off by the staff's knowledge as to whether the particular test is covered under the package or not.
I went there for some 7 months (7 visits) and in atleast 5 of the above 7 visits, I had to fight with staff (Rahul in particular) to tell them about the package I purchased and what is included in the package and that they don't need to charge for the services I paid already.
