Very bad service experience. First they don’t give parking for your car (the security was asking to call the shop they may can open the gate for you but the shop said no)
so you have to pay Min 10 dhs for your parking to visit.
Second the staffs there is very little English speaking, very slow, and They are the worst skills person I met in dubai.
For the payment, they use almost 20 mins to explain to you and without exactly knowing what you ask.
I have chatted with someone on whatsapp for this and his attitude is very bad, he was asking me then Why you visit my shop?
Thank you I won’t visit your shop anymore.
Btw I am 10 years in Dubai, Before you talking anything about my personal things plz ask first.
I was willing to give a bad experience feedback in the same day but I was thinking even the service was very bad but at least the 2 Sri Lanka man and woman was at least gentle, they may can increase their skills by time.
So that is why even though they are new in dubai, the lady only 1 month in dubai without even calling numbers (she told me she doesn’t have call number and new in dubai) I didn’t give bad review online.
But today I was contact the online whatsapp number I think it is another person reply, his attitude is really bad as you can see the reply on my review below (with this attitude I never met in dubai any other shops)
I said if you charge money then I can try with my company photographer first, and he asked so why you contact us?

20 dhs won’t make me poor and won’t make your rich, why I contacted you?
And then in the last the photo got rejected as it is not professional size.
