مطعم قيصر / Caesars Restaurant

The food is completely different than the other branches we are a customer of caesar since 14 years but this is a second time we had lunch here and is not good.
Hopefully they will consider it

Complete rip off.
I go to the gym nearby and thought of getting some naans for dinner.
I've ordered 2 naan to go and this is what I've got. The smallest naan I've ever seen.
1 naan, the size of my hand is 4aed
1st time visiting and last time

I was a happy customer of qusais branch. Recently shifted to rashidiya so had to buy from nad al hamar. No welcome from staffs. No bye from staffs. No deliveries. They don't give orders on time. I will go back to qusais ceasars. Quantity and size of each has decreased. Its all bread bread and bread with less fillings. Hope thay come back to good standards like before.

Nice place. My son loves Chicken in Taro nest so we visit here often. Love that it has closed rooms so it is great for a gathering where u want some privacy.

An amazing place. The food is delicious. The environment top notch. But I still feel the service could be better.

George provided an exceptional service and the food was amazing. We ordered combo boxes for our office lunch party, and the food was delivered promptly and at a reasonable price.

I've been a loyal customer of Caesars Confectionery for over 20 years, so when I recently ordered their Mini Cheese buns, hot dog roll, and mini cheese pizza, I had high expectations. However, I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The hot dogs have shrunk to a quarter of their size, and the cheese buns barely had any cheese in them. It's disheartening to see these changes, and I sincerely hope this was a one-off occurrence and not a sign of things to come. As someone who has cherished their food for decades, I'm hoping my next visit will be a better one.

Chicken sandwiches are the best from bakery along with Black Forest and fruit cake slice

We tried tawa mutton and chicken salan. Tawa mutton was worth trying it was so juicy and succulent served with roti. Will definitely go again.

At Caesars Restaurant (Nad Al Hamir Branch), we had a poor experience due to a lack of transparency. We requested a physical menu instead of scanning the barcode to view the menu online and order from it, but the waiter insisted that we continue using the online menu. When we presented our discount card (Al Saada), the waiter informed us that we couldn't avail the discount because we had ordered through the link. It would have been appreciated if the waiter had informed us of this policy beforehand. This experience made us realize why he didn't allow us to review the hard copy menu and order accordingly.

Excellent variety, quality and taste. Brilliant customer service, very friendly staff with quick service. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking to dine.

I’m sure everyone knows how famous their pastries are, but you really should try their Indian food as well, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The service is beyond expectations, I ordered their butter chicken with rice and Naan bread on side it was fresh. The food was super delicious and not to forget the friendly staff again they made the whole experience much better! The environment is clean and amazing, what I like the most is that they have a private dining option

Their Mini Pizza is the best Seller & still remains a favourite after years & years. Also the Butter Scotch Pastry is my favourite here. Everything us served warm & fresh, & prices are very reasonable.

This place is amazing a the from the food to the management. Really this is my favorite place to eat. Try prawn manchorian with chicken fried rice

Went to Ceasars restaurant for the first time in my life 2 nights ago. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the food variety was amazing and I didn't expect that they would have closed / almost private rooms for families. The waiters service was very nice and I liked how they suggested themselves which credit card to use to get a discount. I will definitely be coming back for more and will try other items on their menu too.

I loved the hospitality that’s why I give it a high rating. The shrimp biryani was very yummy. The special sea food soup was fine. It could be better.

We ordered the hot and sour soup and beef shashlik.both tasted delicious indeed.

We had been for a dinner, this was our second visit. Since we had good experience in the first visit, second visit we didn’t enjoy the food that much. Tomato soup was good but Veg Manchuria n was very soft where as we were expecting it to be crispy. Even kadai paneer we didn’t enjoy.

I enjoyed the place and ambience. The team welcomed us when we did reservations prior. The king fish briyani and chicken briyani was served with nice aromatic spices. This is an excellent place for family to dine and can accommodate atleast 9 which we were and it was ensured full privacy. Rasmali and Gulab Jammu ended with a high note.

Good ambience and friendly staff. Food taste and texture was overall a little off compared to other branches of Caesars.

I really like their food always good quality and portion size for the money but I've never ordered out and they got my order fully right always something has to miss from the order that's why I'm giving it 4 not 5

1. Biryani was soggy, not fluffy, broken rice grains, bad plastic packaging. As if I ordered rice soup
2. Butter chicken, used Amal chicken pieces, not sure which part of the chicken, and the sauce was watery and lacked taste
3. Noodles was almost mashed
4. The spring roles are made of expire/ old flour that you can almost taste something expired. Also didn’t bother to cover it with a tissue to prevent the steam coming down on it when they used plastic container.

The whole food tasted like it was frozen then dewormed.

Unfortunate, compared to Zafaran (still number one) and to (Gazebo number two) and other Indian restaurants, this one can be number 10.

This quality not worth paying for.

Very poor and bad service. We waited more than 45 minutes but still we didn’t received the food, we left without eating, wasting of time to visit this branch

Do not try the special mix sizzler. It’s just too “special”. Chicken corn soup is terrible. I placed takeaway order, food was not close to even normal.

Cesars is one of my favorite place which is providing the utmost quality food and good service. Especially Mr. Suneesh, he is very polite and professional. All the staffs are good. Thankyou for your good food

We visited Ceasars Nad al Hammar today along with our family & friends, food was really yummy and service was excellent, Mr. Suman makes sure that we feel comfortable & served properly, we highly recommend this restaurant for it’s best service & delicious food.

We went as family for a evening dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming. Food was tasty and portions size were good. The service was quick and efficient. Love it and will return back!

I have been a patron of Cesars for the last 38 years. I commend their consistency when it comes to flavors and qualify. In particular the mini pizzas which have the same taste and texture as the 1990s

The food was really amazing. We have been visiting the Nad Al Hamar restaurant very frequently. We were very happy with the service, ambience and most importantly the food. Mr. Suman Ghosh and his team have been very friendly.

Not that great place to buy cakes and bakery products. Below srandards ingredients are used so thats why the taste is below average.

One of the best family resturants, they have good dinning areas, wide space, private cabens. Very nice staff, and the food is served with quality.

Best Butter chicken in the country. Guaranteed. Their food is really good. Indian and Chinese cuisines are the most popular. Kebabs are great. Iranian dishes are fantastic too.

The ambience of the Restaurant is good, customers are well taken care. The taste of their Biriyani has reduced now.

The food is very delicious. There are so many choices in the menu. Everything i've tried it exceeded my expectations. My personal favorite is butter chicken.

A good place to have bakery items specially Punjabi samosas, pastries, spinach rolls and cakes.

Great place for Indian food. Highly recommend their sizzlers and butter chicken from the restaurant and their chicken puffs from the confectionery.
