Almost 3 months ago i send cargo from dubai to kerala still i didnt receive the cargo and there is no update from 123 cargo and very bad behavior from the agency so guys please very careful before send cargo from this 123 cargo agency really very very bad service

Where bad behaviour from the pick-up team upon coming in my room without asking me they went directly use washroom and then i ask them why the give time and disnt show up they show me hand and say go and see traffic first and ask me.
As if they are doing favour on us to give service.
I hope management takes a look at those employees as they will not bring sales from the same customer again with bad behaviour.

Really amazing these Guys they keep their promise n delivered my parcel within 35 days exactly.my family received my parcel as a New year gift at midnight @1am. I thankful to the entire team especially packing team was perfectly packed without any damage. I can recommend them as 5 rating.

The worst experience ever had. Cargo still not received over the period of 7 months and still waiting.

Recently used their cargo services. Excellent packaging and transport. Not even a single leak in the entire relocation stuff. I highly recommend 123 cargo services. Amazing follow up by Rijeesh. Punctual. The main packaging person was Shihab and he made sure everything was packed and transported well. Sofa were well covered. Kitchen bottles were excellently packed too. Dismantling and set up was done them too. And charges are very reasonable compared to other cargo/relocation companies. All the best 123 cargo!

Best cargo service I have experienced, within 18 days sea cargo delivered at my destination point safely - Dubai to Calicut.

Do not send any package from 123 Cargo from Abu Dhabi to International locations while there rates might be cheaper but these are not professional cargo company. They do not cover Abu Dhabi and give it some other cargo vendor and then wash their hands off from the Transaction. Mr. Anwar the head of this cargo company will not even pick your call and block your numbers once u send the package thru the company. They will say that delivery will be completed in 5 to 7 working days but that all false and change statement quickly.

I have given 13 package (all my household stuff) to be shipped to USA and paid the amount upfront and once i give address to deliver now they are saying that this will take to a Month. I am stuck in USA without my household things now for month.

The response from the company will diminish once u paid. My advice do not use this courier service and take a professional one if you want your things to be delivered on time

We had sent cargo from Dubai on 29th May 2020. They had assure us the time of 01 Month But it might be more. We have sent around 60Kg of 03 boxes. Everything was packed infront on courier guyz only. We were continous followup since July as they told it might take some more time. We received 1 Box around month of September. So me and family were contionous touch with them everytime they use to give some specific date and there was no update from them Its already been 11 Months we haven't received the cargo. In middle of these month when we are calling they are telling us the cargo cannot be clear due some custom issue.they are like let us know how much will be the cost of the Items. Now when we are calling them to tell the cost the company is not answering the call. There are very Important items in the boxes.
Can anyone please help me!

Worst experience we shipped AED2000 worth cargo as on 9-11-2020 and they don't respond on calls and whats app waste of time and money patheticccccc!

Don't trust this shipping company. Cheating on us everyday. They have given me lot of commitments througout these past 5 months by Mr. Ratheesh, Mr. Sunil, Mr. Latheef. Till now i didn't get my packages. When i wad calling to dubai office, they were telling sharajah is managed by different office and we were doing the different invoices, we don't know this exactly about the issue. Recently this dubai office put post that fraud malpractice is happening in the name of 123 cargo, you need to choose the correct logo 123 cargo with M group on it. Before to that they had one single website and try to differentiate the company now in order to cheat the customer again and again. Please don't do the business until you clear the existing problems and understand this. We are waiting for your response.

Very Bad service does not keep promise takes extra money from customer for packing and does not do any packing when items are delivered at destination stuff is missing and all boxes leaves opened.once money is paid to them they will never answer back you call. Very bad and disappointed service! Once they get money they won’t listen anything. Most stuffs were damaged and they left all the items like some has thrown to garbage. And also they charge too much in comparison with others. Be careful with cargo services and try not to choose this ever. They don’t deserve single star but I don’t have any choice

I was bit reluctant to use the service of 123 Cargo due to some reviews however one of my friend recommended them as he used them more than once. I am very happy with the service - they did an excellent job in transporting almost 10 cbm of my cargo. The packing was done excellently by Jinu and team so that none of the glass items were not even scratched. The clearance at Kochi by Shemas was fast and customer friendly. I got my shipment within 20 days.

Shipped a brand new washing machine reached kerala after 3 months fully damaged total waste of money on my shipment please dont use this service
