Great treatment, pedicure and manicure was top rated and a very relaxing environment too. Attention to detail and a welcoming experience as well.

This was the best hair service I have had. Riad took care of my hair and he is a true professional. He took care to cut my hair and beard perfectly to suit my face etc.

Gracy performed my manicure and was exceptional as well. 10 out of 10. I will be going there regularly.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff are excellent and services are fantastic. However, one person stands out with his services and that is Mr Riad who is one of their two barbers. I have never seen a gentleman as dedicated to his work as he is. He cares about the tiniest of details, his face transmits positivity that you end up feeling good not from the shave or haircut but from his smile. A gentle soul with a magician’s hand. I live in Jumeirah and I drive all the way to MIRDIFF just for him. The way he treats each client, making them feel special, is amazing. One thing you will get from him, A top notch service and a very positive vibe. This gentleman is a gem.

My top place for pedicure and manicure since 2012 till now 2022 but sometimes the receptionist are rude

They got best men grooming spa award for 2021 and honestly they do deserve it. The staff and all the things they use its amazing. I highly recommend it.

I really feel sorry to see that mold is spreading everywhere in this place and the quality of the products is no longer excellent as before. I have a feeling that either the management or the owner has been changed.anyway I hope that the new people who are in charge take my feedback into consideration specially cleanliness.good luck

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for what happened today,

I’m a regular customer to this salon since 2014, today I encountered a very unpleasant experience with both customer service and the salon mcc branch, i booked 4 services through the app but I received confirmation for 3 services so i called the call center and they advised that i only have confirmation for 2 services! I was confused and asked them to cancel the booking and they apologized for the inconvenience, 15 mins later I tried to get in touch with the spa through their direct phone number to double check with them since the booking is still showing 3 services confirmed and no one was answering the phone! At the time of the appointment I received a call from one of the receptionists at the branch very rudely talking to me and asking if I would come to my appointment or not and I frustratingly tried to explain to her what happened but she kept cutting me off offering to reschedule my appointment which eventually led me to hanging up the phone since I’m not being respected, it is very sad what this place which is supposed to be a place of relaxing and peace of mind turns to be a place of frustration so quickly, I really love going there and I wish they would be more professional in dealing with such matters!

I have been a regular customer of this spa, and always visited the 1847 in mirdif, but today I felt really insulted while getting my haircut done. The lady who cleans around the area made a strange comment while i got my ears waxed. She stated to the barber that see its like a spider. I always found your spa having great respect for customers. But such kind of comment coming from the cleaner of the spa was very unethical and insulting. I dont know if I would visit them ever again.

I was in this store the other day and while in the lrocess of making an appointment, the clerk started working with another customer who just walked up. Didn’t say excuse or gave any explanation. Very bad customer service. I won’t advise any of my people to visit this store or any like it. Terrible terrible terrible

MCC team is the best. Suchanatha was amazing, very professional. Kyla and Renz were also good. Enjoyed it to the max and much recommended!

What annoys me the most, I've been a customer of 1847 probably on a weekly basis for almost 17 years (since it was founded). When I complain about something for the first time, dont argue, and simply take action. Even if the employee is new, check who the client is before you throw the blame back to him.

I think the MCC barbers needs to be replaced with more senior and experienced ones. This is the main reason why I’m not going there anymore.

I was in the mall for some errands and needed a haircut badly. I decided to pop-up at 1847 and give them a try. What i expected to be a simple machine job, that normally takes less than 15 minutes, ended up with a few cuts and bruises to my scalp for the cost of AED125.

The way this store is positioned is a super let down. There's barely any signs to guide you to it's location so it's nestled sort of hidden out of sight like some mysterious new found legend. Makes for an entertaining path to pampering but generally some signs would be highly appreciated. Once inside, the ladies tending to your feet and hands are wonderful. The barbers seem somewhat aloof with barely a semblance of recognition when passing you by as a customer. But other than that, go for it

Quite a horrible experience. Been going to them for over 5 years but the standards have declined drastically and the staff is rude and customer service extremely poor. Got called by the area manager with nothing aside from defending themselves for the sub standard customer service

My husband went in for a mani pedi and came back with his feet looking like they had been through a grater.he complained and got a call back.they redid the treatment and he came back with bruises.given he is diabetic, it’s now become a bigger issue.seeing the other comments here, it looks like this was not a unique and single instance and seems to be a problem with the salon itself/ or the branch. Tempted to report them.

After reading so many positive review, I went to do pedicure to remove my dead skin on my toes. It wasn't removed properly and scrub for only 2 mins or less. I insisted to do a deep cleaning and removal of dead skins but the outcome was bad. The whole pedicure lasted only for 15 mins or less and I am out. I doubt that I would visit again.

Poor service. I went for pedicure and nothing been done except cutting nails as normal as you do it in your own home. Moreover, therapist ssrms to be in a hurry and many times she did it painfully. It doesn't worth going there and send AED 120

Good atmosphere, nice receptionist. One problem: when doing the left hand, the lady didn't move her seat to the left side, rather, pulled my hand towardd her. Which was uncomfortable.

It's a nice place to go to if you prefer, cleanliness and privacy and most services they offer are good however it's a bit over priced.

Horrible experience, showed up on time and still had to wait 30 mins. When I asked what’s taking this long they said people showed up late. How is that my fault? Apparently, It’s common practice here to book multiple people for the same time slot and waste people’s time.

Friendly and professional staff. I especially like to have my mani-pedi done by Greta & Luz - highly recommended.

I always come here in 1847 mirdif city center I’ll tried all other ladies here and I found someone Luz to do my nails specially my feet. I’m happy to do with her I’m always to players manicure, pedicure with refiner remover and facial, now she introduce to me the new treatment for the feet they called PEDILOGIX it’s good to have Good treatment for the feet! It’s so amazing after treatment.she always recommended in SDB with Wilyn and Gia.
