Albert always does a fantastic job on my hair. He is very professional and friendly which makes the end to end smooth experience. I would strongly recommend his service.

The experience is fine, the team excellent. Yet as a customer, I believe it is my right to know what to pay in advance. Been there threes times. Three weeks ago I paid 300 AED for the service. I booked the same service on the app, and the cost appeared to be 340 AED. Fine, I said, maybe a master barber difference. Then they charged 440 AED, claiming that I had an extra service of 85 AED, though I had the same service as three weeks ago (and they claim that the extra service cost is 85 AED, the calculator is giving error messages). Stopped arguing, never again; almost 50% difference in 3 weeks.

Good people, service is fine but pricing went up and it has become too expensive for what it is

After reading all the good reviews about the amazing haircut people had here, I went here for a finish haircut and sports melt massage, but my experience is just “ok”. It’s not terrible, but just within expectations.

Haircut, very average. Any of my previous barbers could have done the same style and some even better.

Massage, nothing memorable. The masseuse is professional, kind and focused. But it’s just a very plain massage. I don’t feel much relieved nor stretched afterwards.

Definitely I had better haircut and massage elsewhere with cheaper price. I guess you expected more and just disappointed more.

I had the good fortune of landing Albert for my long overdue haircut. I came in, was welcomed by a quiet gentleman to my seat and after spending under a minute to look at images and giving me feedback, he set off.

In all the past year of me growing my hair out, I've had the experience of barbers telling me that my hair's too dry or curly or won't go a certain way and was always pushed to a certain product.
Albert on the other hand, was very matter of fact and was quick to show me that there was no issue and advised me on a few minimal changes I need to make.he then proceeded to give me an expert, quick perfect haircut. For the first time in years I came out of it fully blown away and getting exactly what I wanted.
Leagues ahead of the competition.

They have no clue what Services are mentioned on their menu and what they actually are. All 1847 except this have been the most professional bunch. This place might have recently hired new staff that are just plain rude, make you wait and then try to upsell by saying the basic service has nothing.

Pretty fine, relaxing and enjoyable! Did the hot stone massage and can recommend it. They definitely take time for you and everything is sanitized!

Amazing service, very genuine staff. The best barber I have met works there, he’s called Albert. I have been cutting with Albert for a year now, and he’s never disappointed me. I always go there now, even though it’s not even next to my house.

Always good experience with this place. They treat you very well here.:) I have problem almost 2years to find proper barber here, but now I found it and I will not change it. Like women hair saloon but for men, you have feeling that they will take good care of you, and after busy and stressful day at work this is what we need.

What an exceptional overall experience! My masseuse had really great technique, and was able to pin point the tension spots in my shoulders. The haircut and beard trim was done well, and my hairdresser gave me good tips and advice to keep my hair healthy here in Dubai.
