Very very upset and disappointed with the clinic and the staff.
They were very rude unfriendly and NOT helpful at all in the emergency situation also.
Never going to that place again.

The bad experience ever I took my parent he was sick the first doctor see him give him medicines and I paid 750 AED at night my parrot get worse he couldn’t breathe I took him again another doctor there did x ray and tests and I paid 1700 AED and give him medicine wrong again and the parrot very very sick I took him to another clinic and the surprise is everything there was wrong only they want money and even the x ray was wrong …. Not recommended at all

I called them for an appointment and the operator was very busy instructing me about the booking pre-payment system. Would not answer any questions in regards to their prices for a simple x-ray. Basically you have to pay 210 aed so the doctor can quote you.

I will make an official complaint to Dubai Municipality, this business practices must disappear

We’ve been coming to 2F4P for 3.5 years now with our menagerie, always treated the important ones (and us) with courtesy and clarity, guidance and advice where needed. We love the caregivers for our 4-legged family.

Two feet four paws is the only veterinary clinic I can trust in Dubai for my rabbits and birds.

They were only clinic that had the kindness to accept a wild bird albet on condition of either treating if treatable or euthanising. All other clinics refused.

I have a very elderly dog who gets very stressed at the vets and has seizures. We only take her to the vets if its urgent, but as she is 17 we need to see a vet if she is ill.

The staff were great at being prepared for her, involving me in her treatment plan and managing the difficulties of diagnosing and treating an elderly dog. Happy to report she has made a full recovery!

I was very surprised at the cost, half the price of the vet I was using before and just as good.

I have been loyal with them for a year and swear by Dr Ivan. He is truly wonderful. But today I am truly disappointed with the clinic. My younger dog was really sick and peeing blood. I called them for an emergency appointment, they were very blunt in refusing an appointment and asking me to go to modern vet as they had a lot of other appointments and it was their closing time soon. They have truly lost a loyal customer today.

UPDATE: Because they were trying to oversell tests and treatment worth 10,000AED. I refused the treatment as it felt unnecessary. I just received the medical records. The have it notes that I do not want to spend money on the my dog. Truly a money making shop. Stay Away!

The team at 2F4P is amazing, I’ve never been to such a great vet clinic, they are all so passionate and caring about our beloved animals, it’s heartwarming.

I cannot thank Caroline and all the staff at the clinic enough for being so amazing with our new Kitten. Everybody I have dealt with at the clinic have been super friendly and kind. Caroline (the owner) has gone above and beyond to help and advise me from before we even got a pet. Dr Susan is incredible and genuinely cares about the animals. I would give this place a 1000 stars if I could. I rescued a little kitten and didn't know what to do as she is my first cat. I looked up good vet clinics in Dubai and their name came up as a good reasonable priced clinic that offers charity rates for rescues. But I really did not expect to see such great, caring and kind human beings. I mean every one from the admin staff to the nurses and doctors would really go out of their way to help with everything they can. Amazing people especially doctor Susan. She has the biggest heart I've ever seen. I could go on and on about how amazing every one is, but I think I'm limited to a certain number of characters. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I'm so happy I had the chance to know you.

For the first time I decided to rescue a stray cat (2-4 weeks old) that seemed quite helpless without her mom. I kept her for two days but her situation wasn't getting any better as she had an eye infection and the food I was feeding wasn't helping. Finally took her to 2F4P and was attended by Dr. Susan (Hope I got the right name, she had glasses) She sat me down like a kid and spoon fed me with all the information from feeding the kitten formula, medicine doses and helping her to poo as well: D What an amazing experience and it didn't stop there as they kept following up with me to know how she was recovering. I took her to the vet twice after as they asked me to bring her in for a check up with no cost involved either. They ended up giving me free blanket, and loads of kitten food complimentary which was quite sweet of them. Surely after this experience If I come across another stray, I wouldn't hesitate to take them on board coz I'm quite confident now with all the knowledge from the Dr's to the receptionist who were so active like it was their own pet and I know you guys would back me up when needed. Thank you to this amazing team ️

Dr. Blessing is an amazing vet who provided me with a very insightful consultation when it comes to the suffering of my pet. On various examples he illustrated why it was important to take certain steps and how to alleviate my pet’s pain. Thanks to him I was able to make an informed decision and I’m very grateful for that. I can definitely recommend this vet. THANK YOU.

We have been to both the Dubailand branch with our hamster and the Palm branch with our dogs. Both clinics have staff that are warm, knowledgeable and have always taken excellent care of our furry family. Very happy with the service.

Saw Dr Ivan at the Dubailand clinic. He was super professional and thorough. Our dog is an old man but Dr Ivan made sure that he got a complete checkup. Highly recommend, best vets in Dubai.

Dont go this place, first they say my cat ears have no problem next session my cats ear got ear mites, so he got it from ur clinic, or u couldn't see mites under microscope, which one was that? Still i dont know and dr conner was very rude, i had one simple question so i called emergency line and ask if dr conner gave right medicine cuz one doctor told me malacetic is not kill egg of ear mites so he got angery beacuse i asked this question next day i dropp my cat there for wash he came to Receiption start shouting at me, he is verrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy rude, so we argue and i called police, imagine! And he is not gentel with pets he upside down my box that my cat fall down for coming out of box imagin! Although i took my other cat 3 years ago doctor was amazing, new staff not good befor i rated 5 star now. 0.if you love yourself and ur pet dont go there.

I’ve been using 2feet 4 paws for over 4 years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the care and service received. This includes end of life care for two very elderly cats who were treated with love and compassion right to the very end by the kind and considerate vets. In my experience the same level of care is always applied irrespective of whether the animal is a pet or a foster/feral garden cat. Management and support staff are equally as attentive.

Very pleased with the medical service for our dog Alfie and our cat Cookie over the last years. Dr Amber and Dr Dorian have always been wonderful with our pets and can truly recommend this clinic.

I have visited this veterinary clinic on 3 occasions now and everything from making the appointment to the service from the vets has been amazing! They genuinely care about the animals and take the time to examine them fully. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Can’t recommend them enough. They have been exceptionally good helping us with the euthanasia of our old dog Troy. The staff and doctor were very sensitive and caring. They gave us alone time with our dog and even allowed us to be there while they administered the meds. They softened the painful experience.
Great job guys.

Just want to thank 2 Feet 4 paws Dubailand branch for helping our cat.he recently had an incident with a claw being ripped out and when we called we were told to come down to the branch and we were seen by Dorian within 10 minutes. Exceptional service and would definitely recommend.

First class vetinary services. All of the clinic staff are true professionals who genuinely care.

My little Rabbit needed to be spayed, I had been highly recommend that i go to these vets and i will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs a good vet that is both knowledgeable and gentle with animals. I personally saw Dr. Connor for my little bunny, he was extremely gentle with her and happy to answer any questions I had, he took me through the process and what to expect as well as aftercare for my girl. She has been well looked after and recovering beautifully from the surgery. The staff even called to see how she was doing at home:) The 5/5 would recommend!

Horrible service. Dont take your pets here. Unlike other Dubai hosptials this one isnt professional. The doctor did not even take time to speak to me after a major surgery.

This family run clinic is our preferred choice for veterinary services in Dubai. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and always friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any pet owner.

I used to be a customer of this clinic and I booked an appointment for my mom’s dog who need to get a health certificate to travel. I totally wasted my time going there. Be careful to take your pets there.poor customer service

Wonderful vets, no ‘over-diagnosing’, Professional yet caring and very friendly and competent reception staff.

The team are amazing. Kind, caring and very professional.

They helped me recently say goodbye to my darling cat Jasmine in a delicate but professional manner. I can not recommend them enough to look after your pets.

2feet 4paws are fantastic, the care and attention they have given all of our 5 cats has been amazing.

The guys go above and beyond In every way, even to the point of looking after one of our post op cats whilst we were on leave, they have been incredibly accommodating with helping us on some very large bills, but the main point is we have had 4 surgeries with them in the past 6 month’s, all cats have made a full recovery and if it wasn’t for them the cats wouldn’t have pulled through.

We have used Chris and the team for number of years and would not go anywhere else, the nurses are fantastic, the reception staff are brilliant and always accommodating.

Anyone who doesn’t give these guys 5 stars has a hidden agenda!

Yea this place is pretty terrible something that should’ve been and examination and meds tried to charge random testing that had nothin to do with my dog. Stay away from these scammers! Will over charge you for the smallest things! And will change prices on basic exam at any given moment they are liers and not professional

I would highly recommend 2 feet 4 paws. Visits to the vets were never stressful for our beautiful dog Lila when she was alive. When she tragically and suddenly passed away Caroline was only a phone-call away. She was so caring and sensitive, which was such a huge help during a devastating time. Thank you ️

I went in the staff was nice but the service was awful they didnt even really look at my dog to even treat him and my dog didnt get better only got worst had to go to another vet

Eventhough we take an appointment, we wait at least 30 minutes. The doctors might be great, but I have no time to spend hours at a vet.

I highly recommend this clinic, they are extreme knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care for the animals. They are by far the most passionate vet clinic I have found in Dubai.
I wouldn’t take my animals (dogs, tortoise, turtles, parrots!) anywhere else.
