25 Degrees North Restaurant

I enjoyed the culinary journey to the North Indian cuisine at 25 Degree North Resturant located at the Tecom, Barsha Heights. The variety of North Indian dishes was unveiled in a very exclusive way and the touch of the chef’s magic is written in every dish. The North Indian feast started off with Mixed Grill Vegetable Platter and Speciality Non-Vegetarian Kebab Platter. My absolute favorite would be the stuffed mushrooms and the grilled paneer. I personally enjoyed the Vegetable Platter than the Non-veg one. The marination and the stuffings were absolutely brilliant and compliment well with the vegetable/meat.

First time order tonight from Arjan branch and it was Fantastic! Loads of flavour in the sauces. Recommended by curry loving brits

I ordered chicken kadai but this is use less please requested don't order again chicken was Smelliest and food was very costly so please guys don't order food from 25 degree north restaurant Al barsha highest branch

The food always comes cold, the waiters are about the rudest and slowest I've ever experienced, the wait is terrible (there aren't even benches to sit for more than an hour!) and it's crazy overpriced for what it is. The final impression is that parking is impossible. It's not even glamorous or with a great atmosphere.it's a touch of flavor on the traded Sunset Bale - noisy, smoky Sunset. Nothing fancy here so go somewhere where they value your business and treat you like a paying guest!

Very expensive for a single person. Just had chicken kadai (ordinary taste) and two tandoori rotis (good) they charged AED 52. This is a rip-off as they charge AED 17 for same chicken kadai and 2 naans in the afternoon. Even if we consider the portion to be larger in the evening the charge of AED 52 (AED 17 x 3 = AED 51) is exceedingly ridiculous. And then the guy at the counter was complaining that the business isn't that great - which obviously wouldn't be and we understand the reason.

Horrible food and the worst customer service ever. We ordered 2 different types of chicken tikka and it dry and awfully chewy. And God please someone teach them what is dahi k kebab, They severed fried bread filled with sweet dahi. The Main course was bland. Ordered 2 different types of roti but got only one bcz the guy who took our order was absolutely clueless as to what he was doing. Staff was least bothered about the feedback bcz we sent 1 item back and we could see from outside (glass opening) that the chef really didn't bother to even look at the issue. The only guy who was taking care of reception, taking orders, taking care of deliveries and serving us was highly unprofessional not at all a suitable person for customer service. He neither spoke english nor hindi, he acted like we are speaking something out of this world which he doesnt understand, no courtesy to even apologize that they ruined our dinner by serving the low quality and tasteless food. This kind of service also when the restaurant was empty at 8.30pm. The floors were dirty with food litters from the previous customers. The guy kinda pretend to figure out what was wrong with the food a second after we made the payment. But it was useless for us bcz our dinner was spoiled already.

Pathetic quality of food which was delivered. The meat was hard as a rock and wasn’t cooked well. Delivery from Arjan branch, never gonna repeat! Raised a complaint with Dubai municipality as well.

They usually offer lunch buffet on weekdays, usually packed with people working around the area so decided to try out what they have on the menu.

Ordered:
Kuchumbar salad - refreshing kind of salad.
Butter chicken - our ever favorite indian dish paired with Butter garlic naan and my new favorite which is cheese naan.
Chicken tikka biryani with raita and papad - perfectly cooked, the chicken was savory so as the biryani.
Lamb kebab - a good one to have
Pistachio kulfi - kulfi is one of our favorite desserts and this one is good.
Gulab jamun- one of the best gulab jamun i have ever tasted.

Overall experience in this area was great.

Picked up Paneer Tikka Masala. Excellent tasting and good portion size. Our server, Hamza, was very courteous and really helped us select a great dish and quantity.

Avoid the butter Garlic naan. Not sure how it's traditionally made, but the level of roasting on the garlic was too much for my liking.

I've picked up food from here multiple times since.

Need to work on their timings. We saw on zomato that they are open till 2 am and when we got there, they said they are closed. Upon asking they didn’t seem to know their timings on zomato and straight up said come later. Not to mention we got there at 11: 45 pm.

Good dining experience. Quality of food is maintained over years. Awesome staff. Open kitchen. No car parking.

Worst Indian food ever tried.ordered butter chicken and found a whole black hair inside! Just disgusting!

Was served half cooked chicken biryani. On complaint given gyaan that hotel is running from 12 years.

Used to be my one of my favourite Indian restaurants They have ruined the food as of late. The last time I ordered it took I waited more than 2 hours and the food did not arrive. The restaurant kept saying the order was on the way

There is a AED 30 buffet lunch during weekdays and one must go. Delicious food and very friendly staff.

A friend brought me to dinner here. The place is tucked away in JLT and can be hard to spot and it is equally hard to figure out the entrance to the parking.

Putting that aside, the restaurant had pretty good food. The portions were large and really filling especially the non veg starters. Note that the serving time is slow so pick your choices and order quickly

For starters ordered palak.chat and kakori kebabs. The kebabs were too good. Juicy and succulent. The palak chat was crisp and bursting with flavours. For mains ordered chicken dum biryani and murg awadhi korma. The mains were not as good as the starters.eating the starters, we had high expectations from the food, but the food was average. Sadly, The biryani was a bit disappointing to us. The chicken peices had the raw smell which wasnt pleasant. For dessert we ordered shahi tukra. Very overpriced for a slice of bread.

Perfectly made north indian food, maybe the best in Barsha Area. Every dish is spicy even butter chicken. Ask the waiter for assistance as the menu is quite big.

If you're looking for authentic North Indian food, then this is the place for you
You must try the street food here, its damn delicious
The dahi-vada which they serve in starter is something out of this world
And the staff is also very friendly
Will love to visit again

I've loved the food each time I visited this place and I've been here quite a few times. I've ordered different dishes from the menu (Both veg and non veg). I just find the staff very cold here. Washroom is below average so don't be surprised. It's not a very cheap place but the food is worth the price. They can work on training their staff and invest some in the maintenance of the restroom

One of my colleagues took me for a dinner here. The food was decent, though the spices were not as strong as in usual Indian food. The food presentation was nothing too fancy but pretty neat. The price was a bit on the higher side. The dining area was very spacious and cozy. Parking in the vicinity was very limited though.

It is a below average restaurant. We ordered paneer tikka and some other tikka. We specially asked the person taking the order if this other one is sweet, and he said no. However, when it came, it was extremely sweet. I complained, and they were reluctant to change it because their server served all the pieces to us, and they only change it if we had tasted a bit when it came from the serving plate. Anyways, after telling them that I'll not pay for it and they can leave it here, they changed it.

Definitely not a restaurant that would come across my mind. The food was just average, and given the number of better options we have, I would certainly not go back here.

The experience overall was a disappointment. Ice cold chutneys served with hot starters didn't somehow gel in as the right combination. The food was just ok. The cruet set had food remanents marks and were not cleaned. The staff though was very courteous.
